They rejected my refunds and charged me for the whole year. I tried to ask for a refund they rejected it 3 times. Their tools that cost thousands of dollars are useless and not worth half of the price that they list it at. Will be moving on to AHREF. I'm new to the SEO game, lesson learnt.
