> **Pros**: Easy to implement, easy to learn. Sits inside of Gmail which was a must for us when finding a solution (as opposed to an external email system that we needed to log into). Support is very responsive and thorough if we have issues to work through or just need additional training.

> **Cons**: It is difficult to know who the email is from and who is cc'd on the emails. There are ways to know, just not front and center. There are some things that can be improved upon, but overall a great system.
