Migration from Oracle Cloud to Zendesk. A smooth transition.

Comments: Having a smooth transition from our old CRM to our new ticketing system.
Maintaining our old data accessible for our CS agents.

Pros:

Amazing support and technical advice. Delivery was made according to the original project schedule. No extra charges than what was quoted.

Cons:

Our custom logics were not compatible with the automated import feature. This issue was handled in a timely manner and with professionalism.

This product was perfect for helping us migrate our support ticketing software!

Comments: We migrated from Zendesk to Hubspot for our ticketing software.

Pros:

The free demo allowed me to test the functionality of the migration, examine the results, tweak the settings, and retest. I did this at least 50 times and asked support a ton of questions. They were extremely fast at replying and super helpful.

Cons:

The only con was that during the final live migration, the tool got stuck twice on bad data, and their support (who responded quickly to help) had to do something to fix. It would be good if the tool could skip these bad records and keep going, and then spit out a report at the end of what was missed.

Comments: Overall it was positive

Pros:

The migration tool worked as expected. It effectively migrated all of our Desk.com cases into ZenDesk.

Cons:

The software is very expensive. I don't think their price is aligned with the overall value. If it was 50% cheaper I would see much more value. They have overpriced it.

Masterful help desk migration in just a few steps

Comments: I had a fantastic experience using the app. We migrated over 150K unique records from Help Scout to Teamwork Desk using Help Desk Migration, and all of our data was transferred and mapped perfectly. The migration hung up a few times, but that was due to API limits on both the source and destination apps. Even when the migration got stuck, the team at Help Desk Migration fixed the process and restarted without us needing to submit a support request.

Pros:

The customer support and quality of the migration app were phenomenal. Honestly, the two most important pieces of an app like this, which are data integrity, and a fast and responsive team were best-in-class.

Cons:

There were a few things during the payment process that were hard to follow. For example, the ability to start a full migration didn't start until several minutes after we made payment, so it was a bit confusing.

Worked like a dream

Pros:

The software saved me from hours of inputting data into a spreadsheet to then send to Connectwise to hope I did it all right and that the data gets imported. It worked perfectly, it was fast, customer service was awesome (on a Sunday morning). 5 Stars!

Cons:

The interface would show failures but not tell you what was wrong just that someone would be reaching out. Someone did reach out, very fast at that, just wish it told you more of what you could do to fix it, if it was something you can do.

Comments: Imported 6 years of support for us.

Pros:

Did exactly what they advertised. They imported over 160,000 tickets for us from Desk.com to Zendesk. A few hiccups importing the data but they resolved quickly and were on it from start to finish. Quick support, good value and fairly priced.

Cons:

Timezones are a bit further out from us (PST) but always responsive when we needed. Had a small problem paying for the service via 2Checkout but we worked it out.

Amazing Customer Support

Comments: Amazing experience - would recommend to anyone needing to migrate ticket data.

Pros:

We used this software to move two of our teams from Freshdesk to Helpscout. The software was super easy to use, and made the process really easy. The support team was incredibly responsive, and helped out all along the way - fast to reply each time I had a question.

Cons:

There were no cons - they made it really easy!

Comments: We had a great experience using Help Desk Migration - the information we wanted was brought over seamlessly and the entire process was very quick and easy. They truly care about providing excellent support and were very responsive to each of our requests. The cost of the migration was very reasonable, we could not be happier.

Pros:

Help Desk Migration was very intuitive, guiding each step of the process from authorizing each system, mapping fields, and performing a test migration. Their support is top notch and proactively reached out to ensure everything was going smoothly.

Cons:

I can't think of anything bad about the software. I was able to pick up where I left off each time I went back to use the software.

Great service, as usual

Pros:

We've used this company twice for ticket software migration - once from osTicket to Help Scout, and once from Outlook 365 to Help Scout. Both times were great, and everything transferred correctly, including attachments. We had years of osTicket tickets and they had no problem during the migration.

Cons:

The only thing I could recommend improving is the Outlook migration - since email clients freq quote the original email during a reply, it kind of made a mess of things. If Help Desk Migration could somehow parse the replies out, and turn them into separate ticket entities, that would be great.

Works as advertised, great and timely support

Comments: The support is the key - migration experiences can be harrowing, especially those that are opaque and use API. The live chat support kept us up to date at all times and helped to move through the two errors we had. The migration was completed overnight and we're up and running on our help desk with our customer history and notes. A+ experience.

Pros:

Demo migration was key to proof of concept and setting team's expectations. Great, timely, communicative support. Good value. No brainer for us.

Cons:

The auto migration errored out a couple of times. The engineers were on it within minutes and the migration started again.

Easy migration, prompt contact and follow up with clear communication

Comments: Migration from our old Helpdesk software to Zendesk. Assistance in mapping fields to ensure everything came across correctly

Pros:

They took care of pretty much everything for us & provided guidance. Our Zendesk has quite a lot of custom pieces in it. HDM was able to provide guidance on the best way to migrate into this.

Cons:

A little more documentation about the best way to have custom fields setup and managed in the migration would speed things up. But we had a complicated setup, so wouldn't be relevant to most users.

Comments: Did exactly what I needed when moving support desks!

Pros:

Once I was ready to actually *use* the software, it was very painless to port all my support conversations. Maybe 10 minutes max for a few thousand conversations.

Cons:

If you request a price (b/c they don't display this information on their website) via their support form... they will hound you for days about why you haven't tested the demo out.

Intercom to Freshdesk Article Migration

Pros:

Help Desk Migration allowed me to quickly and easily move all of our Intercom articles to Freshdesk. It simply took a few clicks and a few minutes to complete the process. Representative, the Account Manager assisting me, was very responsive and walked me through everything I needed to know.

Cons:

The article migration isn't perfect because the text formatting and image sizes will need to be edited to match how they were set in Intercom.

Best CRM migration tool available in the market

Comments: I researched a lot to find a feasible and easy to use CRM migration tool for migration of data from Zendesk to Freshdesk. And no doubt that this is the best I found in the market so far.
- Customisations available.
- Requires less manual efforts
- Great customer support & availability
These are some of the positives from Heldesk migration. Would recommend them to others businesses struggling with CRM migration definitely.

Comments: The process was very painless -- we explained what we needed, the team worked with us to provide exactly the service we required, and the migration itself happened with the click of a button. Highly recommended.

Pros:

This was by far the easiest way to move our data from one CRM to another. The team provided fantastic service and even suggested ways for us to lower costs.

Cons:

Payment is made through a third party website, and took longer than usual to process.

Comments: Very positive with a great customer support team.

Pros:

The customer support was excellent and always readily available. The time-saving benefits of using this service were also great.

Cons:

Our company required some customisation, which increased the expense. The migration service took quite some time (over 24hours), but this was understandable given the amount of data that was being migrated.

Pros:

Our experience with the guys and gals at Help Desk Migration was very professional and smooth. They knew what they had to do, asked the right questions and got to work. Migrated from Live Agent to Zendesk

Comments: I could migrate all important data to our new system, with minimum job.

Pros:

Good support. During test migration everything did not work. Support contacted me and offered to fix all the issues.

Cons:

Can't think of any. Maybe the price was a bit expensive, but considering that the development team had to make some adjusments to the implentation it was well wort it.

Kayako Legacy > Freshservice - straightforward process, happy result

Comments: Migrated about 30k tickets from Kayako Legacy to Freshservice. Support was excellent (I felt looked after). End result was pleasing, I got all my data

Pros:

Easy to use. Saved me a lot of time and aggravation.

Cons:

Limited flexibility in migration settings. This didn't make much difference to the end result (which was great), but I would have liked to have more visibility.

Comments: Very happy with the service, and their support is really great and helpful and skilled.

Pros:

Customer support, the solution that migrates the data from older system to newer plan is great, but what makes this shine is their excellent support.

Cons:

We did see some few migration issues, but they were minor and could be resolved.

Helpdesk migration from Kayako Classic to Zendesk

Pros:

Customer service was always there to explain what's happening, from setting up the migration to fixing whatever came up during the actual migration.

Cons:

If i really have to find something, maybe the migration UI could be a bit more informative, but i always received the information i was looking for.
