The switching process was easy, the customer support was great, and all of the features i was looking for in a software were there for a third of the price of Mindbody.
I just hate software in general. I'm not tech savvy, so this whole undertaking made me really nervous.

We made the switch from using Mond Body for 5 years to Wellness Living 7 years ago and have never looked back. As our business has grown so has WL. We have a large number of offerings from Yoga, Pilates & Fitness classes on weekly direct debit, to national and international retreats and Yoga & Pilates Teacher Trainings. I love how WL seamlessly integrates with Mailchimp and zoom and our website. Having our own branded App (that doesn't cost an arm and a leg) sets us above our competitors and makes it easy for our clients to book in for classes and events.
Glad we made the jump across 7 years ago and won't be going anywhere.

Sometimes it can take a few hours or next day before someone responds to an email enquiry because of the time difference here in Australia.

Wellnessliving is top notch!
Comments: We previously used Mindbody for our booking platform. There's no comparison when it comes to tech support as well as all the other helpful features. Follow. up emails and resources to access if needed.

The customer service is top notch! You always get a live person when you call tech support and if you have to leave a message someone actually calls you back.

There is better software than this!
Comments: 5/10. Was not the best support I’d have hoped to receive as they take days to respond.
Pros:
They have a staff app that works well for our coaches to check people in and out and purchase things.
Cons:
It looks like a kids crayon coloring book. The UI is awful. It’s clunky and not easy to set up things. POS system is bad bad. You have to open so many tabs.

Great platform!
Comments: I've been really happy with Wellness Living as a whole!
Pros:
Wellness Living has been such a great change from my last CRM platform. It is SO much more user friendly and has an intuitive design to allow teaching your staff how to use it so easy. I love the text options and the white label app too. The app has taken my business to the next level for sure! :)
Cons:
I want my clients to easily see their attendance history so they can push themselves to reach new milestones at the studio. I want emails to clients to reflect my hex colors and to offer cool layouts.

Way better than our last CRM
Comments: Overall its a huge improvement for our team!
Pros:
I am a fan of Wellness Living compared to our last CRM. I appreciate the quick improvements that are made when enough people make a suggestion.
Cons:
I do feel like the reports that are available can be a little limiting at times for pulling specific metrics. I also wish it had more official invoicing capabilities. Some client types we work with get funding from government programs and require official invoices that we have to go outside of the system for. Other than that we love it

Great for Pilates Studio scheduling

The WellnessLiving support staff is always helpful and polite. They are knowledgeable and give me the help I need promptly! The website is flexible and really works well for a busy studio schedule!

Because it does so much, it takes awhile to fully learn all the applications of their website.

Great software for yoga studio
Comments: The software is robust, easy to use and the customer service reps are always willing to help. They are cheerful, patient and will call me back if I have a questions I cannot resolve. I am over the moon with the software for my yoga studio business. I think it is professional looking and easy to use for both the teachers and the owners as well as more importantly, the students.

Very easy to use, robust reporting and easy client interface. My students love it and we love our branded app.

Sometimes hard to get a hold of someone to help answer questions but they always call you back.

If you have a service based business, you NEED this software!

I've been using Wellness Living since 2020 for my Massage and Yoga business and I cannot say enough good things about it! First, the software itself is capable of managing every aspect of the business from booking to inventory to payroll to retail sales and Gift Certificates. I get shocked looks when I tell folks in my small town that we have an app they can use and then they can not live without it!
On top of that, the support team is extremely responsive. If there is a problem or a feature you'd like to see, there is a whole community of businesses and tech support to reach out to, ask questions and, if needed, get help from (and yes, they will hold your hand through whatever issue you need resolved, if need be). Whenever there is an update, they send out videos and virtual workshops to help familiarize you with changes as well as tips on optimizing your experience!
They are constantly trying to add features suggested by the users and make things run smoothly so that you only need to worry about doing what you love to do: run your business.
I have already recommended WL to several other similar businesses and will continue to do so.
Thanks for a KickA$$ product that makes my life simpler!

There was a bit of a learning curve to get set up and started, but they "held my hand" through the rough stuff and got me off to a great start. I've been running smoothly ever since.

Great decision to partner with Wellness Living!
Comments: After a thorough assessment of platforms for managing our studio services, staff and a broad-based set of CRM-related functionality, we landed on Wellness Living and made the switch in 2021. Wellness Living continues to invest in their platform, largely based on business feedback, and has expanded their functionality along with streamlining key processes to make day-to-day studio management simple. We push the boundaries with regards to integration and the use of the platform. When we run into problems, the support is generally solid. Happy with our decision!

Comments: 8/10 - Every software company has pros and cons. WL has more pros for us. There are many options that help us to serve our clients better and we enjoy the easy to use platform.
Pros:
The onboarding was great. We learned different ways to set up options that provided more opportunity for us.
Cons:
Continual price increases. I expected to make it atleast a year without a price increase.

Support Team is Helpful
Comments: Recently I had a call with [sensitive content hidden] to discuss the marketing tools that are included in my membership. She helped me fine tune things I was already doing and gave me great suggestions to make more use out of the automated emails and even use my website to drive more traffic to my studio. It is a large program with a lot of features. It has everything I need for my business today and for when I grow.
Cons:
Sometimes it is too much program and can be confusing to navigate. The support team is helpful though. You don't have to navigate it alone.

Comments: I had a few questions and concerns about the pricing with wellness living and the rates and such with the credit card companies. [sensitive content hidden] Took the time to break everything down explain to me everything, and then pushed hard to get some rates down as I had been a client with them for over two years! Wellness Living is the BOMB!
Pros:
My yoga studio has been using Wellness Living for 3 years and we love it! So easy to navigate and very intuitive. My teacher love the ease of use and my students love our branded app too! Highly recommend for price, support and overall functionality.

Good for your dollar
Comments: Have used 4-5 different gym scheduling programs over the years and this one was somewhere in the middle. Might work better on a larger scale fitness center

A critical tool for our business
Comments: We have had a positive experience with WellnessLiving and it is a critical part of our business. The customer service support is excellent when we have encountered issues or had questions. The functionality is intuitive to use and is robust, even for special uses. Highly recommend!

Wellness living review
Comments: Overall we find excellent features in the product and it makes running a busy business much more autonomous. It gives are users far more options and choice because of this.
Pros:
The features suited my business needs 95% and it was cheaper than my previous package which did similar things.
Cons:
Costs rose after the first year and bespoke items like the mobile app increased by a lot. It felt like these static products were being hiked in price for very few feature additions. We ended up cancelling the bespoke app due to the price rises and actually found not many of our users utilised it.

So glad to make the switch
Comments: Trifecta has really had a wonderful experience with Wellnessliving. They meet our needs as a small business, giving us the benefits of having features that most other small businesses don't. From online scheduling to custom apps and reminder texts, the software is very client-centered.

Comments: Love it. Everylast bit of it from the how to use it, to the onboarding process. It has been wonderful!
Pros:
We have loved using this software for our wellness centre. The best part is the customer service. They are always just a phone call away, and if they lines are busy they give you a call back. They are clear and concise with their help and also send you an email with the written direction as well for future reference. We are so happy with their software and our business is thriving using it. We at Vicki Tree Wellness, love this software and support service they offer.
Cons:
It is complicated and does so much - so it takes time to continue to add on to all its capailaibities. However, with the 5 star customer service, this is easy to do.

Clunky Beast, Glitchy Software, Poor Tech Support, EXPENSIVE
Comments: The experience with WL was reasonable in the first year or so, but gradually soured as the poor business practices stacked themselves into a nightmare product.
Pros:
Working with WellnessLiving for over 4 years, I got to know the software very well. It worked well in the beginning but too many "improvements" caused the software to become clunky, slow and glitchy for owners and clients. On a positive note, it allowed me to learn what works and what doesn't for my business; it made choosing an alternate EHR/CRM very easy.
Cons:
Price did not remain as quoted (increased to 3x the quote): - When I first signed on, I was quoted a locked in price for the lifetime of use as long as I signed within a certain time period. In speaking with the salesperson, at the time, I praised them on how pleased I was to find a Canadian CRM that was quoting a price in Canadian Dollars, as this would make things easier when it came to bookkeeping. Unfortunately this was not upheld, and I was immediately charged in USD. Over the 4 ½ years I was with WL the price to increased to almost 3x the original quote. - The software got bigger and clunkier to use. My clients gradually became dissatisfied with the software as they had trouble accessing their accounts and booking appointments. they would also get bumped out of forms mid-completion and lose all their progress. -I constantly had to review client accounts for remaining visits bc it was too challenging for the client. -Tech support is definitely overseas, and communication is often a challenge. -When I finally decided to switch to a more appropriate EHR/CRM, I requested the data required for the migration. Instead of complying, WL tried to bully me into staying by diverting discussions to contract. As they were preventing me form doing my due diligence under PHIPA an PIPEDA, I finally had to initiate a complaint with the governing bodies in order to receive the data required.
