I requested a refund, which was denied. Relying on unauthorized charges is a poor business practice. If you cannot handle cancellations online and promptly, then avoid issuing credit cards and stop auto-renewals. When you see there is tons of negative review here and there, you should fix your system. I expect a full refund, as my account shows that I haven’t accessed it in the past 30 days; I'm not using your service.
