Best-in-class mobile forms and workflow app for salesforce. Reliable and Dependable platform !
Comments: ProntoForms is the leading platform solution for organizing the remote workforce team systematically for supplying the data and inputs feeds in much more organized and timely manner time and again. It enables the salesforce and workforce to apply job safety measures and complete analysis without any failure and provides inbuilt template to facilitate data feeds and reporting pertaining to employee training, Preventive Maintenance, Fleet servicing and field management throughout.
Pros:
One of the most promising app for development of workflows and mobile forms for various salesforce team across different businesses in short span of time. The mobile solution of Pronto Forms is easiest and most simplified app ever. Helps remote workforce team to gather data and inputs smartly and accurately. One of the highly innovative, smart and scalable solution for gathering data inputs in most streamlined manner without any non compliance.
Cons:
As on date, no dislikes. One of the highly reliable solution for driving businesses to another level. Though, we still want more customization in features and utilities to serve our clients better. It is not very mature and often give stoppages to us while integration and linking of apps with other internal and external platforms.
Alternatives Considered: Nintex Process Platform, Alchemer, Jobber, Cognito Forms and Zoho Creator
Reasons for Switching to TrueContext: ProntoForms chosen above all other alternatives due to its high integrability with other devices and platforms internally and externally without any slipups. It has high performance parameters which ensure adequate and correct data flow and entry into the system by salesforce and remote workforce. Brings high productivity and performance in the system. Sales revenue increased Multifold
Perfect for form submissions with picture integration
Comments: The support has been excellent, and they appear committed to evolving and enhancing the capabilities of their software.
Pros:
The ability to take pictures and efficiently organize submission destinations, including renaming images, creating folders, and sending automated emails, was a game changer.
Cons:
The 20 MB submission size limit can be restrictive, especially when dealing with large image files. While email limitations are understandable, the low submission size on SharePoint seems unnecessary. However, the TrueContext support team was very helpful in resolving this issue and finding a suitable solution for us.
Alternatives Considered: VKS
Reasons for Switching to TrueContext: With VKS, you needed a license to access all the pictures, while TrueContext was Microsoft friendly and gave access to everyone in the organization.
Data Collection Company, nothing more.
Comments: Not fond of the system. It is time consuming to keep up with all the data being received by our users. I have to then transfer this data to another service to get some usable numbers that I can present to our executive group.
Pros:
There aren't many positives if any I can say about True Context as it sits now. It is a data collection center. For an upcharge there are other analytics capabilities that other companies roll into one standard price.
Cons:
Smart logic works less than 50% of the time when you have long forms that require a lot of smart logic. The analytics you get is practically nothing. You have to build a power BI or another spreadsheet to decipher the data collection, so in theory, you are paying for multiple services that could be done with one provider. (Safety Culture and Predictive Solutions are two that are one-stop shops for data and analytics).
A lot of potencial but still a lot to improve
Comments:
Overall it is a good tool but for sure it has a lot to improve.
There are basic features or options that are no possible to use yet, but I believe it can easily be implemented.
Pros:
The amount of input types that can be used in the forms. The possibility to link it with Salesforce Servicemax. The fact that it has sections and sub sections for the forms.
Cons:
Limited use of the templates. Does not allow to change the resource image used in the template. Same resource image for every question using the template. Too many steps to create a resource image. Lack of options to apply some settings to multiple objects.
Administrated TrueContext for two different employers
Comments: Overall, I’m very impressed with TrueContext. Their tech support has been consistently helpful over the years, and I hope it continues to be. With various form requirements, we've successfully created complex and customized forms for our teams.
Pros:
I appreciate the tool's functionality and capabilities. Over the past 10 years, I have not only introduced it but also administered and created numerous forms for two different employers.
Cons:
There are two key areas I’d like to see added or improved. First, it would be great to have a video capture field feature. Second, an easier WYSIWYG tool for creating custom outputs would be very beneficial.
Alternatives Considered: Cognito Forms and Adobe Acrobat
Reasons for Switching to TrueContext: I chose TrueContext because it solved a lot of our needs when it came to developing custom forms for our Field team and installers.
Excellent tool for vehicle insurance inspection
Comments: In general terms, my experience with TrueContext has been fairly pleasant. This software has really improved the speed of vehicle inspections while increasing accuracy for my inspectors in the field. Yes there are small synchronization glitches but when compared to efficiency and customizability, such issues seem too insignificant.
Pros:
What was really appealing to me about TrueContext was that it’s pretty user-friendly, with customizable forms. This makes it easy for the inspectors in the field to use it at their convenience, thus enhancing data collection in an organized manner that improves precision and speed of vehicle inspections.
Cons:
On the other hand, what I have not liked concerning TrueContext is that occasionally, data synchronization can be a bit slow particularly in areas with poor network coverage hence leading to delays in information processing.
Easy powerful forms. TrueContext is for every company!
Comments: Happy with the functionality. We look forward to future updates.
Pros:
Easy to build forms and if support is needed, the team at True Context/Pronto Forms are very helpful. Our company is happy using this system for all our form submissions!
Cons:
We are unable to add logos/diagrams to our forms unless we pay extra fees. This should be a standard. For example, the health and safety area. Why can't we add logos for people to understand better instead of having to read everything.

Comments: Pleasant and user friendly. I haven't had any difficulty with using the program

Cons:
That you can't run 2 reports in a day without capturing the people from the first report. It is a pain to manually have to delete reports previously dispatched.
Many Possibilities!
Comments: Experience has been great. There is an endless amount of possibilities with True Context.
Pros:
The seamless ease of use within the mobile app.
Cons:
The difficulty when integrating between box. There is no feature to plot all submissions on a map simultaneously.

Comments: Our overall experience is pretty good after using their platform as its a cost effective and dependable solution. Their technology is strong enough and they leave the mark wherever they go. Some of my peers have given excellent feedback about their offerings and we are sure that would establish longer and sustainable collaborations in future. They are highly cost effective solution and the utilities are just awesome. They have shown their strength on tech front which is amazing
Pros:
Best available mobile forms for strengthening field teams. It is the biggest enabler for field teams as it adds value, context and intelligence to their work and improve their performance at workplace. Provides high end advance analytics in the form of reporting and dashboard which empowers the ground team and gives them visibility on work in progress. It adds value and gives recognition to new employee trainings as new trainees have to mandatorily go through these modules and can work in more informed way. It never crashes and gives lot of automatic in built solutions to business users to ease their processes in big way.
Cons:
They claim for warranty and free repair across many of the features and offerings. We often face trouble in reaching out to customer service support and it sucks our valuable time and effort mostly. Overall, its a good experience and they are still learning and has huge opportunity to prove their mettle in this IT and manufacturing space.

Controlling your organisation has never been easier or more cheap
Comments: ProntoForms assists us in optimising our products and providing a dependable solution to our consumers that meets their demands. The file generation procedure is really straightforward, and the forms developed are extremely strong, allowing for extremely simple integrations. We mostly use it as a sales support tool, and the formatting is excellent. Because our forms are linked to Google Drive, all of the data that we previously manually entered into spreadsheets is now immediately available and ready to be examined.
Pros:
The form generation interface is incredibly user-friendly and allows you to construct forms quickly and efficiently. I've never had greater customer service from a vendor, and I used to work in Account Management. Exceptionally courteous and understanding, particularly with me as the new administrator. It's really simple and quick to use, and it also allows people who work remotely to contribute without difficulty. The connectivity between ProntoForms and Salesforce is also quite advantageous, as it allows our team to swiftly move data across several sites in order to consolidate all accessible information inside SalesForce.
Cons:
Personally, I'd want to see some improvements in the usage of date and time fields, as well as the kind of computations that can be performed on them. When we need to alter data, it's a stressful procedure that takes a long time. It also lacks customization, unlike other software on the market. Although, once understood and properly followed, repeating this procedure gets easy; however, their documentation, which should assist with such inquiries, is ambiguous and lacks sufficient answers.

Intelligent Invoicing Made Easy- Pronto Forms Mobile- Forms

Our company was using a paper based 3 copy invoicing system 3 years ago and our new owner started out looking to reduce this labour & time consuming process at the end of every monthly billing cycle in the office. We did our research and found Pronto Forms seemed like a good match for getting the job done. The mobile application also allowed us to equip our Service Technicians out in the field with a mobile device to process invoices on the spot. This brought multiple effiencies and time consuming cuts to their work day as well. They were able to process invoices on the spot , obtaining the custmer approval signature and adding as many comments as necessary to alert inside office staff or customer management of a potential issue or condition. Not only are we working more efficiently, but we have reduced some of the added pressure and amount of time the Service Technicians in the field were spending on administration.
The Pronto Forms Development Staff and the Technical Support Staff are easily accessible and respond with solutions in a timely matter. They are easy to work with and bring information to us in a non technical manner, that we who may not be at the same technical level of knowledge, understand.
We continue to work with the Pronto Team to develop and implement custom forms as our business expands, and we offer additional services to newly acquired customer demographics.
We have had great results thus far with Pronto Forms and as we continuing to expand our business will look to their knowledge and expertise for the custom form fit.
Pros:
On the development side- being able to customize an automated invoice to specific requirements of a type of customer that will still provide all requirements of the business side. On the Implementation side- ease of use. Minimal errors even though humanly driven.
Cons:
Difficulty in accessing the actual raw data files after 45 days.
Best platform for forms and workflow automation
Pros:

While ProntoForms offers some customization options, there are limits to what users can do. This can be frustrating for businesses that want to tailor the platform to their specific needs. It can be challenging to integrate with other systems. This can be a significant obstacle for businesses that rely on other software programs to run their operations.

Taylor Freezer
Comments: The last round of beta releases; Repeating sections & Conditional Logic, is a major step forward, but you need to get caught up on the web portal so we can adjust the forms on beta changes ourselves (I'm also involved with that beta team and reviewed the first draft last week). Still need major functionality added in file (data source) features and more advanced conditional logic to make this product top end. Customer service in the past was just so, so and Taylor felt like their voice was not being heard and was actually starting to look at alternatives mostly due to of lack of functionality . But lately since being very involved with various beta teams, the contact level has been superior, and response great. The enhancements we've been asking for, for years are starting to become available and Taylor is starting to see light at the end of the tunnel. If this tend continues, Taylor will continue to deploy this product.

Lack of programming functionality from a design stand point. We need a highly sophisticated form to make this work for us, and we are not yet there.

Diversified Maintenance Pronto Forms Review
Comments: Pronto Forms has provided a platform in which we can give the much needed feedback to the users. It gives us the information necessary to manage our teams and make business decisions. The best part is how quickly we can receive the information. Getting QCs or KPIs in real time as soon as the submit them is priceless.
Pros:
The ability to create information in real time. The ability to have custom emails and multiple destinations and using filters to distribute just what they need to know. Capturing pictures and signatures. Map locations and many other features. And the ability to customize any form to any type of business.
Cons:
The forms builder not allowing us to use bold or underline or other fonts to really make our forms look good. The PDFs are still a little plain and we would like to make them look better. Things like indenting and others would make it easier to make the forms look better.

Pronto - The Best Mobile Reporting Tool on the Market
Comments: Pronto is a great product that offers lots of functionality and almost endless customization. I like the ability to create custom forms from scratch or by customizing existing forms that are already pre-loaded into Pronto. You can continually tweak your form in order to get the data that you desire in the format that you desire. The support pages offer lots of advice in order to assist you in getting your forms to perform how you want. I've been able to figure out most things simply by reading the help articles and then trying it out. The few times that I've had to call customer support, I've always spoken with a friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service representative. My only real critique of Pronto is the fact that data results cannot be permanently stored on the Pronto web portal. In Pronto's defense, it does offer lots of options for backing up your data such as Google Drive, Drop Box, etc. However, I really like the filtering options that Pronto offers on their web portal, and I can't filter data that's over 45 days old. It disappears. All in all, it's a really great product, and it has really changed our operation in a positive manner. I've used a few other would-be Pronto competitors, but Pronto is the best product overall, hands down.
Pros:
It's easy to use from the mobile end. It's easy to create forms, data destinations, new users, etc. on the administrative end.
Cons:
I don't like that data cannot be stored on the pronto web portal. I would be willing to pay for additional storage space so long as it was reasonably priced.

Comments: ProntoForms is an exceptional company that not only provides ongoing learning opportunities through a user portal, but also through regularly scheduled webinars. Additionally, their Customer Success Managers regularly check in with customers to assess any difficulties or provide assistance with new features and functions. The platform is continually evolving, offering new features and enhancements on a regular basis to improve the user experience.
Pros:
A user-friendly software that enables the creation of forms and workflows is available to eliminate the need for manual data recording. The software seamlessly integrates with Salesforce, serving as a system of record, and eliminates the hassle of tracking down paperwork or deciphering illegible handwriting. Additionally, customer signatures can be captured directly into PDF reports, simplifying the process of providing reports to customers. This all-in-one platform provides full integration, streamlining the process and increasing efficiency.
Cons:
Although it may seem daunting at first, our organization made the initial setup of ProntoForms overly complex. However, ProntoForms has recently launched ProntoForms University, providing users with the opportunity to learn at their own pace and gradually increase complexity as they become more comfortable with the software. This allows for a smoother transition and a more user-friendly experience.

ProntoForms is a critical Field Service data capture tool
Pros:
The form builder is very intuitive, and their support documentation site is full of useful tools to assist the form building process. Adoption was easy as well because the mobile apps are intuitive to the user. If needing additional support from their support team, they reply out quickly and follow up with support requests to ensure a positive experience is met. If we have suggestions we can submit them and they are often implemented down the road as new features--what more could you ask for?
Cons:
There is nothing that I don't like about this software and company as a whole.

ProntoForms time saver!
Comments: Paperwork used to be a huge issue getting it to our shop weekly for billing and payroll. Now with ProntoForms we save time with forms instantly getting to the shop once complete. It has helped with workflow at our office as well as saved money in fuel cost driving paperwork to our office.
Pros:
Easily submit paperwork from the field and get the information we need to both our office and customers.
Cons:
Refresh does not always work as it should, paperwork gets "hung up" in the sent and does not get submitted on time without the user having to reconcile.
Cutting Edge
Pros:
We were in with ProntoForms from the very beginning with AT&T and we saw right away it was something our workforce could utilize to become more efficient in project reporting. Even the superintendents who are not tech savvy were able to use and transmit the forms easily.
Cons:
There are glitches sometimes, but that's to be expected. Customer service is awesome and they are right on any issues as they are reported.
Goat Milk Collection Reportinng
Comments: Auto-populating an internal form previously hand-written including form totals. Populating a regulatory ministry forms for product testing.
Pros:
ntuitive configuration and helpful support. A major upside is automatically populating the data entered in the ProntoForms app into the company database.
Cons:
Working through customizing the output. I would prefer a user controled output design option.
Great platform which allows tailored forms to provide exact information for Clients
Pros:
The ease in which you can create the form and then integrate into Teams or Google allows us to get real time information which can then create dashboards or reports
Cons:
If there was multi select option for when creating the forms , so you could batch move or delete questions that would be very helpful
Revolutionised our business
Pros:
We have moved from paper triplicate job sheets which often got lost, took a while to return to the office to manually invoice to a paperless dynamic company. Therefore we invoice much quicker and our cash flow is much better. Customers love to see images / photos of the jobs we do. We can also drill down into the types of jobs we are completing and therefore focus on the most profitable areas of the business.
Cons:
It's just the best tool we have but I need to spend a bit more time making it work better for us. Can't say there's much wrong with the way we use it.

Comments: From day one it has been an excellent communication to vendors and customers.
Pros:
The Purchase orders and Extra work orders make the move smoother.
Cons:
Sometimes the forms get lost in the cloud.
