> **Cons**: I would like it to be a little easier to get it to transcribe the calls for future reference. Sometimes a customer will agree to have something done then claim we didn't let them know the cost. This could be a more automatic feature and less hoops to activate.

Ideally, a more streamlined and automated transcription feature would minimize the current manual steps. This would allow us to easily reference customer agreements, particularly regarding costs, and prevent potential discrepancies or misunderstandings.
