A Year with big Change
Comments: Positive, its not perfect but it is the best I have seen
Pros:
The main thing is the reduction in admin time, both back office and time on site filling in job sheets.
Cons:
The way the CRM works on the tablets. using the software correctly its impossible to create a job from the tablet to a customers specific asset

Fantastic onboarding process
Comments: Great team, very patient and helpful. We are excited for the efficiencies and improvements BigChange will deliver when it is properly established.
Pros:
We are only a couple of weeks into using BigChange but found the Sales team to be refreshingly honest about its capabilities (and they brought donuts) and the onboarding process has been incredibly in depth.
Cons:
The work that goes into getting it up and running, unavoidable but time consuming, although the pay off will make it worth while

Big Change Review
Comments: Overall if the tweaks and issues noted could be resolved this system could be so much more user friendly and it seems odd that features like these have been missed out as they are available in other areas of the data base.
Pros:
The system is internet based which is a good feature as can be accessed remotely with ease. This system is quicker and has more features than our previous one, although more assistance in setting these up from big Change is required. Big change continues to develop and add features that are needed.
Cons:
The monthly invoices is a massive issue, it shouldn't be such a long winded process to submit our monthly invoices. We also have different customer categories on the system and due to the data being different on the detail tab, if the drop down is changed accidentally, even if not saved all data is lost - this has caused numerous issues whilst learning how the system works. The onboarding process was more bundled in data than understanding how the system works and how to input the data, it has been with monthly issue since our go live in March with has caused additional unnecessary administration work. The hand over was also pretty rushed and felt like once on boarded we were left to get on with it rather than assisted in the continuous development of the newly taken out system.

Initial Review
Comments: I still like the playform, and we are yet to fully go live, but there have been some major frustrations in getting things set up and interfaced with ourmain CRM Microsoft AX platform.
Pros:
Additional features above what we currently use.Ability to make changes instantly.Additional features like photos and service history.Ability to have files specific to customers and equipment.
Cons:
The whole creation of worksheets felt very clunky, and this wasnt fully explained or appreciated by us at the start. Good features, but sometimes difficult to build a worflow and worksheets that meet our specific requirements.Although i'm not on the job coordination team, i beleive the layout and interaction with jobs could be improved up, for instance, having to click through various items to see the full job details is tedious.The product didnt meet our need to have mutiple equipment in one job due to the stock/equipment being all under one place, this makes it difficult to identify service parts per item, we ended up having to have group jobs which isnt ideal.

William Hale Fire & Security Ltd
Comments: Overall i feel Big Change is more than suitable for the Fire & Security industry, and includes all the features necessary to running the administrations, jobs, employees and customers.
Pros:
Since fully implementing Big Change, we have found the system generally easy to use, and popular with the field engineers. My favorite features of the system is the Job Management/Scheduling, the Tracking feature and how that links in with the scheduling diary.
Cons:
A lot of work has to go into setting the system up and importing information, but i guess this goes for any CRM. I'm not keen on the Stock & Equipment setup and feel this could be improved.

Big change for a commercial gas company
Comments: Overall I am happy with BigChange but would like to see some more quality of life updates such as better sorting and filters or the ability to put additional group jobs inside group jobs so that multiple return visits in one group can be logged together which still keeping it within the initial jobs group
Pros:
Big Change enables us to mange 80% of our day to day work in one place, from quoting, running jobs and chasing parts with suppliers as well as integrating slightly with Xero. They are constantly doing updates, some of which have been instrumental to our use of it.
Cons:
It is not tailored for our particular companies needs. Multiple day jobs have to be logged as seperate events which can add a lot of extra reports being filled in by engineers or a lo of extra admin in the back office.Also the asset management for sites is very clunky and requires every asset to be added including serial number, make and model etc, which is great for small sites but where we have over 600 sites, with some sites having very old equipment which does not have clear details, or might have 30+ assets with different serial numbers it makes it incredibly impractical to use.
The Go To for all your resource and fleet management.
Comments: Being a big change user for 5 years now its been an incredible tool to help us maximise profits and improve efficiency.
Pros:
- Intuitive UI- Great Support- Live Tracking- Customisation
Cons:
- If you have multiple systems you cannot use them both with the same e-mail easily.

It is simple to use and highly editable. This give the business the flexibility to change a process instantly

5 year contract, Cost. There are also some functions such as dashcams we would like

Big Change Review
Comments: Great!
Pros:
Helps us become more efficient as all the information we need for our jobs is all in one place. Incredible support from the road crew.
Cons:
Can become a bit complicated at times however it’s an easy learning curve to come over. Can be overwhelming at the start but all the support is there to help if needs be.

Great for large businesses
Comments: It's great for what we use it for (large business - engineer/job management) but I could see there being issues with smaller companies due to costings etc.
Pros:
Feature rich product with heavy customisation available which can make the product truly unique to each company.
Cons:
it often grinds to a halt/slows down in the evenings which is when I use it the most.

Team capacity management
Comments: Very positive, really like the system and would recommend.
Pros:
The easy to use interface and dashboard gives me an instant snap shot of all of my team at one time.
Cons:
There are many more functions that could be added.

A comprehensive job management platform
Comments: Our overall experience has been good, and much of this is down to the people at BigChange, whom I have to say are always a pleasure to deal with. From the “Roadcrew” help desk to senior managers and developers, everyone is always happy to interact with customers directly.
Pros:
BigChange has a friendly and appealing interface that is easy to navigate. Fleet management and tracking is easy and comes with a mobile app that allows you to keep an eye on your assets on the move. Scheduling a job is easy and being able to see live progress on any job is very useful.
Cons:
As with many comprehensive packages they didn’t start out that way meaning they have grown arms and legs as time has gone by. This can mean that as more aspects of your business gets integrated with the system some areas fall short in terms of features or functionality, especially if your industry is part of a smaller customer base. For example, many of your personnel’s information is needed to the point that the system becomes a natural HR hub or platform, but permissions are either too much or too little to keep this information withheld enough from other staff in some cases. Separately, in a world where much job planning is done months in advance, only being able to see 28 days worth of jobs on the tablets is frustrating, especially when technicians are trying to book holidays. The system has so much to offer that inevitably many will pay for functionality they simply don’t need. A 500mb data allowance per tablet per month is virtually impossible to stay within on a platform that encourages plenty of photo taking as part of workflows - this results in high excess data charges…a very painful and unneeded extra cost.
Service & Maintenance company using BigChange for all aspects
Pros:
The ability to collective store information between both customers, jobs & resources also for a service company has allowed us to have everything available within a couple of clicks. Doing this allows us to keep a live up to date paper trail that anyone in the business can get information from.
Cons:
At times some adjustments & changes are often discussed and then taking in excess of a year.Additionally there are a few things which might seem like a minor tweak but could often requires hours of back and forth. Sometimes some factors of Job Watch are very binary and sometimes require some further flexibility.

New to Big Change 2023
Comments: Generally good with a few frustrations however the tutorials are always good to go back to in order to help solve a issue.
Pros:
Ease of putting jobs onto the system and viewing where operators are at any time
Cons:
Accessing old information quickly which maybe down to our knowledge as we learn to use the system better

Ease of Use
Pros:
I like how easy everything is, I have come from my last job that uses a very non-user friendly system. I have found the switch to BigChange very easy and like how easy it is to customise it for your own usage. Road Crew are also very helpful.
Cons:
So far I have nothing to contribute to this :)

Dreadful customer service
Comments: Really really poor service, you never get the same cperson to deal with the set up and we have had to resort to bringing in our own software engineer to try and get the system up and running.
Pros:
Can't answer because 6 months in and Big Change still haven't got it up and running
Cons:
Awkward software with absolutely no back up from the Big Change software engineers who always seem to be off sick or helping their injured parents

Great CRM software
Pros:
The real-time 'live' feeling to everything, everything that is updated in the back office is sent to our engineers tablets straight away. As is everything that the engineers complete on the tablets is instantly available at the office.
Cons:
The fact that I can't filter by supplier when looking at purchase orders raised to a particular contact on the CRM. To be able to filter by supplier or search key words would be helpful sometimes, especially on larger projects where multiple PO's are raised on the same contact.

being able to easily idenifty where vehicles are in real time
Cons:
the tracking is hard to find when things go wrong for example we lost 3 days worth of tracking

Big Change in Field Services
Comments: In general very positive, it's a simple easy to use system that does what it says on the tin.
Pros:
Layout of the screens, ease of use and the ability to free type in different fields and to upload photos and documents to capture relevant information, which can then be shared with the engineering teams.
Cons:
effective reporting is an issues for us, there isn't the functionality to easily capture jobs by type. the amount of data that is produced is enormous and filtering manually is too time consuming.

Big change, a necessity for helping a business thrive
Pros:
The mobility and ease of use has made my day to day tasks effortless
Cons:
I feel like being able to use two different mobile devices seamlessly without loosing progress on reports would be amazing, such as starting a report on one device and then moving to another such as a laptop and logging in to have all the pictures which have been uploaded still in the app instead of logging in and having to start from scratch.
