Learn more about LastPass

Pros:

It was free and very simple to use. I decided to subscribe to the paid version, and I had some of the best customer service, but some of the premium features fell below my expectations (more below).

Cons:

If lastpass has an outage, you can't login to any platform and that can ruin your day. You can't put a setting on lastpass that says keep me logged in for the next 4 hours.

A very good password manager!

Pros:

LastPass is one of the first software I install on any new device. I very much like it's ability to sync passwords across devices, including AutoFill even on iPhone and iPad. At the moment I couldn't do without it!

Cons:

There is nothing not to like, really. I am a massive fan.

Does what it says on the tin: Password management with some useful features

5.0 2 months ago

Comments: Overall, makes me a lot more productive. I need a password manager, so it does the job but the added bonus of the autofilling on forms is great. I'm not sure what other features I'd like, perhaps easier backups both local and to a backup location of my choice E.g. my cloud storage would be good.

Pros:

The cloud integration/browser integration is the safest I've used. Really intuitive enabling you to autofill usernames/passwords saving a lot of time other alternatives where you have to search for the one you want

Cons:

Sometimes it's slow or laggy, especially if I have a load of tabs open, or am too fast/slow at clicking I can close it before it works. I do have the paid version but I don't feel like you get much more than the password management in terms of features.

Terrible software, extremely annoying and INSECURE for multi-user managers

1.0 2 weeks ago New

Comments: Even a page refreshing **on its own** constantly, requires AGAIN reauthenication! over and over for team management / admin portal. The features of the team management are sad and pathetic. Then, they want to charge you double the price to gain access to the basic features that are needed for the team group acccount owner to prevent a theselves from havig a teammate change their password and lock them out of their own system!! Correct. There is no super admin - the call it that but any other admin has the same rights and can take full control of the app and remove the super admin! Foolish site, sad service, terrible CLUNKY annoying software. Run.

Pros:

I have found no feaure that made me say 'I like this' or that seemed in any way impressive or even functinal. Even sharing access between users is complicated, have to a dozen steps, reauthenticate multpile time just to accept the 'item' being shared, terrible user experience, terrible interface.

Cons:

Constantly having to re-authentiate every 10 SECONDS while navgivating site with no end in sight. Pages hanging and freezing every time an action is peformed.

No fuss password manager

5.0 10 months ago

Comments: It has been positive so far and encryption makes it safer.

Pros:

LastPass really helps in a team environment where an account for a tool is shared across multiple users. Given the nature of work I do it is very vital to have a password manager that works across different tools and accounts.

Cons:

Not very much worried of anything as it solves the problem I and the team have. Can't really comment on the admin side of things.

Facilitate your password list

5.0 2 months ago New

Comments: The whole company uses LastPass as ist allows you to collect and secure your passwords all at once. We use the app for 2-factor-authentication as well. LastPass also recogninzes new passwords and automatically asks you whether you want to add them to your password list. It also realizes new data and refreshes it. The programm also sets up hard passwords by itself.

Pros:

LastPass is the easiest way to collect all your passwords and keep them safe. You basically cannot forget your passwords anymore because LastPass already knows your password, so you only have to remember LastPass' password to have all your access data at hand.

Cons:

To have the maximum security, you have to use a mulitfactor authenticator which is exhausting but I geuss its needed.

Pros:

It's fast and easy to set up and directly use on websites

Cons:

Other than generated passwords making it so I need to constantly keep access to the account on multiple devices (which is no fault of the tool), not really anything.

Just a few clicks of LastPass can help you log into your account easily

5.0 11 months ago

Comments: For team admin workers like me who need many accounts to use, I am greatly helped by lastpass

Pros:

I work as an admin where there are several accounts that I need to use. Where I work my boss facilitates me with lastpass on his laptop, the first time I used it I had no trouble at all because it is very easy to understand, I was quite helped with lastpass because I don't need to remember many passwords moreover lastpass has an autofill feature

Cons:

There is not much I don't like, it's just that I am quite annoyed when there are circumstances where I need to change certain account passwords but I am confused to update the new password on lastpass, so it continues to display old passwords so I am a bit bothered

Big improvement to team security

5.0 6 months ago

Comments: Overall improved our team security, very quick and efficient

Pros:

Massively improved our office protocol for password sharing. Easy enough for our least IT efficient users to work with.

Cons:

Found that sometimes links expire before we expected them to. Potentially user error, though!

Even the free version has the full potential to secure your data

5.0 last year

Pros:

I have been using this app for years now and I am satisfied with it still. The free version is already enough for my need. It has the full potential to secure your data without extra cost. It gives you the security without you being forced to subscribe to a monthly plan. I'm not sure when I am upgrading, but when the time comes, I won't hesitate to upgrade.

Cons:

No complaints so far. I am happy and satisfied with LastPass

Review for LastPass

5.0 last year

Comments: With the ability to do my job smoothly, I enjoy the feature to my work computer. I don't need to waste time remembering my password and wasting other peoples time when on a phone call.

Pros:

In enjoy LastPass for the password vault. I have the need to long into multiple websites throughout my day and needing to input a password for each long in can be tedious. LastPass remembers my password and auto fills for the login making my job faster and my clients I speak to don't need to deal with me fumbling to my book if I forget my password.

Cons:

I don't have a lot of complaints. The website will log me out fully from time to time but I know its for verification purposes to check your primary password.

Solid password manager

5.0 7 months ago

Comments: It's a solid app. I used it on MacOS, iOS, and iPadOS and had good experiences with it. Sometimes it can be tricky to find a password you want. It's in the vault and you have to find it, then click reveal. All in all, it does what it says and isn't terribly expensive.

Pros:

It's a solid password keeper, it has good iOS integration, and can suggest passwords.

Cons:

I didn't always find it as smooth to use as I'd like; sometimes it's cumbersome to get in and find a password.

Great Option to Securely Store Passwords

5.0 last year

Comments: LastPass is a great solution for storing my passwords. Working with Accounts Payable, I have many websites that need to login to. LastPass makes it where I dont have to constantly type and remember all these passwords.

Pros:

It is a great product storage solution to help keep all my passwords in one place. Provides a secure way to autofill passwords.

Cons:

The only con that I have found is that it is a little cumbersome if you need to have more than one login for an individual site.
