There is also no set way to assign files to specific agents. We have created files for our staff and have to put them in a relationship with certain folks, which adds an extra step to indicate open and closed files. There is also no specific way to add supervisory notes that stay in a certain location and don't get buried in case notes. A way to upload more than one document at a time would be helpful\! > > Because I don't feel Charity Tracker is a true case management software, our experience with it has not been great.
