Talent Recruit is very good in post sales service

Comments: Streamlined my work

Pros:

Comprehensive software with billing module. We get continuous free upgrades. Since this is a Bangalore based company they are quite approachable. It is GST compatible

Cons:

Nothing so far. I think it should only work a little faster. They need to add the reference check feature

Excellent Software Solution

Comments: Excellent Support and Growth with Automated efficiency and great AI power-driven capabilities

Pros:

User-friendly software. It tracks the complete cycle of the candidate. It gives an overview of the requirement TAT. You can look daily usage of the recruiter and stages of the candidate flow

Cons:

Customized daily reports are not available. Lot of manual reports the resource has pulled. Unable to track the recruiter login hours in ATS or hours spend in ATS.

Good platform to Recruit

Pros:

You can use this platform with an ease. It saves alot of time when it comes to tracking your candidate.

New version is not quite updated yet. We are in discussion with the Talent Recruit team they're working on it.

A good platform to automate the recruiting needs

Pros:

The way it make the process easier and tracking and management of the data. The platform's speed is good and UI is one of the good part.

Cons:

As this platform is developing there are some concerns but as they have resolved the other concerns, I have faith that they make others right too.

Comments: It is good and easy to navigate.

Pros:

It is easy to use and navigate. You can compile all the candidates in one job/category and tag the status.

Cons:

Should have a delete button on the candidate you want to remove on a particular job or if you unintentionally tag a wrong candidate under one job category.

An Unique product with AI

Pros:

I liked the exixting product to be more user friendly. Upgradation seems to be good with chrome extensions, need minimal supervision intially to start work off

Cons:

Seems like Super admin has to give access & permissions for the most of the features for the users. Creating requirements looks slightly complicated

A journey with TalentRecruit for the first time

Pros:

As a first-timer who's trained with Google Sheets and Excel as a way to track and encode my candidates, TR helped me manage them easily.

Cons:

The least that I like about TR is the system itself; there's always a system error and lag. It needs a lot of revision.

I think that I like the Candidate management most about the talent recruit. In addition to that, it also helps me check the candidates that was already tapped by other recruiters.

Cons:

Not being able to view uploaded candidates in a list, having to search for their names manually.

Comments: Not an very good experience. It consumes lot of time.

Pros:

Many features are made easy to access. Few unnecessary steps are removed to save time.

Cons:

the application does not work at times and gets log out anytime in between. Lot of technical errors.
