Great System, Great Service!

Comments: We're very happy with the system! It's great, easy to use and quick to find information about our customers. The Gold-Vision team are fantastic and are always friendly and happy to help!

Pros:

Its ease of use and the fact the team are so easy to get hold of for any support enquiries our team may have

Cons:

We're struggling slightly with getting the Sage configuration to send relevant information over to crm, I think we'll need some training on this.

Comments: Really good, we have been using GV for a number of years and it has served us well over our growth and constant changes. We have reviewed our options after a few years to see if it was still the best option and we decided to stick with GV as it met all of our needs and the main pro was the customer service, Both [sensitive content hidden] have been incredible to deal with.[sensitive content hidden] has been very supportive and knowledgeable though any issue I have.[sensitive content hidden] within the support team is also a dream to talk to.

Pros:

Generally easy to use and implement with users, it has all of the features you could want from a CRM at a good price.

Cons:

Releasing features that don't work correctly.

A flexible and user friendly system

Comments: Very positive - we've improved efficient within the team and staff at all levels have a clear view of business standing and performance

Pros:

We particularly like the fact that we can adapt the back system to meet our specific business needs, we've been able to create a database of all client information and requirements that we can easily report from.

Cons:

Integration was time consuming but this was more to do with our old system than Goldvision!

OK but better out there

Comments: Probably OK if you don't want to integrate with anything else and you have time and knowledge to filter out unneccesesary stuff and build your own dashboards.

Pros:

Flexible and if you are IT savvy you can probably mostly build what you need. It does seem highly configurable if you know what you are doing which is probably a plus over other CRMS

Cons:

Doesnt integrate with many other apps and platforms. Completely lacking basic CRM functions like a visible sales pipeline. No automatic mail and contact tracking like for example Hubspot. If you want to integrate with anything basic like a 3CX phone system we found the support obstructive and they want to charge you.

Therefore, we prioritise building links to tools where we believe customers will gain the best value, such as the Microsoft Office suite, accounting systems, website tracking, chat, and eSign, to name a few.    Gold-Vision supports numerous ways to easily create a visual pipeline view, such as a funnel, sales board, target charts, and histogram pipeline. If you would like to build a specific view, please check our help pages, or reach out to our support desk. Gold-Vision is often used by businesses that require more that the "one size fits all" chart. Given all phone systems are different, we offer a standard outbound dialling solution that works with most softphone systems. Pros:

I think it is very easy to use and I like the ability to be able to adapt the system to how you want it to work.

Cons:

When creating a search list and you click into one of the fields and then close the original list filters have gone

Comments: Goldvision is helping us to keep a track of all of our customer contact and complaints. It allows us to to open tickets and follow the tickets through to resolution. The email tracking system is great so you can view all of the email contacts for each ticket at once. It allows us to add any photos or notes to view on each ticket and also integrates with our phone system outbound to leave call notes. This allows for a detailed investigation for each ticket and all of the tools we need to complete a thorough investigation through to a resolution. It also allows us to tag individual products and issues leading to more detailed and easily accessible reporting.

Pros:

Integrated with our business easily and is now a go-to function for us in Customer Care. We use this regularly every day and is now used as our CRM for all customer contact with us. The ticketing system is excellent and the integration allows you to track your emails via the ticket reference to keep a record of all contact for each ticket. There is also a dashboard function which helps you to monitor and analyse incoming tickets and trends to report on.

Cons:

There are still some more advanced features I would like to see from Goldvision in the future. This would include more advanced reporting for tickets, particularly for our Customer Care aspect and further integration with some of the other platforms we use would prove very handy too.

Solid system now upgraded beautifully!

Comments: What makes it so perfect as my marketing tool, is the integration of CRM with Connect e-marketing. Great CRM segmentation functionality, no exporting / importing of data to 3rd party e-marketing systems and no manipulation of data in Excel spreadsheets before I can send out a campaign! And, at the end of the day, the CRM is constantly updating the campaign data for reporting purposes and most importantly ensures our company remains GDPR compliant!

Pros:

Loved the system before but with the V8 upgrades which gives the CRM a new look and feel to menus and tool bars / views etc, it's even easier to use and without any detriment to its' already great functionality. Whether you need the system for pre-sales (leads), opportunities, marketing or something else, every screen is tailor-able making user input screens relatable and provides the facility to include terminology and fields more relevant to your business. I've worked with Gold-Vision CRM now for the last 8 years and still love using every bit of it!

Cons:

No 'cons' for me - we are happy with Gold-Vision

Comments: Note only a great experience with the software but also with the team. Non pushy sales, understanding project managers, amazing training and a very knowledgeable support team.

Pros:

Gold-Vision CRM has had the same reaction with all users in our company. That is simply how flexible it is and how powerful it is. The pros start with the team behind it. All departments work together in the office and make sure they all get involved in areas of the product so they are making what the users need not what they think will be "cool". This means Gold-Vision is a system that has been built up over the year to be a fully featured CRM. Account/Contact Management is simple, Opportunities are clear and can be cross linked to any other aspect of the data so you can include all stakeholders in the process. Lead Management is clear and makes sure you don't double up with duplicates. The whole system though is driven with really powerful searching and filtering. So finding that single piece of data that is crucial to your process is fast and can be saved, making sure you can save time on repetitive tasks. You can report all data into a a range of charts and graphs, all dynamic and easy to drill down into. Applying the powerful filtering you can create lists for targeted marketing campaigns, quickly and easily. Then using the drag and drop template maker create stylish content templates. We also use a third party integration to track website visits. When you get stuck you have a number of options to the reach the support team and this is part of the price so no extra spend on something you may not need. A great help site and a range of quick and simple help videos.

Cons:

Honesty, haven't found anything yet that we found that is a Con. When we have had an issue with have found a workaround, or checked our workflow to see if we have been doing things a way that can be made better.

Great product with fantastic support

Comments: With Gold-Vision we have managed to amalgamate several systems into a single place improving our overall efficiency as well as the visibility of data.

Pros:

From the start, it was made very clear that we could customise the software to suit our requirements, of all the CRM systems we have used this is definitely the one that best suits our requirements. Best of all everything is very intuitive so training new staff members is very simple.

Cons:

The Sage plugin we use often takes far too long and it would be nice if we could automate this. We use the map view for a couple of lists and it would be nice if you could edit the records from this view.

Pros:

The aesthetics, the ease of use and it is clear which step is next and I don't get frustrated working it out!

Cons:

I didnt like the initial data upload and cleansing the data before going into the system as the duplicates were a nightmare

Improves with Regular Daily Use

Comments: An improving picture, the more we learn the more we use it. Although I still feel we don't use it to it's full potential
Switching over to any new software package is going to be a challenge, when everyone was happy with the old system but over time and with more support & training from Gold Vision we now wouldn't be without it.

Pros:

Brings all our customer data into one place, quick and easy access for all users. Very easy to manage our GDPR compliance. Provides clear and accurate daily reports, which appear live on your own dashboard You can customise the software, which we've now done and it works much better for our business

Cons:

Initially, it was over complicated, far to many steps and options on each screen Terminology was difficult to understand, which made keying data into some fields a challenge. People were putting the same data into different fields because they didn't understand the titles Over time, we have customised each screen and made the software work for our business

Great tool for staying organized and having all our critical information in one location

Comments: Our overall experience with Gold-Vision has been great so far. Any time we have questions or run into a problem the Gold-Vision team is very quick to respond and help.

Pros:

Our company has found Gold-Vision to be a very useful tool in helping us stay organized and on task with our client base. It's very helpful to have project and client information on one platform where all users within our organization can access it at any given time. I would recommend this software to any company who is looking to get away from working with ten different spreadsheets across five different departments of their organization. Gold-vision is a one stop shop for task management and organization.

Cons:

As of today we are one year into our Gold-Vision subscription and do not have anything bad to say about the platform.

Feature Rich and Highly Customisable

Comments: Overall very good- helpful team, responsive help desk and regular updates, they are even open to product upgrade suggestions

Pros:

We have specific quarterly targets in terms of revenue and other objectives. We are able to create customised dashboards to monitor our progress against these targets and help to create focus on the key deals that will make the difference

Cons:

Sometimes we find the 255 character limit an issue on text fields. Larger or a warning that you have reached the limit, or even just preventing you from trying to type more would be helpful.

Great Customer Support and Flexibility

Comments: Using GV allows the management team to keep on top of all of the leads, quotes, and live projects easily. From a marketing functionality, we use the integrated platform which syncs with the main CRM and records all marketing activity against the account/contact. In terms of synchronisation this is great as everything is in one place including all email correspondence with the contact.

Pros:

Ease of use. After managing the transition from GV7 to GV8 for the team, I can honestly say I couldn't have done it without the support of the team at GV. They have responded to every single query raised within at least 24 hours.

Cons:

The alerting and automation is a bit tricky but as with anything new it just takes a bit of practice to understand how it works.

Very capable system for managing CRM and marketing activities

Comments: Broad functionality, ability to bespoke certain areas, great support team, ever evolving and improving tool set.

Pros:

It is a very broad piece of software which captures more functionality than a majority of more expensive and well known products. With an excellent account management and bespoke development/technical team backing up the system, it is hard to find fault.

Cons:

Difficult to find anything of note to fault with this system! The only downside would be that it runs in Internet Explorer and isn't full functional in Chrome, but it's not really an issue and is more about my preference for browser.

Easy to use web based CRM

Comments: A user friendly CRM that offers lots of functionality. Most of the content makes perfect sense "straight out of the box" but if I ever get stuck, I feel really confident in speaking to an excellent customer support team that always have a solution to hand.

Pros:

Version 8 has a great looking GUI and is very easy to get to grips with.

Cons:

Being web based it can run slowly on occasion.

Comments: Gold-Vision is a very easy system to use and I enjoy working with it everyday as does my team. It does all we need and I haven't yet come across something it can't do that I need!

My team have to use Gold-Vision on a daily basis and it is very user friendly and you can amend to your own personal business needs!

Great System!

Pros:

Gold Vison system & reporting can be fully customized which allows easy of access. New drag and drop features make uploading information/images much easier. The support team are always willing to help with any queries and are always quick to get back to you. Version 8 has recently been installed and it is much more user friendly. Training has always been excellent, Usmaan and team have always been flexible to suit our needs.

Cons:

Can be time consuming to set up in the initial stages.

Comments: Very good. I love the vast amounts of functions and features and the system is constantly getting updated and regular support.

Pros:

Intuitive, easy to use and easy to get to grips with.

Cons:

Nothing really, it is all good when it comes to rich features and easy of use.

Good value CRM, brilliant support, slightly dated

Comments: Stability, flexibility, and a great price point.

Pros:

Email tracking works smoothly, in our years it has not fallen over or crashed once from internal errors. The training options and training material available for it is also credible.

Cons:

The UI is looking a little dated and an ability to 'theme' or 'skin' it would be useful, some validation would be good to (i.e. stop people entering duplicate domain names)

Pros:

Very logical to use. Good visuals Good support from the Support ticket system. Good training on site from Bashar has been easy to train others & sort out their issues have used the standard reports eg for Duplicate companies

Cons:

Expected Jan, Feb, Mar etc to be in calendar order Didn't seem logical to get the Quotation emailed to the customer (sorted now) Expect to be able to get actual sales compared to forecast sales on the same graph It wasn't clear from the sales pitch that we had to input all the company & contact data from ACT! We all thought it would transfer from Sage using the Sage integration tool.

Great Webinar Experience

Comments: GV is a great product and costs much less than its competitors. The service we receive is excellent and the webinars are very worthwhile.

Pros:

GV is easy to use, and very customisable - when you know how!

Cons:

We are running MAC's are theres been a few minor glitches, but all resolved and deal with, so not a problem
