This tool made our recruitment process simple and easy

Pros:

Artificial Intelligent. The tool can filter and identify the most suitable candidates from 1000+ applications

Cons:

Nothing much as this tool automates all most all the process of recruitment. They can improve the UI on dashboard.

Zwayam is a Good ATS and bit more than that

Pros:

It is a simple solution which can act like ATS, job boards and stores all our archived resumes.

Cons:

I am not sure about the reasons; However, the web efficiency of the tool is slower compared to other tools. I have used multiple ATSs. I feel, as a start-up Zwayam is good looking; has a scope to be in the competition. - I still feel Greenhouse, Recruiterbox, HirePro & Hyreo etc are trying their best to innovate a lot.

Basic Features but gets the job done

Comments: Straight-forward, no frills way of managing the recruiting process
Could have richer features but the way it is right now, it helps to keep things standardized and structured.

Pros:

Easy to collaborate when there are multiple reviewers and interviewers Good way to standardize the evaluation of a candidate

Cons:

some bugs in the UI - not easy to use the way it is set up, there isn't any comments or questions I can ask to other interviewers or provide suggestion on what the candidate needs to be tested on next

Review of Zwayam Platform

Comments: Our experience with using Zwayam has been very good so far. The support and response to any issue that we have raised has been outstanding.

Pros:

The most interesting feature in this software that added value to our business has been de-duping. We also like the ease of use and the convenience.

Cons:

The responses we get through Zwayam are often inconsistent. The consistency can be better. Nevertheless! it is a good platform and can add a lot of value especially to early stage businesses like ours.

Comments: The awesome customer service/ease of configuration and customisation/Integration of tools/ Very Knowledgeable Team/Price point all of these makes Zwayam a no brainer choice for DiamondPick. We have been very hapy with our decision

Pros:

Awesome inbuilt search capability of ones Database Very light on your computer system Pleasing to the eyes

Cons:

Few options are still being built and that will be launched soon. They are also very open about their roadmap

Great Platform

Pros:

The best thing is it is user friendly and has great functionalities which are handy. The representatives explained everything very well and the best part was you could have 5 job postings at one go.

Cons:

Nothing . It had no flaws . You could have more platforms like naukri also catering to zwayam. Also filtering can be a little better

Zwayam - Hiring for Startups

Comments: I've hired candidates successfully using Zwayam. For a small team and a small business, hiring HR agencies is an expensive affair. Other portals like Naukri and Monster offer similar services but again at a premium cost and no assurance of relevant profiles. Zwayam literally shows me the relevance of the application in terms of % and that definitely helps me stick to the platform.

Pros:

Simply loved the fact that it posts to multiple hiring portals so that you don't have the headache of managing every single portal manually.

Cons:

The user interface could be much much better.

not providing unlimited job postings if you provide that i much feel better

Pros:

This software is very useful in posting jobs to multiple websites at a single click. And the response job applications are good. We do not have to post same job again and again.

Cons:

Sometimes the website becomes very slow or keeps hanging and loading repeatedly.
