Extremely powerful white label solution
Comments: Extremely positive. After 1-2 days of trying I jumped ship from a different provider and never looked back.
Pros:
To my knowledge this is one of its kind solution that allows you to create a white label client portal with a lot of extra feature. There are some elements that could be improved, however, SD is so flexible that it's very easy to find workaround and get things done.
Cons:
Several things regarding payment could be improved, mainly dynamic recurring payments. However, I was able to simply use Stripe and make it work within SD directly - apart, from that, nothing major. All other things that had to be costumized were customized with few lines of code. Again, nothing major

"Beyond everything I was looking for..."
Pros:
Firstly, from the top down the company cares about the success of its customers. It's unrivaled in anything I've ever experienced. From [sensitive content hidden], the entire team and system, there's everything you to achieve max productivity with training, tutorials, on-page guides, and even direct 1 on 1 coaching/training. I was looking for a CRM initially but found that SuiteDash offered much more in the way of customer experience interacting with my brand through the Customer Portal that's fully custom branded. One of the coolest features is "Circles". It made my customer segmentation, and content delivery so easy, and more robust for the customer experience as it allows us to deliver a personalized experience when they log in to their portal. I can share docs, resources, invoices, downloadables, and even a learning section that could be used to walk a customer through an orientation and training of sorts. All of these things enhance our relationship with our cliens. I've hardly scratched the surface of the potential and every day I discover new ways to use the platform to grow reach and influence. The Portal is #1 for me but I say that because all of the other functions are there too, email automation, customer milestone progressions, behavior conditional content delivery, and sales automation. invoicing, proposals, seriously almost everything. It's akin to a fully custom-developed system that would cost multiple 6 figures or more. This thing is the cat's meow!
Cons:
The functionality is so robust there are many options that require some study to get up to full speed. Although the options and customization features are really straightforward and intuitive, i.e. they tend to be where you think they'd be, it still takes a little time to get acquainted and learn the lay of the land. That said, the support is fantastic and [sensitive content hidden] has invested a ton in creating tutorials throughout on virtually every detail. I'm a slow learner, but I believe if it's worth shortening the learning curve they do offer direct help with setup and training.

A CRM that can't take payments, and an "it is what it is, deal with it" approach from management.
Comments:
Overall it's been good. Despite the infuriating load times and confused design, I like the software and the community. I also quite like the staff.
But this experience, and the response from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has left me with a very sour taste in my mouth. I'm rather heavily integrated with Suitedash, so upping and leaving is a big decision but I currently can't trust that they have my interests at heart.
Pros:
Suitedash is a great platform when it works. Granted, it's slower than a stoned snail and it's not winning any beauty awards anytime soon, but it's open, and there's buckets of potential.
Cons:
I'll start small: It's slow, really slow. I'm waiting 10 seconds between page loads. I have fibre broadband and all that good stuff, and have accessed the platform from plenty of other connections, so [SENSITIVE CONTENT] ' repeat potestations that it's fast for them just don't cut it. It's slow, admit it. It's ugly. The interface smacks of something made by someone who saw a CRM, and without much design experience, decided they wanted to do things differently. There's a custom CSS area, but it feels strange having to add my own code to stop my CRM from looking like a multi-era nostalgia game drank too much koolaid. But these are just appetisers. After having ploughed time into setup (grinding 10 second load after grinding 10 second load) it seems they have no idea about European credit card requirements, which have left most of Europe, and now the UK, without Stripe payments processing. When SCA enforcement came into complete enforcement, many of us have been left without a reliable way to get paid. They have known about this for over a year. Some of their clients tried warning them, but were ignored. The required work to get their Stripe integration up to date clocks in at around 80 lines of code (I've performed this myself on some of my own personal implementations). I've been told the fix is coming in weeks rather than days, and furnished with a rather lengthy "It is what it is, just deal with it" response from the [SENSITIVE CONTENT]

Extremely versatile CRM and client Portal software
Comments: Overall, very functional platform with great value-for-money. There's plenty, even an excess of information about everything. The visual design is not good though. For me, I wanted some CRM with Client portal features, but the client portal functionalities were not versatile enough, and the CRM with marketing features were also subpar to some other softwares, so instead of an all-in-one solution (which we all initially dream of), we ended up using a couple of separate tools that individuall do better what SuiteDash tries to accomplish altogether.
Pros:
There aren't many software companies whose sole purpose is to give you as much value as they can (generally they focus on extracting value for themselves). Suitedash has really tried to get you all the digital tools necessary to run your company at one place for a single, fair price. From CRM, FIle sharing, invoicing to client portals - you instantly get the feeling that they got you covered in more or less every way.
Cons:
The downside of trying to get everything done is that you end up with one big mess. The platform seems to have prioritised quantity of features over substance in some cases, as things like ease of use and deployment and quality of interface feel a bit overlooked. The visual design of the platform is really not up to 2023 standards, feels 10 years old and there's just so, so much text everywhere.

A ton of tools that all integrate
Comments: SuiteDash solves a major integration problem for us. Everything is tied in and connected to the company/client, and while we're still working on our implementation, it's looking like the long term winner for our shop
Pros:
A quick note, we're still in the middle of our SuiteDash implementation, but here's what I love about SD:1. Everything's integratedFrom email lists to Invoices to portals to LMS, SD is beautiful for small and medium boutique consultancies. We've had multiple platforms, which usually don't talk to each other. All components connect back to the client.2. Everything's accessibleI can share out whatever is needed with multiple people at a shop. My previous platform did not have that capability. And nothing is that hard to implement.3. Everything's still developingEven since starting with SD, we've seen new features appear. It's nice to know that as cool as it is, it's getting better.
Cons:
At the time of this writing, there are two features I need that I'm still using another plaform for:1. Native Outlook Online (Microsoft 365) Integration for CalendaringCurrently the only way to integrate Exchange Online is to use Zapier or similar services, which is fine but I'm trying to use less platforms, not more. Google calendar is supported out of the box, which is not a surprise, Google makes their api's open and easy to use. But in my circles, Google Calendar is a mark of amateur night in Dixie, so we moved out of it last year.2. Quizzes for the LMSIt's nice to have an LMS built in, but without a way to validate user consumption, it's not very helpful. Quizzes are supposed to be on the way, and I trust that they are, so I'm looking forward to ditching another platform and bringing that into SD as well.

Lord of Business Automation with CRM + File Management + LMS + Chat + Ticket System + Sales Pipeline
Comments: Prior to using SuiteDash, our work processes were quite difficult to manage and often resulted in confusion and inefficiency. However, since implementing SuiteDash's many features, such as project management tools, client communication channels, invoicing capabilities, and more, we have seen a significant improvement in our workflow and overall productivity.SuiteDash has allowed us to easily keep track of our ongoing projects, communicate with clients in a streamlined and professional manner, and ensure that all invoicing is managed accurately and efficiently. The platform has simplified our processes and made it much easier to manage the many tasks and responsibilities involved in our business.Overall, SuiteDash has been an incredibly valuable tool for us, and we would highly recommend it to any business looking to streamline their operations and improve their productivity. The advantage of SuiteDash is that it is an aggregate of several applications for different functions in one place with full automation and API + Webhooking, which reduces the cost of the business and put it in an automation mode.
Pros:
SuiteDash is really a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for businesses. Its Secure Client Portals ensure privacy and professionalism, customizable with your branding. The CRM Client Management Tool centralizes interactions, while the File Sharing Portal simplifies document exchange. The Integrated Project Calendar keeps you on track, and Invoicing & Time Tracking tools manage finances accurately. The Proofing & Approval Tool streamlines collaboration.SuiteDash's automation saves time with triggers and actions, while the Public API + Webhook feature enables seamless integration with other apps through Zapier, Pabbly etc.Exciting enhancements are coming soon i.e.: A ticket management system, CHECKLISTS FOR CLIENTS AND STAFF with Automation, the ABILITY TO CHAT WITH CLIENTS and much more. With SuiteDash, transform your workflows, communication, and customer experiences.Integrated Learning Management System (LMS) makes it a unique product. Which can be used for training and onboarding processes for employees and even clients.Exceptional value for money!
Cons:
It would be beneficial to include the option of saving a contact without an email address. Such a feature becomes necessary in the following situations:1. In projects where clients do not prefer email as a primary mode of communication.2. In many project management projects the clients are not directly involved so E-mail is not required at all.3. To prevent the addition of false email addresses, as it is an enforced requirement. Therefore, it is highly suggested to make email addresses optional when saving contacts, similar to how it is for Leads. Kindly take this into consideration and enhance the user experience by implementing this suggestion.

Comments: Oh my experience with suite dish has been...Awesome... I am starting starting a business and I'm all over the place. As a solopreseur I wear all the hats and suite Dash helps me wear them well
Pros:
I like that it gives me the ability to run my one man operation with ease out of the box. I'm able to market, develop, and retain relationships with clients.
Cons:
The learning management system seems to be a little bit of an afterthought. I would really like for them to beefed up the functionality more there.

The one ERP to Rule Them All?
Pros:
The system is absolutely packed with every possible nick and cranny of business needs you know about, and DON'T know about. The ability to be customized to such extent to look, function and provide so much it is unmatched. From Project Management, Employee Portal, Customer Portal, Contracts, CRM, Mobile App, Invoicing and we can keep going. The most impressive is that normally a system can not be this good in everything it offers and does. This SaaS is the exception, it is not perfect (lets be honest nothing ever will be "perfect") but it will take you a long long time to find where the system is lacking anything "special" for your unique business. If that is the case, they are just around the corner to answer questions and resolve any issues you might have quickly. This is the type of system and service you wish you would build. It doesn't require marketing! It is so good, they already have so much word of mouth referrals because IT IS an excellent system.
Cons:
Because the system is so robust it requires good training to help you see all of the options, setups needed to take full advantage of the system. In Short "Training Material"

A unique client portal solution with so many great features
Comments: We have increased our client satisfaction and received more positive reviews while reducing our number of support tickets and back and forth emails with clients.
Pros:
My favorite feature was the ability to implement our own CSS to fully customize the branding of our login page and client portal. Also, being able to use variables to display unique data for each logged-in client makes this a very unique and powerful solution.
Cons:
The only feature that was missing when I purchased SuiteDash was a "Pipeline" view in the CRM to give me some basic analytics on our sales pipeline. I reached out to Support about this and they said they already have this feature in development and it is scheduled for release soon during this quarter (Q3 2020) so I'm really excited about that and once it is released this solution will have everything I need.

White Label Portal for Clients
Comments: Clients have one central location to communicate and upload/download files. As a web development agency, this has been a huge boon. No more email tags and using shared Dropbox and Google Drives to have file exchanges. Allows me to grant and revoke access to clients and my staff members as their designated roles change.
Pros:
The flexibility of the software to control all aspects of communications to customer and staff has been tremendous. It allows me to create a portal branded with my agency where my clients can log into upload files and check off tasks - all without knowing that it was a 3rd party solutions. It allows me to focus on working on the actual project instead of working the work involved in getting the project moving forward. The mobile app is a nice touch also with the instructional videos to guide with all aspects of running the software. The videos were very concise and clear and got the lesson across on all the features.
Cons:
Because it is so rich with features, there was a lot of videos to watch.

A very well-thought-out package.
Comments: We use Suitedash to organize remote teams, simplify our work flows and ultimately cover many of the challenges we face in administration, sales, marketing and organization. This way, numerous other applications become obsolete and things can be organized centrally. That’s really worth a lot.
Pros:
For me it's the sheer range of functions that makes Suitedash stand out. I was especially pleased that the set-up is very easy thanks to extensive text and even video documentation. My Team now use many features on a daily basis: As a CRM, the software helps us to keep track of customer relations at a central point, to set up and manage appointments and ultimately increase customer loyalty and brand awareness. We will soon use the software as a client portal as well, which will give our customers a useful service tool to saves time (for them and for us). The Software can be whitelabled to a great extent right out of the box, and with a little additional CSS even larger customizations are possible (all strings can also be translated as well, which is great). My Team now shifted our project management to Suitedash since the time recording and billing functionalities come in quite handy - messaging, Kanban-Boards and file sharing with sufficient storage space are there as well. In Short: Because there are so many useful features, it's hard to tell which one stands out the most. Suitedash is just a well-thought-out overall package with lots of use cases for small to medium companies.
Cons:
Some features are currently still under development and are therefore not quite perfect. For example, subtasks cannot be moved yet. But I think the Suitesash team is keeping an eye on these little things and will fix them over time. The public roadmap also shows that the team is working hard on the product. So it's all good.

The Complete Package Software
Comments: I am using this software for billing, client onboarding, organizing, and structuring client tasks. This software is basically running half of my business for me.
Pros:
This is my second review that I am writing, period. But this company deserves it. So here it goes, I love everything that this platform offers. I am able to invoice clients, set-up tasks or projects for clients, use forms to get client information. I basically automated majority of my business, overnight. Plus to top it all off, the entire design can be customized to fit my brand, I now have a progressive web app that my clients can download to their phone (android only). Unfortunately, I have been through alot of different apps so trust me I know the headach of going back and forth and paying a bunch of money to everyone. But now, I no longer need atleast 6 different apps that I was originally using, thanks to Suitedash
Cons:
As stated before this app is the beast of software. So I cannot be upset that it has a little learning curve. To be honest, it is a little intimidating but I am not one to complain about learning something that will save me money and time down the line.

SuiteDash is an amazing all-in-one CRM (and so much more!)
Comments: I never really had a handle on my client interactions; they were always scattered. Now, with SuiteDash, everything is in one place. I can see all of the messages, tasks, client requests, files, etc, that are associated with a project *in one place*. It's practically magic.... truly. I am appreciating how much time I save automating client interactions. Yes, they may take a bit to plan and add to the system but it's SO worth it. Here's an example workflow: send proposal - proposal accepted > invoice is automatically generated; client pays invoice > 5 automations are triggered, including: project template generated, granting client access to resource files, project tasks auto-created and added to my calendar... the list goes on and on!
Pros:
SuiteDash is extremely full-featured. It replaces so many other SaaS tools I have cobbled together over the past 10 years. Now I'm able to run my business more efficiently while providing clients with a top-notch user experience. (Yes, I'm referring to the fully white-labeled client portal app that's included!) I am amazed at the myriad ways I have automated my business processes and client interactions so that the experience is high-touch and nurturing. As a business owner who's used to doing everything myself, SD saves me time in the long run because I can set up a workflow once and reuse it forever (or until I change it!). The SD team continually adds improvements and upgrades to the platform, and they actually LISTEN to SD users in their Facebook community. I made a case for adding an additional automation option and was pleased to see it implemented within a few weeks. Very impresssed.
Cons:
SuiteDash is a powerful, complex system, so it can be a bit intimidating at first. That's always the downside to any tool that is this feature-rich. It's not something you can learn in a day, but if you're committed to properly planning out your workflows, watching the SD tutorial videos, reviewing the excellent help documentation and taking advantage of the FB user community (don't forget to join!) and SD support team, you'll set yourself up for success. My suggestion... don't rush it. Take your time to learn the system by creating test/dummy accounts and workflows so you can really understand how to use this tool most efficiently and effectively.

SuiteDash Changed the way that I think about Business Software!
Comments: Suitedash is solving all of our CRM needs. How we keep track of Leads, customers alike, and their journey and communication with us. Suitedash has provided us with a very professional and branded client portal that is secure and dynamic and personalized. It is making our sales, onboarding, and record-keeping easier and more efficient. All of our business data is in one place and we don't have to be constantly making sure our apps are communicating effectively. Online scheduling of appointments with leads and also clients is more streamlined and efficient.
Pros:
Suitedash is the best-valued software that I have ever seen! The biggest benefit is that it eliminates the need for so many other softwares for a killer deal! I love their attitude of unlimited CRM contacts and unlimited employees. It also consolidates all of our data into one place which has made my life infinitely easier. Before SuiteDash we had so many other softwares that I had Frankensteined together with a combination of APIs and zapier. Suitedash has saved me so much time but also time teaching other employees how to use our software. The LMS feature and the automated onboarding have helped us get employees up to speed faster but also saved us time and money by getting our clients onboarded and comfortable with our products!I LOVE the ability to white-label the software, it helps build even more trust with our clients. I am amazed at how fast SuitDash rolls out improvements and additions to the software. They really listen to the community and develop solutions to the communities problems! I feel like SuiteDash is an investment because each new release of features is saving our company time and money. The automation in SuitDash has eliminated lots of human error and saved us so much time, money and effort. Also, the ability to truly personalize each client's dashboard to them has really made our users' experience even better. Also it has made our product seem even more valuable.
Cons:
The only downside to Suitedash (Although this is not really a negative at all) is it is such a complete all-in-one software there are so many things to learn about it. SuiteDash is so robust I still am realizing ways that it can improve and make our business better. Again that is not really a downside, If you start using Suitedash to only solve one problem, you will be pleasantly surprised to learn that it can make running a business infinitely easier and more automated.

A great customer portal, customer service application
Comments: I will be honest and say I looked at SuiteDash before and didn't give it a fair shot. You do need to be willing to watch some of the help videos for set up. Once I did that, I was set up within a day and have a pretty sweet looking customer portal on my website now. I really think they have packed an insane amount of features and customization into one product.
Pros:
It creates a great customer interface -- through multiple channels -- email, customer portal, and messaging. I really like that you can brand your own customer portal fairly easily. Within a day of set up, I had a portal, on my own domain. In the same day, I set up their progressive web app for mobile as well. This would have taken me tons of set up time and having to hire a database admin. SuiteDash provides this for a very reasonable monthly fee. I also love the Flows feature where you can use automations and even use data from the CRM (auto-fill templates with things like contact and company names). Don't overlook the value of this feature! It has the potential to save a lot of time when it comes to automating onboarding and customer communications.
Cons:
I would really like Google Drive natively integrated (I'm sure others would like Dropbox). This is high on the list of requested features, so I do think it will make it on their development roadmap. I can be a tad slow to load at times, but I've read they are also actively working on improvements in speed. I think the feature set well overrides this issue.

Revolutionized the way I think about the structure and organization of my entire coaching business
Pros:
SuiteDash is such an intelligent tool. While it was originally designed for agencies that service clients, it works amazingly for my coaching business. Previously I was using ClickFunnels to manage the members area of my group coaching/mastermind program. Not only is SuiteDash much cheaper, it replace nearly all of the functions that ClickFunnels had been serving for my business. I love that I can customize the onboarding flows for new members and provide them with custom content. I am currently in the process of converting many of my exercises and worksheets that I use with my clients into interactive forms that can be saved in their profile, so the members area functions as a SAAS, not just a simple training library. I also love the email marketing functionality they have.
Cons:
The one thing that doesn't work seamlessly is directly inserting contacts from my landing pages into my email marketing lists within SuiteDash. While they do have Zapier integrations, I'd love be able to directly insert new leads from my landing pages and opt-in boxes into my marketing lists. Doing so would eliminate the need for any other email marketing solution as well. There's room for API development, but I really get the sense that their roadmap is genuinely user-informed and that a year from now the software will be light years ahead of anything else out there.

SuiteDash is great for limited use
Comments: Got a Lifetime deal, which wasn't a bad price, but once I spent a lot of time setting up our data, I realized the serious limitations of SuiteDash's ability to function as a CRM. The team is good and the product is fine, but it's more limited than their marketing material would suggest.
Pros:
SuiteDash has a solid foundation of task management upon which to build but it's offering a lot of functionality that just isn't there yet. The team is also very responsive, which bodes well for their future.
Cons:
The CRM does not connect to email to capture regular interactions nor does it record all interactions without marking things manually. As a longtime CRM expert, I can tell you that CRM only works well when a lot of the tracking can be automated by the systems interactions, leaving the user time to get work done. SuiteDash isn't there yet.

An all in one solution with room for improvements
Comments:
Having all information in one place saves costs, money and improves efficiency. I still use some other tools that I think do their job best like email marketing, etc.
But with SuiteDash I have a tool to manage my customers, invoices, projects, tasks etc.
The Client Portal gives me a professional look and that's also a great way to impress clients. SuiteDash does that like a charm.
Pros:
The White Label solution is definitely what it took for me to buy Suitedash. Is something you can make as it was created by you, for you with all the tools you need to run a business. The help section is very well made, with a lot of good information and that's a must, especially when you're starting using the tool. I also like the possibility to have a branded app on mobile where I can access my data.
Cons:
It's not easy to implement I'm afraid. The learning curve from the first day until you have all things as you want can take a while. Honestly, I don't like the interface and the UX in some aspects of the app. The interface could have a much modern look compared with what it has at the moment. Maybe because I use a lot of new apps where we can find a pattern in the layout, interface, buttons colours etc and that makes me compare with others such as suitedash. Another thing I don't like and that can be the reason why I think the learning curve is so long and so hard to implement this tool, is the User experience. In this section, SuiteDash can do a lot more, and in my opinion, should do it asap. I find that it's not intuitive enough to call some functions in the app and that leaves us to frustration and frustration leave us to abandon the app. Sometimes I have to click 3x or more just to call an action or see a piece of information. When I think I can go there by clicking in a single button, I find that I cannot go from there, but I have to click 2x or 3 buttons somewhere just to see what I want. This is also where I can see a lot of room for them to improve. In my opinion, if Suitedash invest some time and money changing their User Experience, because the all is there and all functions are there, it can become the best all in one solution available out there.

A Must Have All-In-One Solution For Consulting Businesses!
Comments: So far I am extremely happy I went with SuiteDash. Having most of my business software needs available in the same interface has been a huge time saver. While it does integrate with many other services, I have found that since switching to SuiteDash, I am using those other services less and less. I definitely recommend SuiteDash to small to medium businesses that want to have an all-in-one solution for managing their clients and projects!
Pros:
Too many to mention, but I'll give it a try. SuiteDash definitely on track to truly be an all-in-one solution. Instead of listing all their features (I love all of them), I will describe the pros from my process flow. I can add a lead magnet or contact form to my site. Once the form is filled out, an automation kicks off a drip campaign to start nurturing the lead. Once a client expresses interest, they schedule a call to discuss how I can help them. From that conversation, an estimate and/or invoice is created to being work. I can then kick off an onboarding workflow that gathers all the information I need for a project. That project is managed from end-to-end and the client can track progress, provide clarification, or share files all through their own customized portal. This entire process I just outlined is completely native functionality in SuiteDash.
Cons:
I would like better integrations with GSuite (e.g. 2-way calendar sync), the ability to create proposals (rather than estimates & invoices), and support/ticketing system. That being said, the team is constantly making improvements and the items I have above are already on their product roadmap...yay! It can be tricky to set up at first due to how flexible/customizable it is. That being said, their instructional videos are absolutely fantastic!

Hi Mike, and thank you for your feedback! We are thrilled that SuiteDash is a perfect fit for you. We have actually just released Proposals as it was a hotly requested feature. We also have plans to implement a 2-way Google Calendar Sync, and a Support Ticket feature later this year. Stay tuned!

It didn't take me long to decide I was going to white-label and resell this service!
Comments: In my Christmas business, I had to use several different programs and services to keep up with everything. Now I can create an entry for the customer, and all things related to their project are handled in my white-labeled instance.
Pros:
Being a Jack of All Trades Master of None type of person, I find myself running a few businesses so that I don't have to go get a 'real' job. I'd use various services for my CRM, another for Project Management, one for file sharing and receiving, another for invoices, another for signatures, etc. You get the idea. It was all over the place. With SuiteDash, I can do all of the above and more in a single platform. Now I'm able to generate proposals for clients and have automated processes take place once they approve the proposal. I can send an estimate for a service, and an invoice will be sent over to them as soon as it's approved. Items such as Project Management and File Sharing are all integrated into the process, allowing the customer to follow along as their work is being completed. SD has a public roadmap that shows what features have been requested, in progress and live. This is great to see which customer requested features are being implemented. Smaller improvements are released on a fairly regular basis. One might argue it seems as if they come out weekly, but that is just my opinion.
Cons:
The load times were slow back in the early part of 2022. However, they have gotten better as the year has progressed. I wouldn't call it a 'dislike' as I understand, at a very high level, all that goes into making a project of this magnitude work. However, knowing and SEEING the speed improvements is encouraging. To put "complicated" as a dislike really isn't fair. However, I can see how some people might be turned off by how many different options there are and how they can be quit confusing to someone new to the product.

Suitedash is the tool to replace them all
Pros:
I purchased Suitedash back in April 2020 and I sat on it. It felt overwhelming to learn and I didn't know where to begin. HUGE MISTAKE! When I finally took the time to go through the academy and watch the YouTube videos, I set up my portal over a weekend! I immediately onboarded any new clients to the portal and slowly introduced the portal to my existing clients. This software allows it to be the one-stop shop for contracts, invoicing, billing, payments, exchanging files, creating data collection flows and so much more. I've also used the drip campaign feature and email marketing tools. Recently they added a learning management system to help create tutorials and courses. Once you get the hang of Suitedash you'll realize that you'll be able to get rid of many tools. I'm sure I am using just a fraction of its function.
Cons:
I think the biggest complaint I have is that the program can be a little slow to load and function. I've reached out to the team and they know improving speed is one of the most common requests. They are working on it!

Great Feachers I am always waiting because It's slow
Comments: Idea's about function is great. Practically it just does not deliver at all. Nor do they support the product.
Pros:
I really like the proposed feachers and the way they have them organized is great. Also they have attempted to have a Quick books upload.
Cons:
When I want to create and invoice it can take 4-6 min for one to load. It's like there servers are in Slow-mo. The quick book upload doesn't really work either. It brings the items in great but every entry needs to be hand fixed because the GST never transfers properly. Also the invoice number doesn't transfer? Lastly since the most resent update customer service help went from difficult to impossible. So in short I am paying to watch the little round load meter go round and round instead of being productive.

Hi Christy, Very sorry that you were not able to get up to speed with SuiteDash. You should mention that our team did spend a great deal of time trying to work with you, but it was very challenging because of how you repeatedly responded with demeaning and borderline abusive language. We do our best to support everyone regardless of their level of technical proficiency, but I had to make the call to shield our staff from that kind of treatment. We wish you nothing but the best, and hope you are able to find a perfect solution for your needs. Thanks, Mike
