This year, I notice an extraordinarily large charge on my cc statement. Turns out, they eliminated the plan I was on and doubled my annual charge\! It has so many bugs you have to work around that it makes running statements a nightmare every month. When you call tech support about a problem, you get a five step process to "force" the program to perform a task it claims it does automatically. Tech support tells you they don't correct problems until enough people complain. And for all of this, you get a 15% increase every year at renewal time. > > Would NOT recommend using CARET, especially the accounting program.
