> **Pros**: Connects everything easily. i can order Po's and put them under different jobs. also i can track jobs from dispatch to completion in different phases.

> **Cons**: Extremely slow. When i add multiple site visits or the job batch becomes bigger, it takes ages for the page to load. sometimes its really frustrating

> Over all its good. but if you can speed up the pages opening time, that would be great. Also, we noticed its been hanging up a lot these days. It says 'hmmm' and page breaks.

> **Pros**: The Customer Support team.  The agents are friendly and knowledgeable.  It never takes long to get through by phone, by email or by chat.  When we are trying to resolve major workflow challenges, they take all the time we need to help us find solutions.  Wonderful Customer Service at Service Fusion :)

> **Cons**: The field app and the texting functions.  Our senior team members are frequently on the road without access to a laptop.  There are far too many functions the app cannot access.  The texting functions show our personal phone numbers unless we are sending an On The Way text or at a laptop using the (very clunky) text functions there.  The texting needs major improvements.

> **Cons**: The sync with QBO is not always perfect.  i find it does not always work with receiving payments and sometimes for whatever reason the customers do not sync over.

> I have been using the program since 2022 and i find it to be a great dispatch program for our needs.  As an electrical contractor it is important to have a reliable dispatch program that also has a great mobile APP
