Comments: Excellent platform for our email needs. I'd recommend it to anyone.

Pros:

I love how simple it was to setup and how easy it is to create new campaigns and emails.

Cons:

The email editing feature can be more simplistic. There are a lot of clicks and you have to redo the TXT version each time.

Comments: I've been using Zoho tools for over 3 years now and Zoho Campaign helped me and my clients a lot.

Pros:

The email campaign management is super easy to use.

Cons:

The cost is very affordable and if I need more functionality I just paid separately for another Zoho tool like CRM.

Best Autoresponder/Email Campaign Site I've Found

Comments: Excellent! genuinely the best autoresponder/email campaign program I've ever found, after trying several!

Pros:

requires little maintenance. sends our media ministry's email newsletters seamlessly with little issue, and if you ever do have an issue, the live chat on the site is quick and helpful. we can also easily send a quick announcement or marketing message to all of our subscribers at any time.

Cons:

to be expected after using the platform for several years, have run into a few kinks and bugs. they are always addressed with great live chat help however.

Comments: Since we've begun using Zoho Campaigns we've found the initial setup to be pretty smooth. The user interface is helpful and intuitive when setting up campaigns. Zoho Campaigns has allowed us to reach more leads than ever before and has kept everything very organized so we know what is going on.

Pros:

Zoho Campaigns is ideal for small to medium sized businesses who want access to big business marketing tools. They make it very easy to setup contacts, create campaigns, and track campaign performance. Before we using a very manual process, but Zoho and streamlined everything and made it very simple.

Cons:

The Zoho training was not the best, but we found that we are able to learn most of the features on our own and have been happy overall.

Zoho Campaigns is a better alterenative to Mailchimp

Pros:

It follows a similar process to Mailchimp so when converting over it is quick to learn. After mailchimp was taken over by Intuit it became to expensive for small campaigns and this is a viable alternative.

Cons:

Not much just the initial setup is lengthy but no worse than others.

Comments: We have been using zoho campaigns from last 16 months and find it quite useful to deliver our email campaigns. Its dashboard is very easy to use and even a newbie can handle it efficiently. We found Zoho deliverability of best class and we are getting more than 25% open rate for most of our campaigns. Highly recommended

Comments: There are occasional glitches in the execution of campaigns but overall it's a fantastic marketing tool that is more user-friendly than it's competitors.

Pros:

Zoho Campaigns has readymade templates that can be reused to save time.It is an affordable product in it's category making it a first choice for most businesses.Zoho Campaigns integrates well with other products such as Zoho Analytics, to generate some valuable end user data visualization that can help organizations take better & informed decisions.

Cons:

Zoho's problems remain the same irrespective of the product, their customer support is sluggish and query resolution takes much time.Zoho Campaigns uses automation for scheduling campaigns but the user needs to take care of validation errors in advance else the scheduled job will fail.

Using Zoho Campaigns for Newsletter

Pros:

We used Zoho Campaigns for sending community newsletter for some months. It was good for it did not have enough features, and was quite difficult to grasp at first. The main advantage is you can easily connect with your Zoho email accounts of course :)

Cons:

Lacks ease of functionalities and if you consider this, it could be expensive compared to other providers

Pros:

I tried many email services as a marketer. Zoho Campaigns is better in terms of price, speed and simplicity. Now it takes 1 minute for me to send my campaigns.

Cons:

Please add more contact limits per subscripition.

Great Platform, great service

Pros:

ITS GREAt to use, has great deliverability only downside is the customer service representatives they can almost never actually fix any issue. just create tickets for another person to fix them so they are useless just make a ticket submit and skip your customer service payroll they are useless.. the platform it self and the actual marketing service is great

the customer service, the agents are basically more ignorant that automated bots they can never fix anything

Comments: First it’s not easy to get into it. The support is good and fast. Now, after some months, I like it.

Pros:

I like the workflows. You set up a campaign, define actions, wanting times, build emails from templates or from scratch.

Cons:

First I didn’t see the difference between Zoho campaigns and Zoho marketing automation. I built up my campaigns in marketing automation. But there, a special function is missing: you can’t change anything on a running campaign. In ZOHO campaigns you can.
