I'm told I have to wait TWO business days to have someone else cancel my account. That's after waiting 30 minutes on the phone. When I asked to cancel my contract due to the lack of performance, they refused—locking me into a service that did not deliver even the bare minimum. Their support team was unhelpful, dismissive, and clearly more focused on collecting payments than actually helping agents succeed. This is nothing more than a money grab. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. There are better, more transparent services out there.
