Zero warnings, zero requests for information, and now, over 10 days later and they still have not re-activated our account. Totally unacceptable, we have angry customers, new customers calling in confused why the site isnt working properly and we are just stuck while our "ticket" gets passed around IT purgatory. No support phone numbers, no one we can talk to, just a generic email you send your request to and hope. This company has gone completely downhill — what was once a decent payment processor has turned into an absolute nightmare. Coming back to them was one of the worst business decisions we’ve made. Their so-called “support” is a joke — no phone number, no real people, just endless email silence or generic copy-paste nonsense when they finally bother to reply. After years of smooth operations with PayPal and Stripe and not a single dispute, FastSpring abruptly shut down our account without warning, explanation, or justification — just a vague message from their useless “risk” team that clearly has no clue what they’re doing. It’s beyond unprofessional; it’s infuriating. If you care about your business, your customers, or basic human communication, stay far away from this disaster of a company. Go with PayPal or Stripe — at least they treat you like a real person. FastSpring is nothing but an unresponsive, robotic mess with zero accountability.
