Failed to clean list properly - 10% errors - then denied it was their problem

Pros:

- Quick response to enquiries on customer service, although the responses are poor - Quickly cleans files, although the process is flawed - There isn't much else to say about the company really

Cons:

- Their UI is OK, but quite confusing. They don't use the same terminology in all their screens, so its hard to see the exact emails you should mail, and the ones that are dead. - Unfortunately, the emails that were cleaned still produced 10% errors - 1500 emails out of 14000. This is not acceptable for a professional list cleaning business. - I told the customer support team, but they just accused me of sending to the complete list of instead of just the "clean" list, which is inaccurate. As proof, I took the clean file, picked a random email from it, search the email log, and that was a bounce back. They still continued to say I was using the wrong list. - Therefore, I can only say to you to not waste your money with this company. There are several others who offer guarantees - up to 97% accuracy or your money back. - EmailListVerify failed to offer me a refund, failed to apologise and failed to correct this mistake. - The people who run this company also don't even know what a CSV file is - "download your results as a CSV" - when they are in fact semi-colon delimited.

Solid platform for start-ups!

Pros:

Email List Verify's simplicity and affordability make it an excellent choice for a start-up with a limited budget. The platform's user-friendly interface made it easy to upload and verify my email list quickly. I appreciated the clear and concise reporting, which helped me understand the quality of my email data. The customer support team was responsive and helpful when I had questions.

Cons:

We haven't found any cons with regards to the platform.

Verify my email list

Pros:

Email List Verify is one of the tools that are very important for me to check the integrity of the email address that are subscribing to our email marketing list. It is really good in verifying if the contact list is active and not a disposal email that has been really problematic for us.

Cons:

The detection rate is very good, but it runs too slow and taking too much time for it to verify all the listing. I had to left my computer overnight for it to process it all. I really hope that it will run faster and. Other than that issues, i don't see any other problem with this software.

Verify email active status easily

Pros:

Email List Verify is among the most crucial tools for me to use when checking the authenticity of the email addresses on our email campaigns list. It's great to double-check that the email account is live and not a throwaway email, which has been a huge pain. I may catch duplicate emails using the email duplication remover, which helps preserve our dataset's data consistency.

Cons:

The detection accuracy is excellent, but it is too sluggish and takes too long to validate all listings. I had to turn on my computer all night for it to analyze everything. I truly hope that this will run more quickly and efficiently. Aside from that, I don't notice any other concerns with this program.

Amazing product!

Comments: Keep doing what you're doing, no more no less.

Pros:

I like how easy the tool is to use and to be honest, it's fairly priced for the service that it provides. I've never really run into any issues when using the service. I recommend the pay as you go!

Cons:

I did run into an issue one time where the service didn't fully capture all of the emails that should bounce. But it only happened once and I recognize that sometimes things slip by.

Email List Verify is a very beneficial tool for me for contact management, Email distribution, Email verify, etc.

Cons:

There is nothing to dislike in this tool. It is a simple tool.

Get the most bang for your buck

Pros:

Email List Verify is very generous with the quantity of emails. We started with a free trial and got tons of emails verified each day - nothing is ever 100% perfect and I think there were as few as two errors in our first week. This plus the economical value is what made us choose to invest in this software and use it (at my former job). Another plus - customer service! The implementation team really helped my team get on board and comfortable with the product.

Cons:

I didn't run into any issues or cons about this to be honest. If anything, I wish they accepted more file types for submitting lists!

Keeping bad emails out of data lists.

Pros:

Creating a new account on this website is very simple. In few seconds I created my account here. After that I found its web interface very intuitive. Easily I can operate this account and validate my database.

Cons:

As a trial user I got very few credits to test this software. They should increase the limit.

Impressive! EmailListVerify makes it so easy to clean lists, delivering results in minutes

Comments: A list of 'active' contacts was included with a Wordpress plug-in for a client website project. Before we could approve their using the list for email marketing, it had to be cleaned of bad emails. Email List Verify made this super easy, straightforward, and quick at the best price on the market.

Pros:

The UI is simple, clean, and easy to use. The directions are clear. And, the results are delivered in, literally, a minute or so with clear graphical results and easy export.

Cons:

This was my first experience using this kind of service. Did my research prior and decided this is the best and, happily, there are no cons to using Email List Verify.

One of a Number of List Tools Used, Not Always Impressive

Comments: A dirty email list is a problem, and this tool is creating cleaner, if not quite sparkling clean email lists for our lead gen people to work with.

Pros:

It does catch MOST bad email addresses and does a pretty good job of cleaning a small list. It performs a little less impressively on larger lists. It seems to be improving though, and as the cold mailers we work with like the platform, we've kept using it.

Cons:

The lack of accuracy on larger lists (as in over about 500). Fortunately that is not the size of most of the lists we check.

Great For Verifying Email List

Competitive pricing and easy interface make Email List Verify a winning tool

Pros:

Eliminating hard and soft bounces as well as other invalid addresses can save your reputation with your ESP. This tool makes that process simple and also has API hooks so you can automate e-mail imports. Pricing is at or below industry standards from what I have seen.

Cons:

The tool doesn't always filter out all of the "catch all" e-mails that get into lists, so more recognition of generic e-mail addresses that reach multiple recipients would help deliverability.

Comments: This is an incredibly affordable option to get your email lists cleaned up without ticking off your ESPs and having to deal with compliance issues- it's a must for new lists, in my opinion.

Pros:

Email List Verify is incredibly simple to use and seems to be reliable in our experience- plus, at a 1,000 free, you can always test with smaller signups before committing to a paid account.

Cons:

Nothing at all- Email List Verify operates as advertised and is an underrated tool for email marketers.

Indispensable and Inexpensive for Email Marketing

Pros:

Easy, fast, and inexpensive email verification. Does bulk verification, which saves a ton of time.

Cons:

No real downsides, even has some free verification at the beginning.

Cleaning plans are affordable and customizable depending on you budget and contact list size, and is easy to set up.

Cons:

I don't like that it doesn't recognize already uploaded contacts, and sometimes it´s hard to find what an error means.

Don't know how I worked without it!

Pros:

I used to waste so much time inputting emails into our database only to later realize that a portion of the email addresses I typed in were no longer valid. I've been using the free plan on EmailListVerify and in no time at all I'm able to see which email addresses in my list are valid and which are not.

Cons:

Not really much to dislike. The free version I use limits how many emails you can check a day but I have never had any problems with that either. The limit isn't very low.

Comments: Overall, a good program to use for creating an organized inbox especially for those with a busy workflow inbox. Still a bit of technical difficulties with some specific filters; however, overall has done a great job at filtering a vast majority of unnecessary​ emails.

Pros:

Great program for filtering out a very busy inbox, especially with continuous​ spam/junk emails. It is very easy to use and clearly explains how to create filters in order to help organize your inbox to your own preferences! Has a clean, easy to follow user interface.

Cons:

Some of my filters are still not working as I would like them to work. Some specific outside parties are able to still send spam to my school email. The customer support is a bit slower than I would like it to be, especially with this filter issue.

My Best Email list cleaner at all times

Comments: If you're in business that deals with Email Marketing you really need to have a System that verify your list and clean up those duplicate emails. Email List Verify is great tool to use I highly recommend it.

Pros:

It helps us in our business to clean up our email list and at low cost price. It very easy to use even if you are a beginner. The customer support is very outstanding and one more thing I like about the Email List Verify they also offer positions to be they promotional partner "Affiliate marketing". So the more you recommend the Email List Verify in your clients it ended up pays for itself.

Comments: After 15 years of being a website designer and online marketer, I have finally found a company I can trust to verify my emails properly. I use them for list of 1,000 to 350,000+ And every time the emails are used in campaigns I have always received tiny, if any bounces or problems. Plus their customer support is top notch.

Pros:

Very easy to use, Easy to navigate, Easy to understand the grading system, Fast turn around time and best of all, they have an online chat that gets responded to within 3 minuets. Their API is also very useful.

Cons:

They may have it already, but it would be great if it had a better system to looking up past transactions and to be able to download invoices.

Great Accuracy of Email Verification

Comments: We tried many platforms for e-mail lists verification and found this platform to be very accurate and easy to adapt. Workflow is simple to understand.

Hit and miss

Comments: I uploaded a csv file of email addresses and ran the program. The results stated that out of 1000 emails I had 161 invalid addresses. However, when I download the custom results and requested a list of only the bad addresses, I got the full list downloaded.

Pros:

When the csv file is in xls format, the program works like a charm.

Cons:

When uploading a csv file, the results are hit or miss. (In my case, a complete miss.)

Great Tool to improve the health of your email data.

Comments: It helped me to clear my dead data to get more accuracy in email marketing.

Pros:

It’s user interface is very easy to understand. I use it to filter out my old data. And it always gives my accuracy.

Cons:

Sometimes it become unresponsive while uploading large data. That time it’s annoying. They should improve on this.

Comments: A bit frustrating at first. Support window blocks view of some functionality. I found the service to run very slow on a small list. Going to try a bigger one now. Hopefully it was just an anomole.

The ease with which we got it up and running. its now integral part of our verification process. i also found the solution very cost effective.

Cons:

can't think of any thing specific.. Overall happy with the service. There was one instance when during the migration they went out for a few days that halted our work as well but i will give them a benefit of doubt as a one off case.
