I can see whether a document has been opened or is still pending, so I don’t have to check in as often. During busy periods, this makes a real difference. From the client side, things have been smooth. They can open the link from email and sign right away without creating an account, so I rarely need to explain anything. This has been especially helpful when working with clients who are not very familiar with these tools. Since I already use Dropbox, document handling also feels more connected. I can take existing files, send them for signature, and keep everything organized in the same place afterward. Over time, it’s been easier to keep track of signed agreements and documents.
