Flexible and user-friendly solution

Pros:

From my point of view, the most significant advantage of softgarden ATS is the flexibility of this tool regarding the needs of the organization - as a large company, we needed something more than a standard solution that would allow us to work comfortably while maintaining proper procedures. In addition to being intuitive to use, the tool provides the ability to report on core recruiting KPIs, which is valuable when it comes to recruitment for technical and engineering positions. The highly professional customer service is also added value.

Cons:

Nothing specific. I like working with this solution.

Pros:

Softgarden offers everything we need. The system was easy to implement, extremely user friendly as well as intuitive.Therefor our recruiting processes have become much more efficient and transparent. With its variety of features & functionailities, softgarden has opened countless ways for us to optimize our recruiting. I would especially like to praise the incredible customer support. We are happy customers!

Comments: We once organized applications in paper and over the E-Mail boxes. When our company grew and as manager were located in different cities is became really difficult to organize the applications, keep track of the applications, etc. The candidates must have had the impression that we were unorganized as we were not able to repond to the applicants on time or could not tell whem in what status the application was. Softgarden offered us a simple solution. The implementation was fairly easy. The process is visible for all in the recruiting team. It is eay to work with so that even managers cannot complain, that it ist too complicated and that it would take to much time.It does not. The system provides you with the opportunity to choose or create individual letters/messages to the candidates. Softgarden is also open to improving their system and is also optimising it. If you still need help, you can chat with the Helpdesk and they provide you immedidately with help. Overall we found a good solution which saved us a lot of administrative time. Additionally, we are sure that the candidates feel more comfortable applying, giving them the feeling to be welcomed and wanting to work for our company. And that is what we want, isn't it?!!

Great help in improving communication with candidates

Pros:

softgarden is perhaps the only recruiting tool that allows users to set their recruitment stages. The system easily adapts to needs of our company. In addition, it greatly improves contact with candidates and the process of arranging online meetings. The help and kindness of softgarden employees are also valuable, and you can always count on them :)

Cons:

It is a pity that you cannot use the search engine for searching candidates via their telephone number or e-mail address.

Very good application management software

Comments: The AGAPELSION BETHANIEN DIAKONIE gGmbH operates numerous retirement homes and nursing homes in Berlin and Hamburg. At the beginning of 2015, we decided to convert the entire application management from paper to digital. The reason for this was the opening of a new location in Hamburg, where around 100 employees were sought in 27 professional groups. This challenge would not have been possible on the exclusively manual processing of applications. We chose softgarden's application management software because it was easy to handle, offers good value for money and reflects the entire process very well and in a structured way. We have used it to define clear objectives and targets, e.g. that the applicant receives feedback from us within 10 days, either a rejection or an invitation to an interview. Communication between the parties has been greatly improved by the software. The entire process from application to recruitment is clearly structured and has been reduced by at least 50% overall. The feedback module introduced in 2016 confirms the good work and shows a high satisfaction of the applicants with the entire process. Customer service and the consultation of softgarden are first class. We recommend softgarden at any time.

It is very simple and efficient with excellent features

Comments: It's really easy to use, even if you're not used to the candidate management tools. The follow-up and coordination of several applicants is simple and clearly organized. Within the job, you can add different colleagues to that job.

Pros:

Easy to use all the necessary functions, save working time, great time saving support very easy to handle the individual design of the job ad creation, the interface is really clean. It has the most important characteristics and works well.

Cons:

I had technical problems, many changes in the tool in a short time. More flexibility is needed to adapt the software to any need. Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the mail templates. Does not have the ability to adapt your work style as personalization in any special way.

Excellent software for candidate applications for recruitment. quick and easy to use

Pros:

very good application where you can manage it from an application on your phone. with a record in the cloud. Easy to use and perfect for human resources managers. where you can qualify applicants and gather information from candidates

Cons:

It is difficult to see something negative to this software, it has a payment plan and depending its use can become expensive. I think this application should be developed in more languages

Pros:

thanks to softgarden the companies can recruit personnel easily and quickly, especially helping the user to simplify the evaluation process, without a doubt the best tool that an industry can have to select its personnel.

Cons:

The high cost of this software but it is worth it is undoubtedly an excellent tool for large and small industry

Comments: My own experience with softgarden is really excellent. It's really easy to use, even if you're not generally used to applicant management tools. The tracking and coordination of various applicants is simple and clearly arranged. Within the job, you can add different colleagues to that job, so you can share the applications in the system. That makes the whole recruiting process a lot easier and faster!
On the other side, applicants can easily apply online, which is a perfect and an easy way for
job seekers.
I can just highly recommend this tool!
And by the way: The customer support is brilliant! :-)

Pros:

The interface is really clean and easy to use. It has the most important features and work good. The support was kind and answered really fast.

Cons:

There was a lack of flexibility in the software as the ability to adapt your work style like customizing in any special way.

I would not change it to any other software!

Pros:

After three years of using softgarden, I can confirm without hesitation that this system fully meets the needs of recruiting and building a positive corporate image! The most significant advantage of softgarden ATS is that it can be fully personalized for the organization, and there are no limits on the most critical functionalities (number of users, workflows, roles, messages). Such solutions make the work of recruiters easier and more efficient, especially if there are several of them in the organization and each runs different processes. In addition, softgarden offers a module for creating a customized career page and an employee referral module, which can be easily implemented in the company. Such solutions enable HR Departments to build and nurture a positive employer image outside and inside the organization. All solutions offered by softgarden show that the company can adapt to the ever-evolving role of the HR Department and that it recognizes and responds to newly emerging needs in this area. The icing on the cake of working with softgarden is the individual account manager who is always available and able to find a solution to any challenge. I am completely satisfied with my choice of softgarden and would not change it to any other software!

Cons:

It works very well for us; I don't have any comments.

Great Success

Comments: The main benefits of implementation for the organisation were/are GDPR compliant management of applicant data, more sophisticated recruitment data analytics, an enhanced candidate experience and efficiency gains in the process overall. In terms of the features and functionalities offered by the software it is advisable to check in advance to what extent specific features and functionalities considered critical for the hiring organisation are already available and/or can be added and/or further customized, to be in line with internal processes highly dependant on the organisational context and as such more individual.

Pros:

The software is very user-friendly and intuitive as confirmed by hiring managers and other colleagues involved in selection processes in the organisation after 6+ months of introduction and roll-out (very popular features are in particular internal requests for approval of new requisitions and the interview scorecard to facilitate assessment of candidacies). The implementation was a very smooth process thanks also to the excellent customer support at Softgarden. Feedback to follow-up questions is always very quick and helpful and requests for customization are also considered and (where possible) realized.

Cons:

The Softgarden Shop including the recruitment advertisement channels with a direct interface could be expanded to include more recruitment advertisement channels especially if these are channels highly relevant and frequently used by the hiring organisation (as also depending on the market operating in, in terms of both profiles hired for and desired reach both nationally and internationally). The integration with LinkedIn as very important recruitment channel for many organisations could be more seamless and it is understood that updates here will be available soon.

Pros:

I value cooperation with softgarden mainly because the solution is tailored to the employer's needs. As we all know, the labor market, which is "the candidate market" - is changing dynamically, and therefore employers are increasingly struggling to find the right employees. The tools provided by softgarden (careers page or feedback solution), based on candidate market research, increase the chances of finding suitable applicants. I gladly used softgarden’s careers page solution, which allowed me to build a professional careers page smoothly thanks to the good cooperation with the consultant. I also appreciate the accessibility of the account managers and their efforts to find the right solution to a problem. From the perspective of a person who is also involved in recruiting, what is important to me is the softgarden's openness to change, continuous product development, and striving to improve recruitment processes, as well as care for security in the acquisition and processing of the candidate's data.

Cons:

No solution is perfect, but softgarden is performing well in all key areas.

Optimization of processes and excellent candidate experience

Pros:

Thanks to the implementation of softgarden, we optimized recruitment processes, shortened the time of analyzing the application, and ensured consistent communication with our candidates. The system is intuitive and allows us to manage applications from many sources. The additional "questions for candidates" feature helps filter candidate applications more efficiently and saves time for our recruiting teams. In addition, thanks to softgarden, we are constantly expanding the database of candidates for the needs of future recruitment processes. Candidates also receive ongoing information about their application stage, which is very important when working on building partner relations with the candidate. Thanks to the candidate feedback option, we know how we can improve our recruitment processes and create a better candidate experience. As an environmentally friendly company, we aim to reduce the consumption of materials and energy and implementing the system helped reduce CV printing. Therefore, cooperation with softgarden helps us achieve our CSR goals. Professional support during the implementation and usage of the system is also a significant advantage.

Comments: The Solution is contemporary, close to market-needs and even more improving in a steady way. There is a solution for anything. Nothing the customer-service wouldn't try to fix.
Price-performance ratio is fair, we are absolutely satisfied an can highly reccommand softgarden

- Great usability, it's really easy to use, no need for long introductions. - Easy to use by Applicants , there's an Option to build a Company-owned talentpool. - Interfaces to different Jobboards, some for free, other can be bought in a kind of shop-system so theres no need for negotiations with different providers. - Service ist awesome, professional employees are always looking for a way to solve your problems asap. - Lots of features can be modified to fit in the companies process

Cons:

- Reporting is still struggeling sometimes but has already improved a lot

Comments: Nice, user-friendly application supporting mainstream recruiting needs. What I really like and appreciate is having the opportunity to discuss my specific customer needs with a Sr. Support Representative who is not only extremely knowledgeable but also very responsive providing effective solutions in a very timely manner.

Pros:

Ease of use, additional plug-ins such as CV parsing, Video conferencing, interfaces to jobportals. Regular helpdesk support is timely and effective.

Cons:

My top 3 points: 1. Creating job ads is cumbersome at times. If you don't follow a detailed procedure, you have to go all the way back to the beginning to e.g. copy the Job ID. 2. Also I would prefer "automatic" saving. Though I am an advanced user, I lost data at times because I forgot to save it. 3. The in-built reporting feature is user-friendly. However, I'd prefer being able to extract all data to run my own analysis.

Good product that makes our lives easier

Pros:

We've been using softgarden for over a year and in that time our careers page has been revived, and we've also been managing recruitment projects effectively: us in HR team and the heads of departments. We have also launched a referral program. We started our cooperation at the right time - softgarden has great support and a good product that makes our lives easier and fits beautifully into our employer branding program.

Comments: We once have switched our System from SAP E-Recruiting to the softgarden application-app. In softgarden we have found an easy to use application for applicants and recruiters. Since we are using softgarden, we´ve never get calls, that somebody wasn´t able to apply for a job, what we´ve often had before. We never regret the step to switch our applicant-software to softgarden.

Cons:

Reporting comparative values "all others" is not transparent. Who are all the others? Are they really all comparable (industry, location etc.)
