The tracking also allows customers to see when you are on the way and exactly where you are. The Data Management is great, because it allows you to go back and see the proof by way of pictures, but also helps when I do the monthly billing. This was also such an easy program to learn so there was no steep learning curve. Optimo Route provides accurate estimates of total working hours and travel distances, enabling us to calculate costs and test different scenarios to identify the most effective solutions. > > **Cons**: I only have identified two cons, which are very minimal as we can use other options to make sure to get the functionality: 1. We have to provide the phone / email of the customer, while importing the orders, instead being pulled from the Locations Data Base (already in Optimo Route). That information is used to notify the customers (delivery time notification and proof of delivery). 2. We can not delete any order on "live" (meaning the routes running in that same day), so we need to contact the driver and ask them to "reject" or "fail" the order, to avoid the cancelled orders to keep showing up in the route (impacting the distance and working hours). > > We are a delivery company, and since implementing OptimoRoute, we've seen a significant improvement in our operations.
