Comments: Excellent....no complaints whatsoever. Customer service was prompt and helpful
Pros:
How easy it is to use. I logged in and setup a campaign with a subscription form on the landing page I had built in less than 10 minutes. Was able to verify my sending email domain quickly, and test everything with no deliverability options. None of the emails wen to spam, like other platforms I've tested, from my same domain I was using, emails went to spam, or took ages to arrive in the inbox in my test runds.
Cons:
No library of images, for example other platforms are connected to pixabay or unsplash, but this is a small price to pay, as their basic pro plan starts at a low fee of $10 per month (or $84 per year) - for 5 landing pages and one website, THIS IS AN INCREDIBLE price.

You review titles is making us blush, Michael! What a treat to read this. Thank you so much on behalf of our team to write this. Glad you became part of our community. Edit: Just realized I didn't add this little part in - we do have Unsplash integrated, so a little odd that you cannot see this from your end. Here's a link that might help: https://www.mailerlite.com/video-tutorials/file-manager-store-and-organize-your-images If this doesn't work, please get in touch with our support team as they will help you out with this.

A newsletter tool that has everything you need, with just a few minor problems
Comments: Very positive. I love software that does one thing right. Even though MailerLite has other products I'm not interested in (landing pages, forms, ecommerce), it does the mailing part brilliantly.
Pros:
I was able to set up an almost exact copy of our HTML email template using drag & drop tools from MailerLite. The platform has A/B testing features, which can come useful - but you need a larger list for this to be reliable. Creating emails is easy, and it has all the features you need to run a newsletter.
Cons:
The preview/testing options are more limited than I expected - it's a simple desktop & mobile preview, and not an advanced one where you can test the email in all clients. Logging in also has a minor problem. As MailerLite has multiple products, you need to select which one you want to use when you log in. There's an option to automatically redirect you to a specific product each time you log in - but if you remember your log in, that doesn't apply. You have to manually click it, even if you're only subscribed & using one product. It's a waste of just a few seconds each time you log in, but it's also such an easy thing to improve.
worst experince
Comments: Complete disappointment. I feel like their support or development team has no understanding of email processes. We've been using their Pro plan for over four months and even built a third-party automated email system for new customers. Everything was fine until three days ago, when they suddenly closed our account without any warning due to their spam policy! We reached out to them regarding this issue but have yet to receive a response. We provided all the necessary proof showing that we add subscribers' emails through a 100% legal process (where customers voluntarily submit their email addresses). Despite this, they still claim it’s spam. We've sent them all the evidence, but they don’t even seem interested in providing an explanation. They simply keep insisting it's spam. It feels like a joke! We invested a significant budget to create this email system, including custom template design, third-party integration, and even using an email address checker before adding emails to MailerLite. Yet, without any valid reason, they believe they have the right to close your account! If you want to lose all your hard work and end up with nothing, go ahead and work with them."**
Pros:
easy to use cool template design costumer friendly dashboard
Cons:
their support system complexity of group subscribers transfer

Mailerlite a Good Starter Email Service
Comments: It was very good. We use it a couple of times a week.
Pros:
This is a great starter service to start e-mail marketing. One of the things we really liked is the free plan is a great starting point then you can grow from there.
Cons:
Sometimes there new drag and drop interface can be a little sluggish.
Alternatives Considered:
User friendly, lots of options, good reporting
Pros:
Easy to get started, user friendly, pretty intuitive, good report and analytics, easy to customize
Cons:
Requires approval before being able to use the service (that was standard when I joined though that might be different now)

Good Email Management System
Comments: My experience with Mailerlite is very good. Although as I’ve said it’s a little clunky to get around it has served it’s purpose for my business.
Pros:
I like the versatile features. It has capabilities to do landing pages and that is an invaluable feature for my business.
Cons:
It was somewhat hard to navigate and less user friendly than other email management systems.
Best Newsletter Application out there
Comments: I personally find it better than MailChimp
Pros:
The simplicity of creating a good-looking newsletter is an awesome feature of mailerLite. You can also have more contacts on the free version than competitors.
Cons:
Subscriber managment sorting could improve.
Reviewing mailerLite.
Pros:
MailerLite’s intuitive interface, robust customization, powerful automation, affordable pricing, and detailed analytics make it a top choice for businesses seeking an effective and user-friendly email marketing solution.
Cons:
This is a very good website, I have been using it for a long time. It has helped me a lot.
Very user friendly
Comments: We love it, easy platform. Easy to use. I would recommend to those who need to send out campaigns and flyers.
Pros:
It is very user friendly. You are able to send multiple emails easily.
Cons:
Pricing, we got stuck with a larger bill when we had a large campaign.
Its liter mail
Comments: I had an over all great experience and will continue to use it as needed in the future
Pros:
I liked the way it would separate every one of my emails based on what i chose and how i chose it to be.
Cons:
There wasnt much i didnt like about it honestly it worked exactly like advertised

All very good, once I got going
Comments: Overall, I like the company and the platform. It's not as slick as some of the others I've seen, but I believe it's a great value and gets the job done. I like that there are tutorials on just about everything, and customer support is very quick to respond when I have an issue.
Pros:
It truly is a "drag and drop" landing page and website builder! I've worked with other website builders that make it so much more complicated than it needs to be. With MailerLite, I just literally drag a text box from the sidebar and plunk it down wherever I want to on my landing page. It's super easy to move sections up or down, too. It's not 100% customizable, and I've had to adjust my design plans a little here and there. But that's probably a good thing for me, who is easily overwhelmed when I have too many choices. I can spend hours and days on things that just don't matter in the long run if I'm given too many options. MailerLite allows me to customize just enough to make the finished product fit my brand without completely overwhelming me with too many options. Overall, once I figured things out, I found MailerLite to be very easy to use and at an excellent price point!
Cons:
I wish there were more templates to choose from! Most everything can be tweaked and customized to fit my brand but I wish there was a template that was closer to what I was looking for from the get-go. I mentioned in the "pros" section that it's not 100% customizable, and found myself wishing here and there that I could just change this one little thing or move this/that over here/there. But like I said, being a bit more confined in the design options is probably a blessing for me and helped me get my landing pages, website and sales pages designed much quicker.

Really Solid Software and Customer Service
Comments: Love it. Will be hard to ever leave.
Pros:
Great customizability for emails and very simple to use. It is the most design friendly email service I have used. Also incredible customer service. I accidentally deleted a very important landing page built through mailerlite - I emailed their support and it was restored within an hour. I accidentally deleted ALL of our subscribers - I emailed support again and again they were all restored within a couple hours. Very impressed.
Cons:
I wish video was easier to insert into the emails. I also wish it was easier to segment. ConvertKit maybe a better option for segmenting and targeting.

Allows you to automate your way all the way through to your marketing and outreach goals
Comments: My first experience with MailerLite for conducting academic research was a huge miss from the very start, and ended up being quite disappointing because the numbers we were getting were abysmal by all accounts. But as I later found out from subsequent projects I worked on, the problem was not from the system, but from us (the research team). Because we hadn't taken much time to explore the full range of features and how to adapt them to our specific needs, we ended up with a highly defective campaign that was doomed to fail. Ever since then, I have collaborated on over 15 different campaigns with MailerLite, and each of them were a huge success, with outcomes far exceeding our modest expectations.
Pros:
The list management protocols work excellently to create a really clean database of the most useful contacts. Not only does this reduce the overall cost of running our campaigns, it also affects the outcome of our campaign impact assessment results. We no longer get to factor in dead weights in our computations, which used to come up really short and make us feel like we failing woefully. Until MailerLite cleaned it up and gave us true measures of our actual impact.
Cons:
Some of the most advanced embedded tracking features are a bit intrusive and feel like an invasion of the privacy of our clients, even though they do end up providing us with very valuable insights on our campaigns and the market.

Happy Mailerlite Customer!
Comments: MailerLite helps me reach my readers with beautiful emails that are simple to design, and their tracking features let me know how successful a particular campaign has been.
Pros:
Some of the things I love about Mailerlite are the affordability, the ease of use, the knowledge base, and--when you can't figure out how to do something--STELLAR customer service. Every time I've had to reach out to someone, they've helped me quickly, giving me the information I need and the tools to find what I need next time. And they are consistently improving. Several years ago, I switched from another provider to Mailerlite to save money and expected fewer bells and whistles, but Mailerlite has not disappointed me.
Cons:
There are minor automation features I'd love to see deployed in the future, but when I say minor, I mean it. I could live without those tweaks for the rest of my life and still be thrilled.

Excellent Product
Comments: Ease of use and cost too had me from the very beginning. I love the app and can check my metrics quickly all day long.
Pros:
I have used everything from Constant Contact to ConvertKit. Most recently I was with Kajabi which is very expensive and very clunky. On all the other platforms I kept hitting glitches. Kajabi was very slow and the analytics were zero!!!! Mailerlite beats everyone hands down. It’s easy to use, quick, and to the point. The cost beats everyone out there. Don’t let the price fool you. It’s worth it’s weight in gold!!
Cons:
Once I got to more advanced options like integrations there were a few hitches but customer service stepped up to help quickly and efficiently. Maybe they have this but I’d love to have alerts when someone subscribes or at least 1 alert daily so it’s easy to keep track of.

The new version is not worth it
Pros:
The old version was okay, it got the job done with a good price in comparison to a bloated MailChimp. Just simple email marketing and automation. I was excited for the new version to be released as it looked to be a step in the right direction for the user interface (as the old version was, very dated). However, after they released the new pricing structure, almost double just for a fresh coat of paint and a promise for 'new features' with none actually available on the launch, it seemed rushed with a lack of thought for their community. They asked before the release for feedback from the community who mainly focused on not heading in a MailChimp direction, price increases, continued live support, paywalls for simple features. Unfortunetly they didn't listen, the price increased, live support vanished unless you pay 3x more for a plan with only one new feature 'Facebook Audiences' which I can't comment on as I'm not forking out the money to test for it possibly not to work. The biggest downfall of all which really cemented that fact that they aren't listening or care for their original community base was zero migration tools being available at the launch of the new version. Your main customer, who are already supporting you and the most excited to test out your new platform, and they completly left them in the dark until an unspecified date stating the tools were going to be available within weeks, when they were later silently put up after month.
Cons:
Cont. Which only moved subscribers and groups, something that could easily be done with a CSV file. They didn’t move your automations, pop-ups, embeds or previous campaigns and reports. Even though they had MailChimp migrations ready from the get-go! Which didn’t work mind you, the free trial only allows for 1,000 subscribers to be added (a new ‘feature’ compared the old version, which allowed more in the trial phase). So when migrating from Mail Chimp to the new MailerLite you were just hit with a stuck loading bar not knowing what is happening at all. As someone in development, the new platform was rushed to release. When creating a new account, you can no longer tether multiple accounts to one email unless you pay, which creates a massive barrier when creating accounts for clients, you have to do the whole ‘forward me the confirmation emails etc’ which just comes across as unprofessional. To dodge this you need to pay, which also means you have to ask them for payment details before you even have the account ready. The migration tools were a pinnacle in the whole new/old version fiasco because it really showed they didn’t care about the old customers. They even remove your affiliate link when migrating to the new version. When using their migration tools for the first time, after disappointment they didn’t really migrate more than a CSV file on information I started to create my automations from scratch, for the simple duplicating feature to fail getting prompted ‘A copy i

A Welcome Answer
Comments: The best.
Pros:
From the beginning MailerLite was easy to use, intuitive despite its comprehensive offerings. I didn't expect to be able to do so much, and switched anyway. And then came the surprise of how complete it was. I have had nothing but great experiences with support. The built-in explanations are thorough and clear, but live support is just an email and a few minutes ' wait away. I love MailerLite and just talked to a former colleague about it. He's in the process of switching from our old favorite. I don't think you can do better.
Cons:
Strange to say, the biggest challenge was that I thought it was harder to use than I thought. Now that I'm just following my intuition, my best guess of what to do, I have no problems with it at all.
Alternatives Considered:
Easy, complete and affordable
Comments: Great experience overall with great support which is essential when things get serious. Higly recommended and not just for pricing reasons.
Pros:
Ease of use, immediate support and the fact that you really do have everything you need (exotic features missing is of no importance), is what I like most on MailerLite. One great future too, is that you get to pay only for the unique emails used, thus allowing you to duplicate lists and run your campaigns exactly as you need to, without paying extra.
Cons:
I would like to have a better search and mass management option when it comes to subscribers handling and maybe some degrees of extra "freedom" or customization on ready to use tools when designing an email.
Alternatives Considered:
Inexpensive and easy to get started with!
Comments: I enjoyed Mailerlite, but as the number of subscribers I had grew, I decided to look for a mailing service that was more cost-effective.
Pros:
Mailerlite seems like a great, starting tool for those on the smaller scale who are looking to send mass emails for marketing/business. I like that they have easy-to-use tools and features to get started without needing much instruction or tutorial.
Cons:
The website was occasionally laggy for me and a lot of functions could possibly be condensed into fewer clicks.
Alternatives Considered:
I keep coming back because they're that good!
Comments: I first started using Mailerlite for my author business and found it very useful. Then we started using it for our digital media company because the ease of use is wonderful for my whole team.
Pros:
They keep improving their product and making it better and better for my company.
Cons:
In the past, I wanted the automations to be stronger and more skilled with triggers. This has definitely improved over the years.
Alternatives Considered:
If you are looking for a tool that just does emailmarkering right, then Mailerlite is it!
Comments: I have onboarded multiple clients to Mailerlite. I feel the tool is easy to use and offers most features one would want when looking for an emailmarketing tool. It is very affordable and has a great customer service.
Pros:
I like the fact that it is very straightforward in its use. In theory you can start using the tool without going trough manuals or guides. I like the fact that they have a chat support. If you do have a question you want to be able to ask it. They are open to suggestions and have a communication line for bugreporting. The drag and drop editor makes it easy to create emails. It is a EU tool so it is in line with GDPR regulation. The price is very affordable and allows any company size to start out with emailmarketing.
Cons:
The tool is a bit let mature then for example Mailchimp. The last couple of months with the launch of the new editor there have been a couple of bugs in the editor and how it was displaying in mailboxes. Support was reachable and they did follow up on those issues. It would be great to have a build in tool to test how the emails look in different mailboxes. Another great tool would be to have a way to test automations more easily.
Great for creating email newsletters and shareable pdf brochures
Comments:
Mailerlite is a Godsent, I think the export to PDF has a lot of potential.
There are over 12 million WhatsApp users in Kenya, most of our clients and prospects, are more willing to connect us via WhatsApp than by email.
The PDF brochures has become one of our biggest marketing assets as we can keep them updated about our projects in a more social way. The fact that the brochures are more shareable is a big bonus.
However, It'll be good to be able to track clicks, which currently can't be done as it's stored as a draft in MailerLite.
I know Mailerlite is an email marketing software but I'd love to be able to monitor the performance of newsletters turned into brochures the same way I can monitor sent campaigns. Even if it's something as simple as having a dashboard for draft campaigns and using Google Analytics to track clicks on it.
Pros:
- I used Mailerlite to create email newsletters (Which any email marketing software can do) but most importantly I used Mialerlite to create sharable pdf brochures showcasing our past/current projects (My client was an Architecture company). These "brochures" are light size wise as the target platform was Whatsapp. The images are clickable linking to the projects on our websites, this way when sent to clients/potential clients on WhatsApp they can know more about us without having to go to our website. - Design Options: I've used MailChimp, Active Campaign, Moosend and pretty much any Email marketing software you can think off, but in terms of design flexibility and templates, Mailerlite has the best design options. My favorite is the "Featured Image" block - Great Customer Support: Mailerlite is meant for creating email newsletters and not pdf brochures so it was a bit tricky working around that especially since the share to social media button wouldn't work since the newsletter I converted into a brochure wasn't technically an email campaign (I.e it wasn't sent to anyone/mailing list) but remained in my dashboard as a draft. I had a chat with them on how to arrange the elements so my brochure was 3 pages max, and how to reduce the size.
Cons:
- My emails kept going to the spam folder which was very bothersome, so I contacted support and I was told I'm not the only one having the same problem and that it's an issue they're working on as they were blacklisted (Or something like that) -As much as I love the featured image element, it renders differently on Outlook desktop app. Instead of appearing as one large image, the images appeared as a grid, with nine images of the same image taking the space instead of one large image. It was a bit disconcerting and there was no way around it.
Best Platform For Email Marketing & Management On A Budget
Comments: I Love Mailer Lite! It has great features, it has an inexpensive entry price, and an easy drag-and-drop editor which makes for quick design. I always recommend it for clients on a budget or just starting out because they can learn on a free platform that allows them to use quite a few functions while they are getting their feet wet. With all the features available there is so much that can be done, from scheduled email sequences, evergreen sequences, or email campaigns for specific promotions. Overall great experience.
Pros:
The free package has a ton of features that allows you to test the capabilities of Mailer Lite without paying for it. You get a very large starter number for your list before you have to pay and the fee when you do is very minimal. The functionality and templates available on the free package again allow you to see what you can potentially do. You can schedule emails as well as set up campaigns. Integrations include Website platforms as well as using API so it can be added almost anywhere. You can also track the metrics of your campaigns as well as overall and individual opens on campaigns.
Cons:
Their templates are not very creative or exciting, so unless you have some of your own creative ideas, you are stuck with what they have. The templates are editable with their drag-and-drop editor. The platform has great functions but does not have as much design flex as some of the other platforms, so needs some work on that part. Their UX could also use some work to be more friendly to users who are not as tech-savvy

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:
In the free version, the form widget (WordPress), there shouldn't be a watermark either, as it appears larger than the form itself.
