"Overwhelmingly Functional - GreenRope can do such much to help your business."
Comments: GreenRope helps me run my business from all aspects of Marketing and CRM
Pros:
There are so many ways this software platform can help your business. It is a learning process on how to best get the most out of it. I love the broad set of features and the way so many things can be automated.
Specifically, the CRM component of this software platform is so robust and functional. We are able to use the CRM (which is the backbone of the platform) to do the normal CRM activity tracking AND so much more. The CRM uses a group set up process to keep your contacts organized. This structure enables a number of automated functions to be triggered by group as well as giving different levels of visibility to the group or contact. This functionality enables the building of community among group members or oversight and management of activities by group members.
Cons: The learning curve is overwhelming and the set up process does not really mitigate this. No offense to the GR Support team (they are fantastic), but when you start on-boarding - you do not know, what you do not know. So, getting started can be overwhelming. My suggestion to GR is to take the approach that they use for building automation and work with each business to develop a product functionality road-map to move the training from the most important functionality to the less important functions. The help videos and customer support are very good supplements to the on-boarding process.

"Finally a CRM that your sales team will love!"
Comments:
GreenRope is a breath of fresh air, brings sales enablement into the CRM space. Having used virtually every CRM out there, either in a corporate environment or for my own sales teams, GreenRope delivers where others fail.
Platforms like SalesForce are great but in my experience, you end up dedicating hours, weeks, months and years to further develop the CRM to suit your business. More often than not engaging outside consultants or employing an in-house team to achieve results. Unfortunately, by that time your investment has reached a point of no return!
Pros:
GreenRope just works the way you do...sure there is customization to be done, but the excellent support and online tutorials make it so easy. Forget sales enablement and email platform add-ons to supplement your CRM, it is all built in with GreenRope.
Not only is it the best CRM I have worked with it is definitely the most cost effective. Pricing is based on the number of contacts in your database, not the number of user seats. I feel that GreenRope is totally aligned with my business, as I grow my customer base and increase my sales revenue, then my cost to manage that larger contact base increases accordingly.
Cons: When implementing any new system there is always a learning curve. But the GreenRope implementation support is first class and has you up and running in no time.

"I've been with Greenrope since 2013 and have watched them continue to grow & develop!"
Comments: All in one product at a VERY good price. Also GreenRope always STRIVES to keep up with technology and offer the best to it's users. If I can't do something they always seem to come up with an update that allows for it. This software is fantastic for small companies but can also support the larger businesses.
Pros: Easy to use for the most part. There are a lot of features and tools - so it takes a while for everything to come together and understand how to use the system. But once you do everything begins to click and make sense. I would much rather learn one systems than 3 or 4.
Cons: Depending on what browser I am using things sometimes get hung up or I am I unable to edit properly. I wish the email templates were more modern and ready to use.

"Creating emails is easy, customer service is excellent, backend is intuitive & clear"
Comments: I use GreenRope and Ontraport. GreenRope is fast and seamless, if I don't know something either the documentation or Customer Service gets me the answer. In OntraPort, it is not as intuitive so I'm always wasting time consulting their piss-poor documentation or going round and round with their customer service who think that I'm just not doing things the way OntraPort designed it versus what OntrPort is theoretically capable of doing. Can you guys buy out OntraPort and fix it or kill it? I know this is asking a lot...
Pros: The ability to help customers restart drip campaigns; the ability to easily clean up the database; the flexibility of the API; customer service doesn't have to be explained a problem three times - they come back with the helpful response the first time; the ability to easily set up a new list with forms and autoresponders is the best; the ability to check the stats on sent emails and signup history; and the ability to help people stuck in the sign-up procedure. We deal with a lot of 55 - 75 year old people and the ability to go in and help them with their newsletter subscriptions as if I was them is superb. Other software I've used act like the end user is 23 and grew up on computers, which only adds to the customer service burden.
Cons: We deal a lot with membership sites and wish GreenRope had a membership plugin to WordPress. It may have a work-around, I may just have to get with customer service to figure it out.

"Great Functionality, Great Support, Not Easy to Implement"
Comments: Like learning any new software, it has its moments of sheer joy when something works and frustration when it doesn't. The support team are fantastic and this makes up for the moments of frustration. There are many ways to contact the support team and the team know their stuff. There's a real sense of a commitment to developing the software and taking on board suggestions. You don't feel like a number - you feel like you are part of the GreenRope family.
Pros: This software has all the features you want a CRM to have - no missing bits - having everything integrated is fantastic.
Cons: It is difficult to use and understand. The Group set up is questionable for small businesses who don't have multiple users.

"Great software, especially for the price"
Comments: Made email marketing easier.
Pros: Does a lot of what the more expensive platforms do and a very reasonable price. Absolutely love their "journeys" function. Staff is great to work with, and they are very responsive from the top down. Any issues are addressed immediately and you're assigned a client advocate who constantly checks up on you and your satisfaction.
Cons: No direct API as of yet between Greenrope software and my ticketing platform (not TM or Pac), though they do have APIs with other providers. The workaround is uploading my database every few weeks, which works fine, but my wishlist would be the API solution.

"useful, but clunky"
Pros: Easy to use on a daily basis. functions appropriately. Good tracking features. Easy to add contacts to the general list. I get useful responses and it's easy for contacts to unsubscribe if necessary.
Cons: extra features beyond the emailing list don't seem to function. Dislike having to check in with customer service every so often to prove i'm a real person. Wish managing the contact list into subgroups was easier and more intuitive.

"The software is alright. could use better search and filter function with the mobile app"
Pros: the software works well on a desktop, lets you set up very nice tags to help search, and lets you research contact
Cons: The search funtionallity would often not work. when looking for contacts, many dont show up. the mobile app couldn't really search by Tags, and wasn't very intuitive on making appointments. there was no "search near me" function. if a user unsubscribed from email, i could no longer find the contact without major digging

"We switched from SalesForce to Greenrope and it was a very easy process"
Comments: Ease of text and email make tracking a breeze
Pros: Ease of adding/removing contacts within groups really makes it quick and painless to move a lead to client. Being able to send a text to a client with a project update notes saves alot of time.
Cons: I wish I could use the SMS feature on more than one contact number with one click within the record. Currently there is room for one mobile number only.

Pros: The product has flexiblity, the customer service is responsive and detailed, the back-end user simplicity is appreciated by our users.

"Affordable Platform with Fabulous Customer Service"
Comments: We have been Greenrope customers for about 5 years, and I really love the affordability of this platform. It provides us with everything we need to run our email marketing and client management campaigns, and customer service is really great.
Pros: Affordable, lots of features, great customer service
Cons: The interface is a bit dated, and I wish the survey function had better reporting capabilities.

"Great customer service and near perfect for my needs."
Comments: Greenrope allows our company to quickly and accurately access all of our points of contact and vast amounts of client information.
Pros: The Customer Support and Ease of Use is exquisite. The software's functionality is accessible to any experience level.
Cons: There are quite a few functions we would like the software to have, such as the ability to be more company centric instead of contact based, that it doesn't have at present.

"Greenrope has ultimate customization capabilities, but can be difficult for the inexperienced user."
Comments: It is highly customizable and allows a multiuser functionality which is helpful for sales teams.
Pros: First of all, I am a huge fan of Greenrope's chat feature. The team is always very helpful and patient to help resolve any issues you face. Greenrope allows you to customize content beyond the limits what a typical builder offers, by requiring you to transfer the email from builder to the media library and then into the email as a template. There is in depth reporting on how successful your campaigns are. You can set up users to only access specific groups, which is extremely helpful. This could also be consider a con, but the link to view your email in a web browser remains live even after you send out the campaign. This means that you can edit any mistakes made after the campaign. It also means that you can accidentally save over the file. (This has happened to us before and didn't realize until some people noticed it on social media. Yikes! Maybe I'm using the wrong feature here?)
Cons: The interface is sorted in a way that makes it very hard for a first time user. You really have to know what you're doing or spend a lot of time learning. I don't recommend for beginners. There have been major bugs when you transferred the email from "builder" to "email". There were several issues with mobile responsiveness when we first started using it, and I spent a large amount of time discussing fixes with the chat support team. It ended up being a fix that I had to implement in the html, but it took a lot of hair pulling to get to a resolve.

"Hesitant at first, completely satisfied there after"
Comments: Works very well for the archiving purposes I utilize it for.
Pros: My technology skills are a bit limited. So, I was hesitant about using Greenrope when I was introduced to it. Much to my surprise I have found that the apps that I use via the company I work with flow quite nicely and were much easier to navigate than I anticipated.
Cons: It can be a bit overwhelming at first. However after I learned what applied to me and what didnt, it became much simpler.

"Fantastic program! Lots of advantages."
Comments: Making my job easier!
Pros: Once a workflow or drip system is set up, it works wonderfully and saves so much time. The contact records are convenient and easy to access and search through. The customer service team is amazing!
Cons: It is difficult to navigate and learn. Creating an email is not as user friendly as it could be. Workflows are difficult to create and implement, and once it's working, it is not easy to delete from a user.

Comments: Being able to streamline our account management by being able to setup independent groups with user specific access.
Pros: Unlimited users, quick customer support when needed, great pricing, extensive access customization features.

"Getting the system up and running was a breeze! Oscar and the GreenRope team are amazing people!"
Pros: I like the ability to customize your entire system. They gave the ability for experienced coders to make the exact system they want. I don't feel like I am working within GreenRope limits!
Cons: Thus far I have not experienced anything I haven't liked. If there is one thing I'd say the use of the system takes some getting use too. For an inexperienced marketer or manager GreenRope will seem overwhelming at first but I promise it will get easier. That is my reasoning as well for 3 stars under "ease of use"

"I wish I would have moved to Greenrope sooner!"
Comments: Wow, Greenrope is not just a CRM. It is a marketing and systemizing machine. And the support is just awesome. I wish I would have moved my real estate team to this a long time ago. There is a lot of work upfront to set the foundation, but it is worth it in the long run!!!
Pros: It does so much! I hadn't even thought about being able to do things it can do!
Cons: It's not designed specifically for real estate, so we are having to improvise on a few things, but they are minor.

"Easy to navigate and use."
Pros: Easy use and navigation. Easy to learn. Didn't need to watch a tutorial to get started, From my initial login I was able to navigate application and extract the data that I needed to extract.
Cons: Easy to use BUT it seemed as if some of the more complex features were a bit more difficult to use. Overall not a big deal.

"Helpful communication tool"
Pros: This has been a great tool for me as a split teacher. I like to have some messages for all parents, some for just a certain grade level and others for room parents. It is helpful because I can keep all of those groups so much more organized for quick communication.
Cons: I think this software is great. It meets all of my needs perfectly.

Comments: Overall its useful as a customer service tool and can help you improve communications and interactions.
Pros: The software makes it easy to create surveys to send to customers via email and it tracks the customer email to let you know if they read it. It can also track interaction with a website, although I have not used this function.
Cons: I believe the software can be difficult to get it to do what you want initially, it's not intuitive. You need to refer to the materials to help guide you at first.
