User-Friendly Platform with Great Support
Comments: My overall experience has been very positive. The platform is user-friendly, the support team is responsive, and it meets most of my business needs effectively
Pros:
Love the service from the Pabau team! The platform is user-friendly, with plenty of tutorials to guide you, and the support team is always helpful. It’s a great tool for managing my business bookings efficiently!
Cons:
As I run a mobile service, there are some features I’d love to see added. However, the team has been great at taking my feedback and passing it on to their development team for consideration.
Pabau for my clinic
Pros:
It can be easily personalised to make it easy to adapt to your business
Cons:
It's difficult to use at first becaue it has a lot of functionality. No android app
Pabau 2 is not working properly and causing lots of damage

I was happy with Pabau 1.However Pabau 2 was mandatory for all clinics and I was pushed to change it to it.
The software doesn’t work properly.Emails are disappearing from patients cards,you have to create services couple of time in order them to show in the software.I did create service myself 5 times and it still not possible to add it on the invoice.There are lots times when it is simply just not opening ,you have to reload page 10 times in order it to work.Absolutely horrible software.Contacted customer support lots of times,sent video about issues,since July no improvements.It cause massive disruption at work .Very disappointing.
Pros:
Pabau 1 was good and easy. There is nothing I like in Pabau 2 because it still needs to have lots of improvement

Software Pabau 2 is no working properly.It had tonnes of mistakes in day to day work

Professional attitude, costumer care, its a huge software with lots of options
Cons:
Sometimes it can be difficult to understand , more for people with IT skills

Comments: Still early days but have done a lot of set-up work with a very helpful/knowledgable customer success rep. Data implementation was also handled very professionally.
Pros:
My great Customer Success Rep - Marie! Also great functionality and time-saving processes.
Cons:
Some functionality not quite up there ie waitlists, but I believe this is in the pipeline

Comments:
It was really easy process. When I was looking for options Pabau came upon search. Reached out with some caution as not heard about it and my family uses Semble.
But, from the first meeting onwards they surprised me, found very informative, cost effective especially for small business like mine. No hidden costs. Pabau academy is excellent. The staff would reach out and resolve issues quickly

Comments: very happy with the calandar scheduler. The support team is very prompt and helpful. I would suggest that there be a wait list as soon as possible as this is a very hand feature.

Amazing user-friendly software
Comments: Overall, I really like this software. This is a fantastic user-friendly software, Has loads of options that you can choose from. Also, you can make your own templates which makes it very easy to work on. Quick and easy templates that make your clinical job very easy. I have worked with many other softwares like Spectrum and SOCRATES Etc But I found this one quite helpful and easy
Pros:
Friendliness to work with, user-friendly software. Gives you loads of options and you can have your own plans which is really fantastic.
Cons:
Initially induction, I was left on my own and it was quite frustrating. Also, the amount of time it took to set up and everything was not easy.

Pabau 2 Training
Comments: Up to now it’s been good. Pabau is a more responsive and cleaner interface
Pros:
Training is vital. Ideally in person training. [sensitive content hidden] came to train the whole team and she was able to update all our setting avoiding problems further down the line.
Cons:
Like with anything new it takes time to get use to the new system.

Poor customer service
Comments: Overall Pabau does what it needs to until it doesnt. The software glitches and customer service is appalling. THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I have not been able to see my schedule for over 7 weeks and keep being told that it is in the process of being rectified by 'x' date and it does not. I can not speak to anyone and I am stuck. Find a company with better support!

I had used it at a different practice and wanted to stay consistent
Cons:
Pabau has THE WORST customer service. Do not expect to speak to anyone. There is a standard response and issues routinely take 6-8 weeks to rectify. I have had 2 issues in the last two years and both incredibly frustrating- there is no contact person and there is no accuracy to when they will fix a problem. There is no apology and no attempt to help the situation.

Maryam We both know this review is littered with inaccuracies and we communicated on email and showed our team had in fact been more than helpful with your issues. The nature of development is some issues take longer to solve than others based on priority and how many clients are impacted, we are more than happy to deal with clients and work with them to make the system better , but when faced with nothing but lies from someone who supposedly understands how reviews can impact a business it’s surprising you have taken it upon yourself to not only give an inaccurate review, but may put others off by the fact you have downright lied. Our offboarding team will be in touch to help you find a new provider as clearly Pabau is not for you.
Absolutely horrific
Comments: We decided to go with Pabau because it was the cheapest option at the time and was also more geared toward medical spas and IV therapy. We met with our Pabau account manager weekly to work toward implementing Pabau with our operations. However, we ran into problem after problem after problem. There were bugs, glitches, changes weren't saving, and we could not complete simple tasks. The interface, while new and modern looking, simply was complicated to navigate. We were also told we could integrate Pabau with our website and even our account manager admitted after the fact, that it is too glitchy to implement. After countless hours, days, and months, we decided to try a new software called Mangomint. It has been night and day. Mangomint was available 24/7 via life chat, email, and phone call. They assisted us and we got Mangomint implemented in ONE DAY. Since then, we have seen an increase in sales. We reached out to Pabau and they are unwilling to give us a refund (not even a partial refund). We are NOT HAPPY with Pabau and would NOT recommend them to any company. Do not use Pabau.

Pabau offers a lot of features (this is the biggest pro) and it is more geared toward medical spa and IV therapy.
Cons:
There are a TON of glitches and bugs. Our account manager was not available and rarely responded to emails. They did warn us about bugs and glitches, however, we could not implement or use this software WHATSOEVER with our operations. We switched to Mangomint (HIGHLY RECOMMEND) and were able to implement Mangomint in ONE DAY (just a few hours). Mangomint is also cheaper than Pabau. After switching to Mangomint, we did $1,700 in sales our first day launching our company. It's embarrassing when our Pabau account manager was unable to show us how to do things with the software, because even he ran into bugs and glitches.

Excellent customer care
Pros:
I am extremely happy with the services provided by Pabau. I have received support whenever I needed it, and [sensitive content hidden] have been absolutely fantastic. I appreciate the flexibility to book online consultations at my convenience. Even when they are not available, I always receive prompt feedback from the team. Booking has also been seamless for my patients, making the process much easier for everyone involved. Additionally, the integration from our previous software has been successful, which has made the transition smooth. I definitely recommend Pabau’s services for anyone looking for reliable and efficient support!
Cons:
While the platform initially appeared quite complicated, the support I have received has made me much more comfortable with the system now.

Simplifies Clinic Operations with Ease

What I liked most about the Pabau app is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive patient management system. The appointment scheduling feature is particularly impressive, allowing for seamless booking and automated reminders. Additionally, the app’s ability to integrate with other systems and its robust reporting tools make it an invaluable resource for managing my practice efficiently
Cons:
What I liked least about the Pabau app is the occasional lag when accessing certain features, which can slow down workflow. Additionally, the initial setup and customization process was a bit complex and time-consuming. It would be beneficial if the app had more intuitive navigation and streamlined onboarding for new users.

In the journey from the Pabau App. When it’s time to choose a consent form and you mistakenly click on the wrong consent form , it can’t be corrected. There is no provision to go back and select the correct consent form. This needs to be fixed asap

Great potential, once bugs and usability by clients and practice user have been resolved
Comments: Very very frustrating to begin with and losing customers recently as the booking system just wasn’t working. This has made us furious and if not resolved then shall start to look elsewhere.
Pros:
Options to be able to make the program unique to our business.
Cons:
Way too many glitches and parts that simply don’t work nor are user friendly.

There are many features and I am still working my way to optimising all of them. Pabau has literally thought about everything.
Cons:
It can be a bit tricky in comparison to other interfaces but the more you interact the better it gets and the more features you find

The capability of the whole system allows for everything to be in one place.

A lot to learn to use it effectively. Few hiccups with communication, however they seem to have resolved this issue now.
