Real estate focused solution with easy-to-use web interface in Top Producer X version
Comments: The sales and support interactions were all excellent, at every step of the way, from initial sales contact to following up to make sure I continue to be successful. Their sales and support people know their product roadmap and have input to product developments. This shows their product management is on point. Good product management is the key to having a system which will support their users continued success.
Pros:
The contacts are easy to import and easy to set up in the Top Producer X web version. I enjoy seeing my email conversations within the contacts. It is a good addition to my normal work environment, using Win10 touchscreen laptop. I keep Top Producer X as one tab open in a Chrome web browser alongside social media and property information throughout my working day. The layout makes it easy to update information and next steps for multiple clients and contacts.
Cons:
The web version doesn't have all the features of their legacy 8i product. They have an active development team working on porting features from an older system (which is still functional) into the newer system I started on, Top Producer X. Mobile version still needs updates to newer interface. Text messages sent from the TPX CRM are hard to view and act on responses on my mobile device. It's not perfect, but I have trust that they will incrementally provide updates that solve these issues and more.

Reasons for Choosing TOP PRODUCER: Changed brokerages - PropertyBase was included with my desk fees at my previous brokerage. At my new brokerage I had to research, pay for and administer my own CRM.
Switched From: Propertybase Salesforce Edition
Reasons for Switching to TOP PRODUCER: MLS integration. Out of all the companies I talked to when I searched for a CRM, Top Producer has the most real estate focused solution. They appear to be invested in supporting real estate activity as their primary market.

Why I love TP!
Comments: Great customer care for years. After shopping and working with many other platforms it felt great to have people at customer care that I literally know by name and can trust. I was being passed along from one intern to the next with the other platforms. Listen, at the end of the day I want the best for my clients. Top Producer is the best I have found and gets the job done!
Pros:
Customer care is the best! Easy to use. And the best "team" compatability that I have found in a crm. I'm fresh out of shopping all the top brands and systems out there too! Literally invested over 10k trying other systems in 2023 and have found Top Producer is the best for my team. Team task sharing, and seaching and sorting lists for my database is so easy!
Cons:
It didn't seem to be as cool looking as some of the new products out there. I did fall for the idx feature within the crm being awesome...and I still think that is a cool feature that other programs do have. But if the basic functionality of a crm cannot happen as well as Top Producer, I can't fall for the fluff and risk giving up top producer features.
Top Producer/Smart Targeting
Comments: Terrible. I am trying to cancel, but they want me to pay additional money to do so.
Pros:
Seemed like easy setup, but ended up being not so easy due to system changes that have glitches.
Cons:
Customer service is poor. They promise fixes and updates, but fail to provide either. Yet, they still charge full price every month.

Comments: I'm familiar with the CRM and Websites and think you guys do a great job.

Lead funnels and website connectivity along with the new AI service,
Cons:
Websites still look antiquated, could use a GoDaddy type model in the webspace and It is a shame that your profiteering off of people's divorces, to find homes that will be listed using your predictive AI, I would ask that you take that out of your data set, unless you can forward that data and send them adds to help them get into Christian marriage counselling and allow me to handle the conversations as they come in and only seek their good in the process and not try to sell them any of my services.
Alternatives Considered: HubSpot Marketing Hub and monday.com
Reasons for Switching to TOP PRODUCER: Familiar with the features and pleasantly surprised with the new look and feel of it very comparable to Monday.com or Hubspot without the over complication and learning curve.
Great Value for the Money.
Comments: I give it a 9/10 so far. I know I am not utilzing all of the features but I am sure I will as I become more familair with the software.
Pros:
Customer support has been fantastic so far. My rep, [sensitive content hidden] was very organized & helpful.

Nothing so far but as I dig into it more I might have some objections.

There are a lot of great features
Pros:
I like having the ability to have my leads connect with the program and have a drip campaign start asap. Being able to stay on task and have buyers and sellers where future or past clients on a campaign to follow up on. Love that the product is connected to the mls.
Cons:
There are no letters unless using their old system. Previous systems were a lot easier to navigate. The price is very high, double that of other systems I have had previously.

Comments: Excellent. Easy to use and tech support is available and competent.
Pros:
Technical Support. Keller Williams installed the Command CRM about 3 years ago. Main reason I left is the lack of available technical support.
Cons:
No significant shortcomings. I like the overall product.

Comments: It has only been a couple weeks, not as impressed as I had hoped to be, but I am still learning.
Pros:
Very trusted name in real estate, lots of benefits, lead management, goal tracking & CRM.

The email/drip campaigns seem very generic & boring, was hoping for much better content from a company who has been in the real estate game for ever...
The BEST CRM ever!
Pros:
Top Producer is easy to use - and you can't "lose" clients when you have input their date correctly. I have been using this for 23 plus years. They continue to make improvements and their support has ALWAYS been the best. I love the chat box - very quick and efficient.
Cons:
During the changeover from TP8i to TPX, I lost a lot of data - lost a huge library of letters and emails. However I did not lose any contacts or any of the info pertaining to sales. As far as emails, since I use gmail, those emails could still be retrieved if needed. The library of letters lost were the ones I was not consistently using.
Helpful tool for real estate agents
Comments: The chat is always a quick and easy way to find an answer if you need one. It is generally quite easy to use and find things in 8i. TPX has proven to not have all of the things we need to run efficiently so we have reverted back to 8i.
Pros:
I like that the calendars are accessible to our whole team so we can see what others are doing, and also the customer database and ability to write notes. It is also a good central location to find all of our transactions and listings.
Cons:
Lead management isn't as easy as it could be, the agents don't tend to use it that much.

Comments: Our overall experience has been great. Our company has been using Top Producer for 10+ years. We love what they have to offer and everything is very functional. There are so many functions that are so necessary and nice to have available to us. We will continue to use and support Top Producer!

Comments: My experience with Top Producer is excellent! I am pleased with TP X; the customer service is excellent and very responsive. I don't currently use all the tools offered but hope to expand my use of the tools TP has to offer in the future.

Top Producer keeps inquiries right in front of you and helps you to maintain a steady nurture campaign which helps to convert into viable leads.
Cons:
Using the software on a mobile device doesn't always work as planned. Email signatures wont upload when you send from a mobile device.

I've owned Top Producer for a few decades and stopped using it probably a decade ago due to constant errors, not being able to manipulate information to make it my own and constant email issues.
Been with TP for over 25 years. Left for 3 months and returned!

Why I've stuck with TP producer since it was TP 4.0.
Comments: Excellent. It would even be better if TP has a product that I can send my clients on a regular basis, i.e. newsletter.
