Pros:

I started off on the standard plan, but as I like things branded to me and my business I had to upgrade, and this just ended up costing the business hefty sums which we could not afford.

Cons:

Unable to message a class via the app if a teacher changes or the class is cancelled.

First steps into new business made easier with GloFox

Comments: Sales, leads, marketing, basically everything I need to operate a boutique studio. I like the waiting list feature and how easy it looks to make it both branded to my company and tailored to exactly what me and my clients need. I’m looking forward to starting the build process to see how it goes. The experience so far has been all good Fromm y perspective.

Pros:

Ease of Communication, with regular follow ups from sales team. Very friendly and helpful, giving lots of experienced based tips to help me get started. Seems to be simple system to operate, which is important for me as I’m not very technical with IT. I liked that we could discuss everything about the product and there wasn’t any pressure to go with GloFox. It just simply was the best value product for what I need. The app looks great, and I think going for the Gold option from the outset was the best idea, as it means my clients can be used to using the app right from the start, rather than just using web services initially and then having to change.

Cons:

Nothing really, only thing I have noted is no compatibility with Spivi - which won’t be an issue but just something I’ll need to sort separately. I can’t see too many downsides at the moment, everything so far from first contact to agreeing to partner has been flawless.

Comments: The initial onboarding was a bit chaotic due to my personal reasons and the personal reasons of my assigned onboarding manager. Now that I have finally gotten a hold of Customer success managers [sensitive content hidden], I have been able to have very productive meetings and correct a lot of inefficiencies and incorrect setups that were not correct during the onboarding process.

Pros:

[sensitive content hidden] have been super helpful with correcting some of my initial onboarding errors or inefficiencies!

Cons:

Some of the support team. is not equipped to handle most of the features.

Comments: Customer support has been poor at best. I've been trying to cancel my subscription as a gym and studio owner, and it took a month before I received a confirmation about cancelling my membership. Despite multiple emails, calls, and submitted tickets. Since then, I've ben trying to get my data migrated to a new system and am once again begin ghosted. I do not recommend ABC Glofox.

Pros:

Not much. ABC Glofox has very little I would say is a pro.

Cons:

1. Reporting is not robust enough and when I've asked for my own data, I'm met with roadblocks. 2. Glofox doesn't allow for gift cards. 3. Price increases that do not correlate with improved functionality or support. 4. Bulky marketing suite. 5. Lead-Client functionality does not capture our business model well enough and I can't adjust it. 6. Cancellation process has been arduous.

Great Support - Easy Interface - Great Product!

Comments: Overall experience: I am very happy. The user interface is very easy to use, which is important when on-boarding new staff.
Account managers are keen on feedback on improvements, with Glofox constantly releasing new system/feature updates, which shows that our feedback has not gone unheard.

Pros:

Had a great on-boarding experience feeling supported throughout the entire process.[sensitive content hidden], my account manager, was helpful, insightful and provided great tips on how to use the system and get the most out of it. His patience and customer service are greatly appreciated! A+++

Cons:

Certain feature/system limitations that are lacking which would make life easier. Hopefully they are in the development pipeline.

Pros:

It’s easy to use, that’s pretty much it.

Cons:

Where do I start? Everything…from the setup…to dealing with their employees and their schedules, the errors that it has regarding payments and modifying a class, the bad integration with websites, when you cancel they play like you didn’t follow their steps…seriously explore more options before you get into this mess of an app

Comments: Great experience with the onboarding support from Louise. So far pretty good, I am still getting the hang of using the system with customers as it does seem like you have to allow them to run into issues before everything works smoothly.

Pros:

I found my onboarding coach incredibly helpful and really available to email for help and schedule meetings with. She really helped me to understand the system and be able to use it in a way that will work for my business as I was quite overwhelmed by it all and would have been lost without her help.

Cons:

I feel like there are some costs and features that aren't well explained in order to possible get extra add ons purchased. Some features seem a bit overcomplicated.

Biggest mistake for my start up

Comments: Biggest mistake I’ve made for my start up was getting a Glofox subscription

Pros:

Nothing, it was hard to use and the company were so unhelpful once the sales person was done with me and they had me on a yearly subscription

Cons:

That I spent so much money on a platform that was unnecessary for my business and the company still decided to upsell what I didn’t need. Do not sign an annual contract you will regret it. Research all your options as there are platforms for £10 a month that do the same.

Great gym management software

Comments: I would like to mention Colm Jones, I have been in touch with him several times and his service is just out of this world to meet my needs.

Pros:

Ease of setup Great app for clients Having your own app

Cons:

Can't really recall anything that I don't like, a couple things might be cool if they were added like bettering the discount code use, a couple more marketing tools, some social interaction within the app would be bonkers!!!

Comments: We had issues with customers not approving payments. Customers received their purchase but we didn't receive payment! I flagged this with Glofox (it was a software flaw), they basically said tough sh*t. The customer support is useless, the software is constantly glitching.
Disgrace don't go near them,

Pros:

The interface for the client looks good.

Cons:

Everything that matters! This is easily the worst software experience we've had after over a decade in business.

Client Migration

Comments: Overall I have had a great experience so far. I migrated the client list from one system to another as I took over a branch from another business and re-branded. I was dreading the data migration as it was taking place before the Easter bank holiday weekend. But thanks to [sensitive content hidden] in the migration team, everything went more smoothly than I could have imagined. They did a great job and kept me fully informed throughout the process. Thanks so much guys. I genuinely can't thank you enough.

Pros:

Straight forward and easy to use. Integrates easily to your website.

Cons:

Online links for classes as I mentioned earlier.It would be more practical to have only add the link to the class once rather than for every instance. It would be useful to be able to select specific client to send emails to.

Comments: [sensitive content hidden] has been excellent! He goes above and beyond and he really wants the best for the client which I extremely value and he has made my experience very enjoyable.

Pros:

Glofox is very easy to use both as a client and an owner. As a client what I liked the most is you can easily book without signing too many forms. As an owner it has great reports, lead management and marketing.

Cons:

There are a few features which need to be included. The late fee is something which is very important for pilates studios. I understand this can be done manually however when you have lots of admin work to do this is tiresome. I recommend this process be automated and the studio owner can select the amount the client will be charged if they do not show to class or cancel within the cancellation period. I also recommend Glofox included more functions in the cancellation window. For early morning classes I would like to have an eight hour cancellation period so people understand if they get into the class or not before going to sleep. Whilst for daytime and night classes the cancellation period can be 2-4 hours or whatever the owner deems suitable. This gives the owner more flexibility and something I would like to see in the future.

Pros:

For us, the price of the platinum level subscription plus fully branded app was what got us over the line. It is more affordable than other software. It is also much more user friendly for us as a studio, and for our clients. The web integration is also great. Can definitely see why everyone is using glofox!

Cons:

Initially it was extremely hard to get in contact, and get a demo call. But once I received the right contact information, the process was very quick.

Best decision to sign in for Glofox App
