Best Product Design and Testing Platform!

Comments: My overall experience with BrowserStack is great, I still remember when I first integrated with Browser stack, and saw the standalone remote test run 5 years back! It was so cool!

Pros:

Its a great tool for web and mobile based applications, where I need to test various devices. Comes in handy with all the configurations, well documented about the usage. For a beginner to expert, its a very good tool!

Cons:

Sometimes I noticed minor bugs, like the same build from CI runs twice. So they can be better tested before releases.

Robust cross-browser testing software

Cons:

One area where BrowserStack might have room for improvement is in the performance of its live testing feature. Sometimes, users report that the interaction can feel a bit laggy or slow, especially when dealing with high-traffic sites or complex application

BrowserStack is Overall good but need some upgrade

Comments: I am using BS more than 3 to 4 yrs.
Most of Using app and web live
Less use of Accessibility and Web Inspector

Pros:

Web live and App Live most like from this. Also App live its good for open any new devices like iphone and Android

Cons:

Not able to open last opened device . Also not able to open setting menu for phone when we using app live

Comments: Overall good, some show stopping bugs which affect testing

Browser Stack - The all-in-one testing solution

Comments: It is good so far. Will be exploring Live, Automate, Test Management and other side of it.

Pros:

App Live and App Automate. Will be exploring Live and Automate for WEB.

Cons:

No such con to mention as such. I would like the team to work on APP Performance Testing which can share App metrics(Device metrics like memory, cpu, battery etc) along with ui rendering time and api response times.

BrowserStack, your guaranteed path to ROI

Comments: Using BrowserStack has been a game changer for the many teams that I've led in different organizations who chose to subscribe, it provides guaranteed ROI and great bang for the buck, in addition to all the amazing technical features that allowed all my teams to use it effectively and efficiently. And of course to me personally as an open-source contributor, being able to test my open source project against any device or OS I can think of has been a great help to identifying and fixing issues as fast as possible. Especially after integrating BrowserStack in my GitHub Actions pipelines.

Pros:

The variety of devices, ease of use, API integration, and the openness of the support team to share any needed information.

Cons:

Honestly, there's nothing I don't like about BrowserStack.

A must-have for mobile testing

Comments: It's an essential tool that I enjoy using because it's well designed, fast and easy to use.

Pros:

I love the speed of opening a test platform, switching to others, and how easy it is to use it and interact with text fields. I have noticed stability improvements over the years that I love.

Cons:

It can't perfectly replicate the experience of having a mobile device in my hands, so that's the main shortcoming.

Affordable app with a wide range of tools.

Comments: Browserstack is easy to use, comfortable to start and has the functionality I need in my work.

Pros:

Browserstack is affordable for a single user – that's the main reason I chose it. As the only user in the team, I was looking for a tool that allows me to keep my documentation organised and offers an affordable plan.

Cons:

I'm a new user – haven't found any cons yet.

Powerfull testing tool for all test management needs

Pros:

Wide Range of Devices available for every category like Android, IOS & Windows Platform Has a number of integrations run several parallel test cases at one time

Cons:

Can have more training videos would be great if someone from browserstack can help in the implementation

Comprehensive and Efficient Cross-Platform Testing Solution

Comments: My overall experience with BrowserStack has been great. It makes testing across different browsers and devices easier, way better than spending time and resources on emulators. It runs fast, and the debugging tools are really helpful. I can say it's a reliable tool to make sure your app or website will work smoothly wherever you use it.

Pros:

The possibility to automatize tests in mobile apps both in Android and iOS.

Cons:

At the beginning, the variety of the menu confused me. So it delayed the process from the start.

Best platform for mobile and web application testing.

Comments: Overall browserstack is better than other cloud hosted competitors. Jenkins configurations are most convenient. TOSCA like codeless automation tools can be possible along with test management tools like qtest,Jira , bamboo etc.

Pros:

Best cloud hosted devices for cross platform and cross browser testing of application. Lots of devices options for mobile application testing as well. Visual testing automation is also possible. It supports almost all kind of frameworks for the selenium, appium, playwright.

Cons:

ios devices lags a lot can't work properly for manual testing. Documentations needs improvement.

Browserstack makes tester life easy

Comments: Amazing experience with browserstack, their features, customer support, automation capabilities and CI/CD integration

Pros:

Browserstack make life of QA easier, compatibility testing was never easy but with browserstack we can get results in few minutes after deployment which results in faster deployment cycles. Another thing about browserstack is there customer support they schedule a call every two weeks with our team to know the challenges which we are facing.

Cons:

Nothing as per se, they could improve automation capabilities

Great Tool for Evaluating Mobile Friendliness

Comments: I've been using BrowserStack for many years, and it's an imperative tool in web development or for viewing your website as others will see it across multiple devices.

Pros:

When you work in web development, it's a necessary task to be able to view the websites you design on multiple formats such as phones, tablets, etc. Browserstack allows you to do this in one easy to use interface.

Cons:

Occasionally, it takes some time for a specific version/phone model to load up to be ready to preview or it can get stuck.

Browserstack gives wings to the testers

Comments: I can only say about the browserstack pros rather than one con which is price related.
Pros:
1- multiple cloud hosted devices to target multiple devices for wide range of testing.
2- parallel testing with selenium grid.
3- Jenkin setup is on tip with few clicks.
4- Test management tools like qtest, jira supported.

Pros:

Browserstack help in parallel execution and targeting wide varierty of devices for quality testing of mobile and web applications. It supports almost all available frameworks where the jenkin jobs linking becomes easier.

Cons:

It's quite expensive but worth of using it. Documentations has to be more crisp.

some times the latest devices are not available or there is a delay in adding. it would be nice to keep the prices affordable for Freelancers.

BrowserStack - We can trust for Cross browser testing and it is Reliable testing platform

Comments: Overall Experience is Excellent! We no need to worry about the real device which we don't have. I am so confident that we can rely on Browserstack!and there is no doubt on this.

Pros:

1. We can able to enable the Developer tools to observe the failures in network calls. For example: I am launching the web URL in Safari/Chrome Browser and for some reason, if it is getting failed means there I can able to enable the Developer tools and able to verify the failure calls. 2. We can able to do local testing by installing BrowserStackLocal.msi. There we can test our web applications in local also. I personally love this feature. 3. We can also do Accessibility testing. I have did this and it is working as expected. 4. We can able to do Selenium automation for browser validations. It gives confident to both QA and Dev about the application stability and also we can ensure that all functionalities are working fine as we do testing in REAL devices.

Cons:

1. Sometimes we can slowness and rendering while we do testing. 2. I found some some difficulties in setting up the local setup while testing.

Browserstack helps me as QA Tester

Comments: My overall experience with Browserstack is a great one, helping me to test webshops using almost any mobile device, without the need of having the devices physically.

Pros:

The ease of use of multiple mobile devices, operating systems and browsers along with multiple versions.

Cons:

I disliked that sometimes the performance of the mobile devices might be a little low.

Pros:

The ability to test across a wide range of devices, browsers, and platforms without needing physical hardware is what I liked most about BrowserStack.

Cons:

some feature like debugging not works on all platforms

QA Automator Review

Comments: Great experience so far, makes things so much easier.

Pros:

Easy access to multiple configurations of devices, OS, and browsers. No need to setup on the client side.

Cons:

Dashboard to review automated tests could use improvement. I just dont like the way it looks.

BEST TOOL FOR CROSS BROWSER TESTING

Comments: I have been using BrowserStack for 4 years and it always helps me in productive work.

Pros:

It provides very accurate results as compared to real devices and is usable.

Cons:

No cons felt till the date and highly recommended to everyone.

Very ease n can be used for multiple purposes

Comments: Im very happy as it has all in one platform and saves time too.

Pros:

What I like the most is it gives us real-time and multiple device options also live testing on an ios emulator, and can easily check by changing the location and rotating the devices, Accessibility testing, Also automation testing so helpful

Cons:

Location is very less also on Mac OS animation doesn't work properly n very slow.

Testing on multiple mobiles made easy

Comments: This tool is essential for a frontend developer and tester. You can have a peace of mind that your pages display correctly on every popular device out there.

Pros:

Cross browser testing and debugging is quick, with easy to use interface. They provide real mobile and desktop browser combinations, including the newest iPhone and Android smartphones. Whatever device/browser your customers are using, they've got it. And eve though the device reaction time is not instant, you are viewing real device which is always better than even the best emulator.

Cons:

Local Testing using BrowserStack's provided binary sometimes didn't connect.

It is becoming better with time.

Comments: I think that Test Management is a good tool that could use some improvement to become faster to use on a daily routine of test cases creation.

Pros:

The Test Runs are well done, organized and contains a lot of good data available to track the progress of the run.

Cons:

There are some things that could be improved on Test Management, like a button for copying a test case to the same folder and the possibility to drag and drop folders to reorganize the structure. There is also a few bugs, like when you click on edit folder name and select the current name using the cursor and the pop up window closes.
