A great variety of rewards!
Comments: Great - we've had really good uptake amongst employeees

Huge variety of places you can spend your rewards Really interactive and engaging
Cons:
Sometimes managers miss the fact that they need to allocate the £10 reward to a Mo - it can be a clunky process sometimes
MO Reward Platform
Pros:
It is easy to reward a colleague for helping you and letting them know they are appreciated
Cons:
No Cons as easy to use and you cannot have a con in rewarding someone

As an end user I like how the employees receive rewards for their commitments

Comments: I use Mo a few times a week to review all of my colleagues and peers who have been praised and to recognise the hard work that they are doing. It is really rewarding to receive feedback and to be company wide recognised as helping the business because in some companies, this often becomes overlooked.
Pros:
It gives a great platform to recognise employees when they go above and beyond as well as peers encouraging each other. It is a very positive software which, through reward, gives people a sense of purpose.
Cons:
Ideally to have a more varied option of gift cards available to choose from although the selection is already good.

Comments: Overall I am very satisfied with the Mo, how it works and its user friendly layout. It is easy to navigate and offers a great platform to facilitate reward and recognition in real time across the organisation.
Pros:
I love the platform, its functionality and its ability to facilitate reward and recognition to colleagues both at a local level and across the organisation. Its very user friendly and easy to navigate and is a great tool for colleague engagement and making people feel valued.
Cons:
The only downside I would say is that is can sometimes take a while for new colleagues who join the business to pull through as active on the platform. Speeding this process up would be beneficial and offer a better service.
Great way to engage employees
Pros:
Mo has reimagined the employee reward system now giving managers a chance to reward employees on each month which has helped boost morale within the company,l. It has also meant that people can enjoy earned benefits without the tax implications being passed to them for long service and employee of the month rewards.
Cons:
Missing some functions that would make it easier for everyone to get involved such as department only shoutouts rather than open to all the business.
A fantastic platform
Pros:
My favourite part of Mo is the ability to get rewarded for work and make a great incentive to do a little extra not to mention the recognition of the shout outs.
Cons:
I don't have any major complaints if at all about Mo. At the start I would say the variety of places to spend points was limited but they are always expanding the selection.
Simple, fun and effective employee motivation
Pros:
It's a great way to reinforce working relationships, show and receive appreciation from colleagues and get a little 'extra' at the end of the month or year. It's easy to use and the options to spend credit are great.
Cons:
It can be tricky to work out how to distribute your Mo pot at times.

Comments: It has become the pivotal tool in driving and developing the culture we're trying to build. It has allowed me to deliver so much more than I could before and offer a much greater employee experience because of it's functionality. It was able to absorb all previous schemes we had in place whilst offering a wealth of new ones at the same time and it's made my life so much easier.
Pros:
It's saved so much of my time as an employee engagement lead. With everything housed internally and automated. The reporting is great, the live feed really helps to drive engagement and culture, the internal store closes the loop and it's super easy to manage budgets and users in it. But the list could go on and on.
Cons:
Mo are constantly developing and improving the platform. they also take on feedback really well, are keen to listen, learn and develop. On top of that they act incredibly quickly when things go wrong. Their customer support is so impressive and it's been a pleasure working with them.

Comments: I check mo first thing every morning - I like the fact that its a prompt to remind me to say happy birthday or congratulate someone for their time served.
Pros:
Its an easy tool to use for communicating with people at all levels in the business.
Cons:
No being able to amend something once posted.

I love the fact that we can celebrate a fellow employee's length of service at the same time we can also thank someone for helping on a project. It's a great tool that we can all use everyday to acknowledge our fellow workers

Pros:
How simple the interface is & the ease of rewarding others. Gift cards are instant & it's a good way for others in the team to feel valued & seen.

Good system to reward hard work
Pros:
Motivating as our agents can build a pot of credit from recognition and spend on something nice for themselves or loved ones. System is easy to use and claim rewards and there is a fast payout when requested

Could always do with more choice of vouchers. the list is comprehensive but some retailers are missing which could further boost engagement on the platform
Nice way to show recognition on a virtual team
Pros:
This platform provides an easy and effective way to recognise members within and outside of your team. Praise and recognition go a long way to motivate people and keep them feeling appreciated. It’s not always intuitive to let people know when they’ve made your life easier, done a great job or provided significant support. Because of Mo, I find myself taking the time to do so, as it’s easy and accessible, and since it “nudges” me from time to time. The nomination process is also user-friendly and has had a similar effect, of motivating me to take the time to let people know they have made an impact, whereas I may have not done otherwise.
Cons:
Sometimes logging in can be a bit tedious, but I'm fairly certain that has to do with my company's single sign-in and not the platform itself.
The launch of ThanksBox has changed the culture of recognition across all of our offices
Pros:
It is so simple to use, the roll out and integration were incredibly straight forward. Whilst it seems simple, there's been so much thought put into the interface and functionality - we love it.
Cons:
A reporting feature would be useful so that the content could be extracted to report back to senior management

Mo is so easy to navigate and use to thank colleagues for their hard work, help and support.along with being able to submit ideas and nominate colleagues it is the complete package.Redeeming your credit is simple and quick and the app makes it easy when you are at the shop and not claimed the credit yet.The one time I've needed to contact support vis chat to change my email was was a breath of fresh air , easy & efficient, simply great customer service.More companies should take advantage of this platform, keep up the great work

Comments: I enjoy it - I get the need and enjoy the principle - as someone who gets rewards that ability to cash out for vouches is great.

Easy to use, easy to implement, great support from a passionate team. It does what it says it does!
Pros:
ThanksBox is simple and easy to use, even for those of us (i.e. me) who are digitally challenged! It provides information in an easy to understand and intuitive format e.g. I can open the App and start using it without any training. It takes me a few moments to thank a colleague and because the app is aligned to organisational values it means users can see at a glance a pictorial view of which values and behaviours are lived the most. The software is a great way of keeping our vales 'live' rather than just words in a leaflet. The app has a function for sharing messages of appreciation with other staff which is a good way to remind each other of the positive things which happen every day which is a bonus when having a bad day. Behind the scenes the analytics has helped me work out where to focus energy and action to embed our values and it continues to be a great source of information for deciding what action to take . The team at ThanksBox are highly responsive, helpful, friendly and approachable, nothing is too much trouble which made implementation an enjoyable process. They are great problem solvers and are passionate about ThanksBox. What also sets the team at ThanksBox aside from other experiences I've had of implementing a change is the help provided by the team in the early stages continues after implementation. I highly recommend the ThanksBox software and the team who support its implementation.
Cons:
Initially we didn't use a modern enough web browser so the ThanksBox team had to make all sorts of adjustments to make it work for us. Since implementation the organisation's IT dept has upgraded the web browser for all users which has addressed the issue some users had when trying to open the software.
