> **Pros**: It's a great lead generation and prospecting tool with an extensive B2B contact database. Not only it integrates with CRMs easily, you can also setup automations and sequences to do your outreach for you. The reporting features are also pretty decent.

> **Cons**: Lot of the advanced features are locked behind a higher tier plan. Initial setup time is required to tailor it perfectly to your workflow.

> Easy to use tool that has a lot of built in functionality for automating outreach. I checked the database against some information that we had about our prospects and it seemed pretty accurate.

> **Cons**: The phone numbers are highly inaccurate, and most of the ones provided are just generic corporate lines that I could easily find on Google. Customer service is also terrible—completely unresponsive, and I’ve been waiting over a week for a simple answer.

> I had high expectations for Apollo.io, but it has been disappointing. The phone data is unreliable, and without accurate contact information, the platform loses much of its value. On top of that, customer service is non-existent, making it difficult to resolve issues. While the pricing is reasonable, you ultimately don’t get what you pay for. I wouldn’t recommend it for those who need quality phone numbers for outreach.
