Comments: From day one we were able to get financials statements out. The few times we have had questions or problems FYIsoft has had us back up and running the same day.
As a former FRx user I appreciate the ability to drill down into the detail. I produce financials for over 30 managers on a monthly basis and once I was able to show them they could drill all the way down into the detail they were answering their questions themselves or at a minimum focusing their questions more. Our CEO loves that he can get his financials over any device, including his phone.
It really has no printing functionality

Not able to select all children when clicking on a parent. It is a minor issue and I am positive that this suggestion will be incorporated into the next FYIsoft software upgrade in the near future.

Comments: Standardized over 150 partnerhsip reports (Cash Flow) that are generated monthly on schedule; customized reports to mirror tax returns to speed review at tax time; ConnectFYI works fantastic to allow real-time reporting once transactions are posted in Sage 300.
Easy to use, extremely FAST, very similar to FRx which we used prior to FYISoft. The ability to combine Row, Column and Organization definitions to create reports is extremely important in that it allows our Company to standardize reporting for similar Companies. We report on Partnerships, C-Corps, S-Corps, Non-Profit entities as well as Trust Companies. FYISoft allows us to custom design Board as well as Tax reports that in many cases mirror the tax return being prepared creating significant review efficiencies. ConnectFYI works fantastic to allow real-time reporting once transactions are posted in Sage 300.
Being a browser based application, we sometimes have issues viewing larger Organization definitions. Part of that is due to the large number (>200) Companies that need to be defined for some of our consolidating reports. We would like a better ability to scroll to see all defined Companies rather than having to use a combination of scrolling and changing browser magnification for large Organizations
