The best place to store your work!
Comments: I love Google drive and use it all the time!
Pros:
A great place to store information and work for a very little cost.
Cons:
The only issue I have seen is sometimes odd ball documents can’t be downloaded or viewed, but that has typically been the original documents fault.
Alternatives Considered:
G Drive - An Essential Tool for Collaborative Client Projects
Comments: Google Drive extends an exceptional service to control and edit clients’ works. Its simplicity in usage, powerful functionalities as well as smooth interconnectedness with other Google services makes it indispensable for the team.
Pros:
Working together in groups and file exchange improves the workflow and makes for increased productivity.
Cons:
Some syncing problems and lack of offline capabilities can create issues in the work process.
Manage and control my files in Drive
Comments: Through the Drive application, I can receive or share my files, and also save a group of files with a common subject within a folder, thus facilitating dealing with those files. I can also save and share files in different formats, such as images, PDF files, drawings, and sometimes programs.
Pros:
I liked some things about it: First, reading some files or seeing pictures without having to download them, and also sending them to my friends and employers. The possibility of merging a large number of files within a folder, especially if the files are dedicated to a specific topic Drive deals with many file formats, such as Word, PDF, JPG, IMG, and links, which shortens the addition of many programs. It also works through Windows, Android, Mac, and the App Store.
Cons:
The disadvantages of this application are that it is difficult to arrange folders and files in it, and it also does not work at low internet speeds. In addition, it takes a long time to open the file through it, which forces me to download the file and open it through another program. It also has limited download capacity, which forces me to create multiple accounts

Google Drive makes business easier
Comments: My experience with Google drive has been nothing but easily and delightful.
Pros:
I like that I can install Google Drive on my desktop to quickly and easily access my files with the added bonus of being able to download the app for my phone and access my content from other devices at any time.
Cons:
There's nothing that I don't like about Google Drive, it's been a huge benefit for my business, being able to setup a cloud based storage system for access from any device at any time from any location.
Integrating Google Drive with other software is a breeze!
Comments: Very intuitive, easy to use, clear access to files, great ability to integrate with existing software for other programs!
Pros:
The ease of which Drive integrates with my other software- Practice Panther, gmail, etc.! I can easily save documents to my Google Drive with the linked toggle buttons, which were easy to integrate with my existing software. Now I can access my entire client database safely, from anywhere!
Cons:
The only issues I have are that it can be cumbersome to link documents in emails, and selecting "attachment" vs. "link" can be annoying, as anything linked requires permission to be proactively granted and not every client finds that easy to do.
Google Drive: limitless opportunities?
Comments: From day to day I really like the Google Drive. It has all the features to make cloud sharing really simple and easy. Overall the lack of storage can make the software quite limited. However, I believe paid versions can improve this.
Pros:
The ability to have all my files on the same cloud based environment.
Cons:
The lack of storage is the main negative factor about the Google Drive.
Google Drive is a great tool.
Comments: Very good overall. I would be lost with out it.
Pros:
Very easy to navigate the interface. I love the local drive integration. You can save it and forget it.
Cons:
The limits on amount of space used to be so much better for academic institutions. They have pulled back on unlimited space. I think if you offer unlimited space you should not be able to change that after people get used to having it.
Drive Learning with Google Drive
Comments: Google Drive has been an amazing tool. I have used it to share files with students and other teachers with ease.
Pros:
The Google Drive is easily accessible from anywhere and any device that has access to go online. I also greatly appreciate the ability and ease of sharing files with others, as well as sharing with options as make a copy of their own, or to be able to only view the file, or to edit the file.
Cons:
I have nothing negative to say about Google Drive.

Some good - some bad. Overall it was not for me
Comments:
For simple storage it was ok. I wouldn't say the best nor worst.
It's an exceptional value if all you're looking for is pure disk storage. If you need help or assistance, it can be very, very frustrating
Pros:
It is very easy to use, and while not horribly slow it wasn't that fast.
Cons:
Undeleting multiple files and directories canbe ugly. And customer service is very difficult to reach.

Google Drive - Cloud Storage, Perfectly Driven by Google
Comments: From day one I haven't experienced any hiccups, and it has spread like wildfire at our workplace due to Google Drive being a major help day to day.
Pros:
The safe, simple and absolutely effortless cloud storage of any and all files is outstanding.
Cons:
Nothing to dislike to be honest... It is truly the best cloud storage option.

I store all my business items with drive
Comments: It’s been great. I use it for everything. I have some personal files set up, but it’s mainly for my business. I share files with people when needed for marketing and public relations purposes, I store all of my social media images and videos here, and I do store some documents and sometimes share documents with others or they share them with me via Google Drive. It’s the thing from my business these days.
Pros:
I like that I can safely insecurely store all of my photos, videos, anything connected to my business and some personal items in one spot. Also, it’s nice that there’s a lot of storage space and that it’s easy to send files to people to grant them access as needed. I use it as my main storage source.
Cons:
Nothing yet! It works well. Really haven’t had any problems. I hope that I won’t run out of storage one day, I will have to cross that bridge when I get to it!
Better Than Dropbox
Pros:
Easy to use UX and Navigation, integration with Gmail makes downloading directly from emails easy. Pairs well with Android phones and handles large uploads well
Cons:
The zip for download functionality. It's slow and times out, wasting time and effort. You only have a finite amount of storage belt you have to pay. It's cheaper than most, but still annoying.
Google drive is a real life saver sometimes.
Comments: one of the best experiences i have had with google or any apps.
Pros:
I absolutely love every single feature and run down of google drive.
Cons:
there is not one thing i can think of that i dislike about google drive and its performance.
Google Drive, the safest place to keep files.
Comments: Google Drive offers the safest files cloud storage space that help keep all my files both personal and work files safe. It makes it possible to access my files from any device. My experience with Google Drive has been a fantastic one and i have had great success storing and managing my files and documents.
Pros:
Google Drive has the most advanced security features for data protection that help keep all the stored files and documents safe from any malicious attacks in likes of malware. It help categorize and organize files making it easy to access them. Uploading documents and files to Google Drive is very easy. Google Drive also has a file sharing function that help share files securely directly from the storage space. It offers very efficient file backup options that allows easy retrieving of any accidentally lost file.
Cons:
There is nothing least helpful in Google Drive. All features are efficient and has never failed.
Alternatives Considered:
Google Drive is the BEST
Comments: It hasn't caused any issues for me. I have no complaints at this time.
Pros:
I can access anything and everything using my drive. I can monitor it at any time. I can look at my files anytime.
Cons:
It's high price right now... If there was a way to get it cheap - I would.
An ideal digital storage unit
Comments: Very positive. We use Google Drive to house vast amounts of data, both internal and external, and it is effectively both a drop box and an immense storage area
Pros:
Ease of use, the ability to control access and provide different layers from automatic (everyone within X organisation) to broad (anyone with a link) to individual (specific users)
Cons:
The way the file view initially appears can be disorienting as one might expect it to open within a File view but frequently it seems to open a "last used" perspective which is often not desirable
Google Drive is unbeatable for the price of access
Comments: I mostly use drive to access/organize google docs, google sheets, and google forms, and then share access to these with others. It has never failed me in this endeavor whether for business or fun.
Pros:
Having access to this much software all in one place for an initial price of nothing is unbeatable. It is also so easy to navigate and use google drive to access all of that software.
Cons:
Google drive needs a more modern layout that includes the ability to put the page in dark mode (the white screen kills my eyes.).
What Sharepoint wishes it could be
Pros:
Ease of use and ease of setup. Everything is easily accessible from everywhere and anywhere just by logging into your google account. No hassle setup or worrying about syncing files and about a million other add-on products are available
Cons:
Wish I discovered "work offline" mode earlier
Perfect file storage and sharing for any occasion
Comments: Fantastic experience, the best file storage and sharing without any flaws.
Pros:
Google Drive is now what my company is actively using, and I have found it to be the best so far. Although the support was untested, and it is not the cheapest, the storage-cost ratio is very decent and has a great web interface and software downloadable for any OS.
Cons:
I have not had any issues with Google Drive as we still use it, therefore no cons.
One of the best file cloud services out there. Maybe not the best.
Comments: One of the best cloud out there. Very integrated with Google worspace but working great also as standalone. Together with the free account chance, this grant a deep dissemination that makes Drive an easy solution to share files and informations with the world. Not a best-performer as Dropbox, but close to a step.
Pros:
The cloud that perfect match with Google Workspace
Cons:
Bandwidth consumption is not always optimal, and sometimes, with teams working on the same files, conflicts and duplication can happen.
My agency runs on Google Drive
Comments: I run my business on Google Drive. From client proposal, to legal to sharing files... I run my agency using Google Drive and trust Google Drive to store my client files!
Pros:
Google Drive lets me safely store, organize and share files within my team and with clients. I also use Google Drive to share templates or files as lead magnets and love that I can do so as "read only!" I have previously used the Team Drives and love the organization it can provide a team!
Cons:
I love that you can upload and edit Word and Excel files. However, to properly automate or use formulas, you do have to convert the Microsoft files into drive files!
Most User Friendly Starting System
Comments: Overall, it's a very easy, user friendly system. It's perfect for sharing as a work team and makes keeping files organized, a piece of cake.
Pros:
Easy to use and connect to everything else you use. The organization and storage is great.
Cons:
Some features are not as helpful as others like Sheets could have more functions and the way Drive tries to top post items is not always helpful. Could have more storage available for free.
Intuitive and simple
Pros:
It’s easy to navigate, the search function is excellent and means you don’t really need to organize your files, the cloud integration is fantastic and you can easily share documents and moderate access to files.
Cons:
I find the main drive page laggy at times and sometimes the way files appear in the drive list isn’t up to date.
Working in the clouds
Comments:
Magnificent
I can work on my files and see the work of others from anywhere and at any time.
Pros:
The ease of use and that most people know how to use it
Cons:
Something I don't like is that some Excel formulas or rules placed in the files are not yet compatible with the drive.
Most accessible and easy to use file storage platform..
Comments: My overall experience with Google Drive has been good. It is one of the most important software for me in my day on day work life , since it houses my most important work files.
Pros:
Google Drive works across different computer devices. It is compatible with Windows, Android and iOS devices. Thus compatibility makes Google Drive always a click away , regardless of where I find myself. Google Drive also has an easy to use web browser version, which I pin to my search bar, making Drive even more accessible to me.
Cons:
Fluctuations in file upload and download speeds is a key criticism I have for Drive. Also, everyone who has access to my email account has automatic access to my Google Drive files. This for me is a major weakness.
