Innovative Giving Platform
Pros:
Logins integrate with Facebook and Google, integrations, website customization, text to give, dashboard and customer support.
Cons:

Good and always improving
Comments: I love this product... but the response to our needs from the staff has been even better. We are a larger multi-site church and came into using this product fairly soon after they made it. The product enhancement requests that have been made have made it even better. When we have faced challenges with getting this to work best with our chms and website they have been super responsive and creative in coming up with fixes for our issues.
Pros:
Customization, clean look, ease of reporting and above all the support.
Cons:
Some fields can't be relabeled and it has created issues when people get creative entering their data. For example they will enter multiple first names as it won't match to our chms database. (Jack & Jill vs Jack)

Easy to use/understand for users
Pros:
We didn't implement a tithing/offering program before this one so we don't have much to compare it to, but the ease of use and receipt process is simple and going over well with our members.
Cons:
No cons to add at this time. Easy to use and understand.

Absolutely Amazing Resource
Comments: After struggling with other frustrating and confusing digital giving platforms, we made the switch to Online Giving. The multiple avenues and the simplicity to give, far exceeded any of our expectations. Each month we see our digital giving increase as a result of our Online Giving platform! I recommend Online Giving to any church who desires to implement digital giving to as a resource to their church congregation.
