I have used this software for more than 1 Year and found that its data is not accurate. From First meeting, i was assured of folloiwng things :1. Integration With Busy2. TDS Data Matching3. TCS Data Matching4. GST Reports with out any error.But unfortunately, they just want to your money and your data and not provided any of the above mentioned service.Sales team commits, but after that no one will help you. They will assign the account manager, but he will never picks your phone. All in all waste of money. Because of there data my complete year Gst Return were filed wrong.

Software is a helping hand for Sales entries

Customer Service

Pros:

I am not sure is there are any pros as the data provided by Amazon and data provided by Evanik has a difference. We had to still work manually.

Once paid their company doesn’t care about client and so much of false promise by the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and team. Waste of time and money

It does not work. Tally integration does not work and your team needs to make major ammends to the process for it to work

A bad experience with evanik as an online seller

Comments: This was my first three month subscription with Evanik Networks Private Limited. Weekly we checked the data within 45 days everything was showing wrong such as payment reconciliation, customer returns, Courier returns. Customer support is not helpful, when I call them they don't pick up the phone and when I message them on WhatsApp they don't reply. We subscribed to Evanik to easily view and understand our Flipkart orders information. We were looking at everything wrong and a lot of information was not showing up here. Based on our experience with Evanik, we would not recommend online seller to joining with Evanik.

And customer support also don't lift calls and of lifted says we will check and call and that call rakes more than a month to receive..

We tried many softwares and were about to make a compromise with one of them and we came across Evanik. It was a unanimous and instant decision within our Organisation to finalise the evanik solution.
Real time inventory, easy order management process and simple yet powerful interface is the advantage that evanik brought to us.
The team at evanik is responsive, subject matter experts and act as consultants which is a huge shift from other Organisations that we have worked with.
