Comments: Good for use by Boards

Pros:

Security for group meetings and ease to share documents

Cons:

Too easy to get account locked. Customer service is good but it took a while to unlock account.

Keeping the meeting organized

Comments: Overall, I've had a good experience. I've worked with several fantastic people in the past and present to maintain our account and solve problems.

Pros:

Both functionality and usability are excellent. It is simple to use even with all the bells and whistles. Our company meetings are sometimes held in here. Its easy to use and create and join any meeting.

Cons:

It is annoying because the meeting feature doesn't integrate with Outlook's calendaring. It impedes effective user-to-user communication over RSVPs for meetings. creates more work for everyone.

Nasdaq board vantage will transform your organization

Comments: Overall usage would allow me to be able to create, design and implement a place for collaborative feedback on topics needed by the board and management teams where stakeholders who may invest in the company can review our progression put strategy in place advance our mission, goals and future initiatives.

Pros:

The suite of software and tools were useful for all functions required to develop and implement board capabilities across the company.

Cons:

The reporting dashboard could be enhanced for more customizable utilization.

Unacceptable product

Comments: I rarely have a satisfactory experience.

Pros:

Not much. Just doesn't work well. Decent design.

Cons:

There has be worse portal software out there somewhere, but it's hard to imagine. Antiquated login procedures, attachments don't always stay attached, doesn't function at all with Android phones, hard to print from it. None of our Board members are happy with it. Almost surely it would be better if NASDAQ didn't own it, in fact maybe it was better before NASDAQ owned it.

Comments: My overall experience with Nasdaq Boardvantage has been very positive.

Pros:

What I like most about NASDAQ Boardvantage is their customer support. Not only are always helpful and pleasant, but they are readily available.

Cons:

The software is super easy to use. I have guided people over the phone. What I don't like is my company's point person keeps changing. I am not sure if they are moving to other positions within the company, or they have high turnover.

Alternatives Considered: OnBoard

Reasons for Switching to Nasdaq Boardvantage: The decision to go with Nasdaq was an executive committee decision and other members had used Nasdaq and liked it.

Best Option: Boardvantage!

Comments: secure transmitting of info to Board Members is a huge improvement and document managing during a meeting is much improved with the software.

Pros:

Functionality and ease of use are both fantastic. With all the bells and whistles it is easy as a user.

Cons:

None. Like all of them it is a little tough to get documents exactly where you want them w/in a Board Book.

Alternatives Considered: OnBoard

Reasons for Switching to Nasdaq Boardvantage: Price was close enough and much better functionality with Boardvantage. Images within the Board Book are sharper as well.

Cons:

Nasdaq Boardvantage can be challenging to navigate initially due to its many features.

The Best Board Portal to conduct paperless Board Meetings

Comments: One of the best software to conduct meetings paperless. We have saved a lot of time, money, effort in printing documents for each of the Board member and then binding it. After the meeting just one copy was retained and the others had to be discarded or shredded, which was a lot of wastage of paper, time and effort..

Pros:

Amendments, replacement of documents can easily be done even just few minutes prior to the meeting and it would reflect on portal of all Members

Cons:

Briefcase should have an easy search option of documents by a word, phrase, etc.

Pros:

The ease with which it allows my to deploy my work as well as collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure material for meetings are easily accessible.

Cons:

The learning curve for new members could be a bit steep but our company has done a great job of developing learning tools as well as leveraging the e-learnings available on Boardvantage to flatten that curve.

Comments: So far the best storage and meetings software I have come across

Highly Recommend Nasdaq Boardvantage

Comments: Using Nasdaq Boardvantage for our Board and Committee meetings has saved a tremendous amount of my time in prepping and getting the materials out.

Pros:

I love how user friendly this software is and their customer support is great. If I ever have a question, customer support is always available and answers my questions in a very timely manner.

Cons:

Copying one folder to another folder is a bit tricky because the permissions don't seem to transfer over.

Great software for our Board Meetings

Comments: The customer support is great. Any questions were answered quickly via email. The webinars that review various functions of the software is also a plus - it helps to keep us up to date even if we don't use the software on a regular basis.

Pros:

Easy to put all of the meeting information in one place for the board members to review. Also good to get confirmation of who has reviewed the material, using the reports function.

Cons:

I like the ability to use the software as a virtual meeting, but it's been easier for us to use a Skype or Zoom meeting and then just present the material from there. It was took difficult to coordinate audio with the BoardVantage meeting

Excellent Enhancement of Meetings

Comments: It is an excellent tool to use for meetings, communication with members of a board, and has top notch security features!

Pros:

For several years, I have been a user of Nasdaq Boardvantage Portal (on behalf of my boss) with regards to quarterly Board Meetings he attends either in person (or since Covid, virtually).. I have found the portal to be an outstanding tool in communicating with other board members and the Executive Director. Most important in today's world in cybersecurity, and the Nasdaq Boardvantage Portal is very secure. It's an excellent product, and I highly recommend it. Also, should a question come up, you can always reach their customer service team, which is excellent.

Cons:

There are no cons. It's easy to use, they have great customer service, and accessing your information is intuitive.

Pros:

I appreciate being able to upload a document in its original format. This saves time should I need to make changes to any specific document. No need to reload or replace.

Cons:

Could be Nasdaq or our company's bandwidth but uploading a large document can sometimes take longer than expected.

Comments: We have had a many year positive relationship with this company and software and appreciate the ease of use for the user and for our Board of Directors. It is a huge relief to be able to easily share confidential information and also to have the option to delete that info remotely.

Pros:

This product is easy to use, much like navigating windows and their 24 hour support staff is outstanding when to comes to any questions.

Comments: As mentioned above it is pretty user friendly AND the Tech Support is amazing! Every person that I have talked to has been patient and very helpful!

When giving permission to users for documents, the scroll bar is very thin. Would be easier to use if a bit wider.

Pros:

All documents were kept in one folder which made it very convenient to pull up.

Cons:

Too many steps to memorise. It is not a straightforward programme. It is a rather complicated programme and not learner friendly.

Great Board Portal

Comments: Boardvantage has been widely accepted and used by staff and our board members. They are really pleased with the performance and like not having to have "hard copy" materials but also like the ease of use of the portal.

Pros:

I like how simple it is to upload, edit and create board materials in on location that is easy to access by all

Cons:

Sometimes depending on the device you are viewing your materials on, when you click on an item to view it doesn't always start on the beginning page, it opens on like the second or third page.
