Alternatives Considered:
Condeco desk and room bookings
Comments: Positive - it has enabled a transition over to Blended Working allowing better use of space.
Pros:
Flexible methods of booking desks, especially the App. The My team feature on the App is really useful and I try to let everyone know to use it
Cons:
Outlook Add-In has some reliability issues, especially with recurring bookings. Not all features of App are available in Web version.
Great web interface, integration however needs improving
Comments:
Pre-exchange integration and the Condeco app, our staff enjoyed using Condeco.
The company themselves were also great to work with. If we can get over the synchronisation issues with Exchange and the app etc. and take full advantage of the Eptura suite of products then there is a potential to win our satisfaction back.
Pros:
The web application is feature rich and works well overall.
Cons:
Integrating with Exchange removes a lot of the web functionality and the booking experience is less than satisfactory.
Great product - user and admin friendly
Comments: Great product overall and makes desk / meeting room bookings easy for users / reporting on.
Pros:
User friendly software both for end user and admin users. Back end configuration is simple to navigate and the onboarding process / team are great to work with.
Cons:
If an issue is raised, sometimes it can be a bit lengthy for a fix to be applied. I appreciate these things need investigatory works etc. but when asking for an ETA on a fix being applied responses are not helpful.
Ease of use
Comments:
Overall it is not a bad system. We have the desk booking and room booking system. Room booking system has been great with ease of use.
In terms of customer service with COndeco, we have seen improvements. From the early days where we'd have to wait for a day or two for a response to what is almost an immediate response now. We have scheduled regular meetings with a rep so that makes a difference.
Pros:
Relatively easy to implement and use and the current customer service response turn around time is quick, which really improves our user experience.
Cons:
Some features may not be at the level we want. The reporting system is not that user friendly and the data presented is often not how we want it so it means a lot of data manual handling.
Highly Recommend Condeco Desk Booking
Pros:
Condeco has greatly streamlined our organization's ability to leverage shared working space in hybrid environment.
Cons:
There are occasional issues with synchronization between the desktop and mobile applications, though this issue has improved over time.

Fantastic Product
Comments: Easy to deal with from ordering to delivery
Pros:
Easy to set up. Look great and very professional
Cons:
Not much negative. Possibly the price of licensing ?
Works well but support channels need some looking at

The produce itself is easy to use for the end user.

The setup and support channels have been quite a challenge to work with, especially where we had a hardware fault and Condeco support were not very helpful at all

Comments: Overall the product is really good and we are looking forward to see what further developments happen with the product - especially with integrations to Outlook/Teams.
Pros:
The administration side is very easy to use - especially when implementing Condeco into offices as part of office moves or refurbs. Giving users control to be more self efficient and less reliant on IT is beneficial.
Cons:
Some features we do not require and the price should reflect features we use/require at a particular office.
Great Product

Sometime it can be hard to locate the relevent release notes.
Reactive versus innovative
Pros:
I like that as an admin, I don't have to operate from two different portals. Also, the ability to make so much customization and allowing us to build/control/troubleshoot on our own first before involving Eptura engineering.
Cons:
Reliant on the users to push through innovation or innovating as a reaction, versus trying to forecast and keep up with the market. There is no tracking and admin access cannot be further limited within the categories. No cancellation reporting. All new advancements require further monetary investment and everything is an add on.

Easy desk booking...
Pros:
Ease of booking desks and overview of who is in each day. As an administrator, ease of cancelling a desk for a colleague not coming in.
Cons:
Pulling reports is not intuitive and fiddly. Not easy to see who was in in the past.

Condeco Meeting Room & desk booking
Comments: Generally been positive. Product support & service desk are very good with prompt resonse times.
Pros:
The product is stable & easy to use. The web app does almost everything, Vendor & Visitor sections are useful and Outlook smart calandar is handy
Cons:
If you haven't used a desk/room booking product before, careful advanced usage planning is recommended prior to submitting the setup spread sheet - and decide early on if you plan to use SSOIt was difficult to get the Outlook add in to work proprely at the beginning and needed quite a lot of project meetings to get it up & running, but this may have been because the office 365 version had just been released.The Outlook add in needs much more develpment to make it the complete product unfortunately and the promised additions must have a much higher priority on the product road map -
Top workspace booking tool
Pros:
Having both browser and mobile app is great so easy to book a desk or space I need when I go to office. Can see what days the office is going to be busy and when to go in The team day feature is really good, love being able to organise getting my team in for our weekly inoffice day and book one of our ‘areas’. Seeing the spaces visually on the floor plan is great also. We use it to book our parking spaces. Nice having all your bookings (desks rooms parking) in one place on portal. Condeco has become engrained into our work lives and its become a fun tool that you want to use!
Cons:
We are excited for more work to be done on mobile app and team day feature. Be good to be able to click on floor plan and see who has booked what spot

Great tool / Need to listen to their clients / Improvement needed concerning the support team
Comments: Concerning the app, we experienced several bugs, each one with different gravity level (from the orthographic correction to an incapacity to use the tool). The time response and correction are hardly respecting the SLA.Very often, we have to explain to the support team how to diagnos the bugs.Fortunatly, we have the web version...
Pros:
A great tool with Microsoft Multi-Tenant support.We have quality exchanges with the team, nevertheless we face technical issues (see cons)
Cons:
Mandatory configuration we should pay to use their last plugin.The support team which doesn't know what is a bug and tells us to ask for an evolution.Infra team which takes too much time to answer us.Unnecessary system with votes for evolutions.More than 3 weeks to correct a misspelling.

Comments: Overall experience has been good and support has been very responsive when needed.
Pros:
Compared with other solutions we reviewed, Condeco proved the most intuitive by our end-user testers. It also addressed the requirements we were seeking in a resource management solution.
Cons:
I feel like the administrative side of the portal could be a bit more initiative or laid out a bit more efficiently. It seems you have to jump between multiple menu sections to accomplish tasks that should be handled within a single menu and process flow. I'd also like to see all th eCondeco portals contained within one Portal so it is not necessary to jump between them to accomplish admin tasks. (Eg. Condeco Portal, Vendor Portal, Support Portals)
Desk Bookings
Comments: It's a basic tool for desk booking. Would like to have more flexibility with reports, floor plan viewing.
Pros:
Provides basic functions for the end user
Cons:
Several factors but one that stands out is the floor plan. It's not intuitive enough.

space booking system
Pros:
Multiple platforms to parking, desks, meeting spaces. Helpful booking grid gives you view of bookings for weeks ahead. Love floorplan. Updated mobile app is modern and userfriendly can book and manage any time v convenient. integrated with m365 and out look add-in is no brainer. Syncs with ldap and sso for smooth user experience and means we can leverage existing authentication infrastructure. Customer support = great.
Cons:
One drawback was outlook addin lacked ability to book multiple meeting space But this has been developed and we’re looking forward for the release

Early experiences by administrator
Comments: Reserving personal space works very well.New user experience reserving rooms and using the Polycon is still in the learning phase.
Pros:
1. Search function to find team members.2. Booking personal spaces is easy to do.3. Booking meeting room spaces using Microsoft via the Condeco add-in is very helpful.4. Booking grid allows us to see what resources are available all at once.
Cons:
Installation was not easy. Especially getting the room's note pads to connect properly.We would like to link meeting rooms into existing meetings.

Review for a great product
Comments: It’s been great. Was easy + quick to get set up and the customer service has been v good.
Pros:
It makes collaborating with my team when we’re in the office very easy. If we have a hectic week packed with lots of meetings we can schedule and book the meeting rooms we need. I like how we can see what meeting rooms are available through the booking grid or the option of booking directly in outlook. We have the touch screens outside each room as well which look really sleek/modern
Cons:
At the moment we haven’t really found anything that we don’t like about it. It does exactly what we need it to do and in my opinion is a must have for a modern office..

Alternatives Considered:
Meets so many needs in one product
Comments: Since Covid we have been able to simply rollout out the desk booking to new sites, and it was so easy. A great product that allows us to set up groups for whatever we need, and set access levels to meet the demand.
Pros:
For me the ability to easily move meetings around, we call it room Tetris, to make the most use of our meeting rooms. Condeco is certainly the easiest that we have seen. The support team are also great at helping, if stuck with something not working, or suggestions on how we can do something better.
Cons:
Nothing that we can think of, and with regular reviews with account team they tell us what is coming up, and we also have the ability to log ideas as well.
Not fit for consumption
