Excellent, turn key service

Comments: Our company is in the process of launching an Insala portal. We required it to be connected with several HRIS, and LMS systems, and so integration could have been tricky. However, the Insala integration team was extremely proactive in anticipating issues that could have occurred, and working with our internal teams to resolve them when they did.

The system is user-friendly and customizable. Great customer/client support!

Comments: Within 3 months of program launch, over 200 pairs of mentorships were created! That's 200 mentees who might not have had an opportunity to find a mentor in the past.

Pros:

I like that it's highly customizable. You can choose to turn on and off certain features at any point to ensure your program meets the needs of your organization.

Cons:

So far, we've experienced quite a few hiccups with the HRIS integration. However, that could just be an issue associated with our HRIS.
