Didactic and easy to use
Pros:
It is a very well built software, which allows you to easily create content for any level of learning and present it in an easy and didactic way, which can be understood by any user, without the need for prior knowledge. In addition, the software allows you to create content from the beginning, making the learning curve short.
Cons:
Integration with other products can be a bit tricky, but it's a minor detail that can be quickly and easily overcome. In addition, the software requires a good internet quality for proper operation.

Kahoot is your partner in training.
Comments: I have been using it for years now and my students loves it when I say its Kahoot time.
Pros:
Connecting others online is a wonderful through their mobile phones as you do not need to connect through a computer. The way quizzes are made is wonderful. You can subscribe for free up to a certain number of participants.
Cons:
Maybe more quizzes needs to be added in relation to how they are (methodologies).

Very cool!
Comments: It was definitely a one-of-a-kind experience
Pros:
This is one of the most unique training options out there! If you have employees/students who cannot pay attention or you want to add some fun to the equation, this is the software for you!
Cons:
Customizing it to your specific needs can be a bit tricky

Best for learning
Comments: I first tried this app in school when we had a test and we basically used this app for studying and reviewing and tbh after that I always use this software for learning especially when I am still in high school. I mean one of my fav learning style.
Pros:
I love this software, the way you can teach students in a fun way.
Cons:
I love this app especially growing up and going to school so I can’t find anything at all

Best group based learning tool
Comments: As a writer, the use of Kahoot is one of the best and cheapest ways of gauging the engagement of an idea from a younger audience. In this respect, Kahoot is a unique and irreplaceable app. In a formal setting, however, steer clear as it is undoubtably inappropriate.
Pros:
Accessible in almost every environment. Helpful in a classroom environment or when teaching a large group of younger people. Very useful software to gamify learning and when paired with effective teaching of large content. Great way to receive somewhat reliable data from a young audience in regard to creative themes. UI is colourful and with fun music keeps engagement high in younger audiences.
Cons:
Unsuitable for use in a formal business environment. Limited application outside of education or taking "surveys" from younger audiences. When discussing business it is undoubtedly inappropriate. Whilst it is possible to use Kahoot is a way to gauge the engagement of ideas form a younger audience, each idea must be individually entered in the "question bank" which can be time consuming.

Kahoot was a handy app for my kid.
Comments: Kahoot was a great experience for me and my kid. I could choose a convenient time to set questions and it was quite engaging for my kid. I think she liked it more than her actual homework from school.
Pros:
The discovery features gave me ideas on how others are using Kahoot. With I had ideas on contents to create. I used the create feature to create phonic words accompanied with images which was quite engaging for my kid.
Cons:
I could not use some features I so much yearn to use, but like I said, I used the trial version of the app. I hope to use the paid version if I use it again, as it has value for money.

Good interactive tutorial
Comments: Help me create attractive educational content and good tests for education, and also gives you useful analyzes in the progress of the level and the possibility of reaching the required level
Pros:
Easy to use and allows you to create attractive and distinct educational content from others and compatible with all forms of devices used and makes it easy for you to make the necessary analyzes
Cons:
Its adoption on the Internet may be a barrier for those in areas with poor coverage, and the design aspects are not inclusive of all the forms that an educational content creator can need.
Alexa
A good way to learn
Pros:
the fact that it can give you feedback about the part where students got the most problems its a great feature
Cons:
Some things are only for the pay vercion.

Doesn't get much better but a bit pricy & limiting in freemium options
Pros:
Simply the best in line when it comes to gamifying tutorials & tests, easy to manage & organize as well as super fun at team-work!
Cons:
Can be a bit limiting in terms of customization & a bit pricy for early edtech startups or small-scale operations.

Kahoot Explored
Comments: Kahoot has brought listener response to the next level as users are hooked with its interactive display and game mode setting. Users and administrators love it because it gives instant feedback from listeners.
Pros:
Kahoot is a highly interactive way to assess knowledge using a game format. It brings out excitement with its users as the users feel they are playing a game rather than reviewing essential material. It is very easy to use, and allows the users to get immediate responses and feedback from their intended audience. The software allows the user to build a question and offer four possible answers. the user can assign a certain amount of time to each question. Students, or users get to earn points based on their correct answers and the speed at which they answered it.
Cons:
There is not o function to measure open response questions. The software is limited to only multiple choice or true and false. Also, sometimes those interacting with it aim for speed over right answers.

Students Love Kahoot!
Comments: Students absolutely love Kahoot! Above any other study games or activities I would come up with, students loved Kahoot the most. I never really understood it because it just seems like a timed quiz to me, but hey, if it works it works!
Pros:
Kahoot is very easy to setup, save, and modify preexisting ones. I personally never used other peoples kahoots but I did reuse my own kahoots over the couple year period I was teaching. This made it very easy to on-the-fly come up with a great study or knowledge-check activity.
Cons:
Everyone seems to love the music but I find it quite annoying. I also wish there was a "force user sign in" option where students could just sign in with their school information including their name instead of either allowing them to come up with their own "names" which often lead to inappropriate names, or forcing them to use the random name generator which causes many arguments and students wanting to keep randomizing it until they got something they liked. It wouldn't need to include their full name, just a prompt for first name and last initial.

Alternatives Considered:
Amazing product for company onboarding and training!
Comments: Amazing, they truly make training easier and more engaging
Pros:
It’s so easy to set up and requires no effort from employees (in my case not all of them are tech savvy and it’s a great relief to avoid excessive installation instructions). We transferred our entire onboarding presentations to Kahoot! as well as created a bunch of work safety quizzes. Employees are happy, trainers are relieved :)
Cons:
It would be great if we can choose our own feature list tailored to our company needs, as currently we’re paying for the top tier plan that gives us huge player limits even though we only have 40 people in our team; but we can’t downgrade as we need some extra features included in the top tier plan

Great value for your money!
Comments: It's not that expensive, and it's definitely good value for your money if you need to have more people engage with you during their learning process. The tools are easy to navigate, and I had no problem with all of the functionality of the app.
Pros:
This software helped me during training and refresher days. You don't really need a tutorial to actually navigate through the app since it's self-explanatory. It's a great value for your money, especially if you're teaching a big group of people.
Cons:
There's an issue with the delay for some of my trainees since it requires a strong internet connection.

Kahoot! Fundamental in all classrooms
Comments: Today it would be unthinkable to teach without Kahoot's help! and the application became the center of all my teaching activity. In fact, in recent years, I believe that there has been a real revolution in the way we teach and learn, thanks to these types of applications that have brought the game into the classroom. With these tools, students today learn much more and more quickly!
Pros:
I use Kahoot! for a long time and the application quickly became essential in my classes, mainly because my students find it fantastic and are always waiting to participate in another game. With its use, learning has become much more fluid, simple and efficient. Almost all students learn much more quickly if we use Kahoot !, while greatly reducing bad behavior and inattention in class. Kahoot! it can also be used in e-learning which is an added advantage in these times when we can be teaching from home.
Cons:
Compared to other applications, Kahoot! it can have the defect that all students are taking the same quiz with the same questions at the same time, since the questions are asked on the projector screen. However, this fact also allows for greater competitiveness and student involvement.

Kahoot: The Interactive Quiz Game
Comments: Overall, Kahoot is a fresh way to conduct surveys and presentations and I think that it has a lot of potential. I highly recommend businesses to try out Kahoot and see how fun it is.
Pros:
While most people associate Kahoot with school, Kahoot is a fun and interactive way to present information, even in a business setting. Kahoot is surprisingly versatile and can be used for research, business training etc. The simplicity of Kahoot is very appealing both for the creator and players. One of the best things is that the player do not require a Kahoot account; all they need is the game pin. Not only this, Kahoot can also collect open ended answers which can be very useful at times, especially when doing market research. The Pro version is great because it comes with templates, quick polls and puzzles. For business use, you can create a presentation with interactive questions sprinkled throughout, which really adds a fun level of interactivity to the presentation.
Cons:
Occasionally, there can be issues if the internet connection is poor which is rather annoying as it can cause disconnections. Kahoot can also be somewhat limiting if you want to make more complicated questions because of the strict character limit.

The highlight of every class
Comments: While students feel like they are playing a game and compete with each other, Kahoot! brings great benefits for teachers as well. They can see which topics their students have already grasped and which topics they still struggle with. Since it’s anyonymous, it provides much better feedback than direct conversation. It’s great fun for everyone and the highlight of every class.
Pros:
Kahoot! makes learning something feel like playing a game. Almost everyone can take part – given that they have a device and a stable internet connection, which might be a challenge in settings like large conferences. The UI is simple, friendly and fun. Question types range from simply yes/no questions to more complicated ones, where both questions and answers can be based on images. The latter one is very useful in a mathematical context. All in all, there is almost no scenario of classrom interaction that couldn’t be replicated with Kahoot!
Cons:
There used to be one major issue that I had with Kahoot! It was that every player was able choose their own name. Depending on how mature the audience was, there were people who regularly saw this as an opportunity to troll and offend everyone by injecting slurs and insults. Kahoot! has responded to this issue and started to offer a nickname generator which automatically produces friendly names for everyone. I think that’s a great move and it should be the default setting for every game.

Quality Classroom Review Tool
Comments: Kahut was a great tool used regularly for classroom engagement in reviewing materials. It was affective and students enjoyed using it almost as if it were just a game, not reviewing their lesson materials. I would recommend every educator, especially secondary educators, looking to using Kahoot in the classrooms.
Pros:
Kahoot is a software product that is used frequently in my classroom because it allows students to interact in real time with review material and compete against their peers. Classroom engagement is one of the most important aspects of teaching, and especially in a post Covid environment it is really important to increase engagement in learning person to have been impacted by quarantine. Kahoot makes it possible for Teachers to build their own reviews, which I recommend, but it also allows teachers to use material that is already in the cloud. I would highly recommend educators, especially of secondary students who have their own electronic devices, to use Kahoot in their classrooms.
Cons:
Some of the premade material on Kahoot Is rather elementary so it is my recommendation that educators build their own material and reviews for their classroom content instead of using but it’s already programmed in by other teachers. Tailoring the software to your own classroom meets is going to make this software the most successful.

Kahoot as a motivational resource for students and teachers
Pros:
Among the most impressive features that Kahoot has for me, is that it is a very innovative program that allows through the game to improve the skills of acquiring knowledge for students, it is easy to use for the teacher and also for students as players, it can be used in different languages, it allows you to create work groups where you can share content and collaborate with other users who also belong to the platform. I believe that Kahoot can be easily integrated into any moment of a class, because it allows you to prepare a game to introduce new content, or to consolidate in students content that they have already received, it also allows you to create presentations, it is a program that with intelligence in the moment of planning can be perfectly integrated into the teaching-learning process.
Cons:
I consider that Kahoot lacks a section where the teacher can identify or establish the objectives that he wants to achieve when creating an activity in Kahoot. The reports allow in a certain way to evaluate the activity, but it is necessary that with the objectives set by the teacher he also has the option of monitoring to know more effectively if he achieved the proposed objective with the Kahoot.

Kahoot! Making Learning a game show!
Comments: Students can be assessed for/as learning through Kahoot! in a fun way, they can use their own device through the Kahoot! app to enter their responses. Kahoot! should be part of any iPad/Desktop image for School Boards.
Pros:
This software allows me to easily engage my students through a multiple choice questions delivered in a game show ambiance. I use it on my classroom's Smartboard and students from grade 9 to 12 love it. They often enquire on when the next Kahoot! will be. Being able to integrate images and videos really brings the questions to life. I love that I am able to search for content created by other professionals and duplicate/modify it, a real time saver.
Cons:
Some of the organisational aspects of the Kahoot web site is reserved to paying customers although the student experience isn't limited by the free version. I wish there was a way of rating the Kahoots created by others as sometimes the quality of the created content can be off. You have to verify the content before using it with your students. Like all software that points to YouTube videos, sometimes the links can be dead. I would love to see a greater variety of game modes that recycle the question bank. I would also like to see an option to evaluate students in a more formal style through the software.

Kahoot!
Pros:
Kahoot is, above all else, extremely intuitive for both the users and the administrators. Integration into the learning environment is beyond simple, and requires no special technology, just personal mobile devices and a centralized system. It’s extremely engaging for students of all ages in all classes. It’s wide variety of community made quizzes broaden its appeal to all subjects, from fun trivia to advanced and specific topics, putting it leagues ahead of sites like these with a small community and an even smaller quiz pool. Kahoot is one of, if not the best class engagement tool I have ever used, with very little limitation on number of participants or features.
Cons:
In the process of implementing and using Kahoot, I have run into a few minor issues and annoyances. Input lag and screen freezing issues pop up once at least every two kahoots, which is annoying especially for the more competitive students. I also found it a little confusing how to make a kahoot. Playing a Kahoot has a different website than making one, and the website where you make an account is relatively unintuitive unfortunately. But other than that, I’ve found little issue with this amazing tool.

Kahoot has changed classroom learning
Comments: It adds an interactive element to the classroom and also gives students a fun language learning tool that they can use outside the classroom via Canvas. It can be used in both a synchronous and asynchronous environment which has really helped students who aren’t able to attend in class lessons. It also needs to be noted that I currently have a paid account thanks to grant money and this has given me a lot more variety and more options in what I can offer students.
Pros:
Kahoot is one of my students’ favorite activities to the point they ask to play it. Even though it’s a game it gives me a good idea of what my students know, what we need to review, and which students are getting left behind. There are also options on paid accounts that give me more flexibility in how I assess my students.
Cons:
Getting a quiz setup can be time consuming especially if you want it to look nice, complete with pictures. Also, to get the most use out of Kahoot a paid account is required. The basic account has extremely limited options and when my grant-funded paid account expires I already know I’m going to feel the loss of all the options I currently have access to. I’m also not sure how to seamlessly connect it to Canvas without the Kahoot! expiring if it’s not a paid account.

Kahoot-A Necessary Tool in the Primary Classroom
Comments: If you’re looking to engage students while practicing or reviewing content, Kahoot is it! The gamified point system is fantastic. My kiddos love the little fire emoji or message that so and so is on a streak!
Pros:
As an elementary teacher, I’ve been using Kahoot with students for at least 5 years. For me, it is an incredible tool to use in the classroom to boost student engagement. I find the website very easy to navigate. I am always able to find just what I’m looking for within minutes. If I can’t find a Kahoot that fits my needs, I can easily tweak an existing one or create my own. I love the collaboration with companies to provide engaging content, like the Disney Kahoots! I primarily use Kahoot to informally assess student understanding of topics, and I frequent use it as a review tool. Students love Kahoot! They love the point system and the scoreboard. Some of my students even create their own Kahoots to share with one another during recess. I love that a basic account is free, yet also appreciate that a paid plan is affordable. I would definitely consider using Kahoot as an engagement platform when presenting to or teaching adults as well!
Cons:
Honestly, I can’t even think of an area in which Kahoot could improve. I will say that over the years I’ve had some students experience glitching on the site or app that ended up freezing their device and thus preventing them from moving forward in our Kahoots. This is rare though and I trust Kahoot is actively working to identify and fix these bugs!

Excited Learning
Comments: My experience and the experience of my teachers who tried Kahoot has been very positive. The children really love the program, it is easy to get them into a secure setting with a code and the multiple choice format and the speed of the game really keeps them focused and having a great time. If you like fast paced, this is the program to use especially with middle school. The younger children below grade 4 were quickly frustrated as they take longer to process the questions and responses. The older children could not have enjoyed this more.
Pros:
The students can not get enough of this program. We have it installed on the iPads and the children beg to compete with each other and don't even realize they are reviewing their classwork! The excitement in the classroom is above and beyond what I experienced at their ages. Easy to use, a wealth of pre-made Kahoots to choose from, or make up your own and save for later, this program is a program to experience. The children suggested Kahoots be used as quizzes.
Cons:
I never had enough time to sit and make up my own Kahoots. With the daily routine of in class instruction I needed a lot of time to compose and save my work which I did not always have. Younger children below grade 4 could become frustrated with the speed of the game.

Kahoot! makes participant engagement fun!
Comments: Kahoot! is awesome. Teams always look forward to it being used and it drives fantastic engagement among the audience as well as content retention. We use Kahoot! every chance we get and have made it a regular part of both small and large team gatherings. I highly recommend Kahoot!
Pros:
Kahoot! is VERY easy to use. Simple multiple choices games can be set up in just a few minutes, especially if you've established the questions/answers ahead of time. Additionally, there is a wide range of options in question types, structures, and how answers are presented. For example, you can have participants enter a single freeform word as an answer and then display all answers in a word cloud format. Most importantly, Kahoot! enables fun audience participation and an exciting way to spice up presentations. Our teams look forward to our Kahoot! games and it results in better retention of the presentation material because they want to win the game. User participation is also very simple, whether from the mobile device app or a web browser. Everyone can easily participate and the scoring system rewards correct answers as well as speed. It's awesome and we love to use it.
Cons:
The only major criticism I have encountered is with lag time from participants who are trying to win the game. It seems that users of the app on their mobile device can usually beat those who utilize a web browser. When teams are highly competitive, we always recommend using the app for the best speed and reliability.
