> **Pros**: The learning curve to getting started is great. The implementation of the truecontext university made it easy to onboard new members of the team with form building.

> **Cons**: Overall, our experience with TrueContext has been positive. However, we've encountered some issues—particularly with bugs and inconsistencies between the Windows and iOS apps. To improve accessibility and ensure a more consistent user experience across platforms, we would strongly prefer the availability of a web-based version rather than relying on the Windows app.

> **Pros**: Powerful Form builder (Probably the best), lots of customizations, a boat load of data source integrations and data destinations, prebuilt or custom document creation, great REST API and a built-in form dispatch feature.

> **Cons**: The interface needs a bit more polishing. It can be a little bit daunting at first, but once you figure out how it handles, it gets easier.

> Overall, TrueContext has been a solid platform for us. We use it to manage custom work order forms, including regex-based filtering to route submissions to the right destinations, automated email notifications when images are uploaded, and a SharePoint data destination that automatically stores our custom-built work order documents. The flexibility of the form builder combined with the integration options has let us tailor it closely to how our business actually operates, rather than forcing our processes to fit the software. Customer support has been responsive when we've run into configuration questions, and the platform has scaled well as we've added more forms and use cases across our branches. The learning curve on the admin side is real, but once you're past it, the platform is powerful enough that it's worth the investment.

> As long time users we have seen Pronto Forms develop many new features over the years and every time there is a change there is lots of tutorials, articles  and support to learn and utilize the new features
