> **Pros**: I use webTMA at my university to submit request to the facilities department. I like the ease of use. It quite simple. You have text boxes you can be descriptive of what is needed.

> **Cons**: I do not like that I am not able to edit my request after I submit the request. I do have to contact the administrator and either have the request cancel to resubmit or specifically ask what she can adjust. 

Sometimes the feature for selecting rooms is difficult and the way to search can be tedious.

> **Pros**: WebTMA7 has been Great Value for the Money. Compared to our previous maintenance database software, we are light years ahead of where were just after using WebTMA7 for 1.5 years. 
The other Pro for WebTMA7 is their Customer Support. Prior to the migration the training for our team was awesome, and plenty of it. The support after we migrated is fantastic. I've always been able to get very helpful and useable response to any of my Support questions. Attended TMA's 2026 Annual User Conference and they did everything right. Best User Conference I've ever attended \!\!

> **Cons**: Only Con would be that some of the Additional TMA Modules are a bit costly, but the standard WebTMA use package is quite extensive.

> **Pros**: WebTMA is user-friendly and easy to navigate.  
Work Management - From having multiple customized request forms to work control, the work flow runs smoothly.  The module contains valuable information on each work order.  Very important and critical.
Space Module - Having accurate building and room numbers along with square footage is key to having a successful facilities managment system.  WebTMA's space module's opportunity to upload drawing with ease is great for our university, especially for data accuracy.
Dashboards - This tool has become useful for almost everyone in our organization.  It is assisting with organization, scheduling and most importantly, KPIs.
Customer service - We have the best customer service\!  Our client success manager and account manager have been provided us with great service and guidance.  They are constantly taking care of our needs and making sure we are getting the best of what we paid for.

> **Cons**: Reporting is difficult to generate when you have data in multiple modules.  
Data relationships (Data doesn't tie into other modules, no relationships)

> **Pros**: The support we get from the customer service group. We use this program for procurement, maintenance management, and other processes. The staff is extremely helpful with helping us setting things up and tailoring it to meet our specific needs.

> **Cons**: It is expensive and not as intuitive. It does require some in depth usage. With that being said they have a great team that will help train staff and make the interface more manageable and usable for your processes.

> Overall satisfied with the product. It works as intended and the support we get is unmatched. I don't know that they haven't met any of our requests. The product has a large number of features and functions which can get overwhelming at times but, overall the product is excellent.

> **Pros**: TMA customer support is excellent\! Quick to reply and great follow through.
User Requests are also quick and easy to use. The user interface makes it easy to customize user pages as well.  The mobile app features make inspections much quicker and provide better record-keeping too.  All of our users who manage and maintain facility equipment seem satisfied with the program and it's capabilities, making this a good value for the money\!

> **Cons**: Nothing of note.  Most of the clunkiness was due to my inexperience and lack of training from my predecessor.  The tutorials helped me learn as well as a boost from support when I was "stuck."

> I've had a positive experience with WebTMA.  The system is reliable (doesn't go offline), and when needed, the support and client success teams are great\!
