Acuity Scheduling is an economical choice for scheduling and collecting payment

Comments: Acuity Scheduling was an excellent great start and affordable option for online scheduling, billing collections, and basic SOAP notes. It was user-friendly and easy to setup. It also allowed for multiple users that could be set up as administrators or clinicians. I ultimately had to leave the platform for a more advanced EMR system; however, I definitely recommend them as a great place to start or if your needs are more simple.

Pros:

Acuity Scheduling is very user-friendly and easy to setup. I liked being able to customize my account to my brand colors and logo. The online scheduling and billing features are easy for both clinician and client.

Cons:

The SOAP note features are not as robust. This is to be expected since they are not technically an EMR. For basic SOAP notes, they do the job. For more advanced SOAP notes, these can be created within the platform and are not difficult to do.

Comments: Client management is one of the benefits which I relish while using Acuity Scheduling which makes it easy to schedule, reschedule and cancel appointments automatically.

Pros:

I like that Acuity Scheduling automates the process of appointment booking which help saves time leading to high productivity.

Cons:

Never have I encountered issues for over three years when utilizing Acuity Scheduling.

Superb Calendar Management

Comments: It has been super easy to use as it's integrated with my SquareSpace website.

Pros:

The things I like most are the ability to set up multiple calendars to control when people are booking into my calendar and how many time slots for each different kind of meeting I can plan a day! My calendar manages itself!

Cons:

I've had problems with people getting the confirmation emails and not adding the event to their calendar, as it doesn't automatically create an event for the meeting with the recipient.

Effortless Appointment Management with Acuity

Comments: I started with acuity as an entrepreneur. i liked the idea of being able to let clients self schedule and view the calendar, eliminating that as an additional task for myself.

Pros:

the fact that you could book appointments and see the calendar

Cons:

it wasn't as user friendly as i liked, i felt like there weren't enough options to customize the calendar.

Acuity is so easy to navigate for a first timer!

Comments: It's been an easy experience to get meetings scheduled and send out meeting links. I also love the hands-off approach I can take for adding meetings without manually doing so.

Pros:

I enjoyed the simple UI of the application. For a user with little to no knowledge of a scheduling platform, it is extremely easy to navigate.

Cons:

I do not like the fact that it stands out so much on the page. I feel the scheduler should feel cohesive with the website and not so much an external source. It would be nice to have the scheduler integrated in the site and not open up in a new window, which drives traffic away from the site.

Reliable software

Comments: Overall, I'm very happy with Acuity scheduling.

Pros:

The software works consistently and reliably. It's reassuring to know that customers are receiving the correct information, and we are aware of any changes in real time. Being able to ban problem customers is essential for us. The forms allow us to create click-wrap agreements with our clients.

Cons:

My only issue with acuity is the look of the booking form. There isn't a lot of scope to alter the appearance, and the standard format isn't the most visually appealing.

Great Booking System for Meeting Room Reservations

Comments: Acuity is an awesome booking system. We use it to manage our business room meeting reservations and the whole system is very easy for our customers to use. The software has paid for itself over and over again!

Pros:

We use Acuity Scheduling to reserve our meeting room space. Acuity has automated our booking and payment process so clients can book online without needing to work with a human. Payments are processed through Stripe and are deposited directly into our business bank account in a matter of days. Acuity has reminder email and SMS available to help eliminate no shows. Acuity also integrates with Google Calendar so you can quickly check for upcoming meetings on your phone.

Cons:

I wish we didn't have to login to Stripe to issue refunds when meetings are cancelled. It would be nice if there were a front-end experience in Acuity. There are some limitations with add-ons. We sell pots of coffee as an add on, and there's no way for a customer to select how many pots of coffee they would like to purchase. Add ons are limited to checkboxes, no quantities.

Comments: I recently used Acuity Scheduling and I would give it 4 out of 5 stars and I would recommend it to others.

Pros:

What I liked most about Acuity was its user-friendly interface and the ability to customize my scheduling page to match my brand. The integration with my calendar and the option for clients to reschedule or cancel appointments easily were also great features.

Cons:

What I liked least was the limited options for customizing email notifications and reminders. Overall, Acuity Scheduling is a solid tool for managing appointments and I would recommend it to others.

Not the best, not the worst.

Comments: I've used much better platforms then this, ones that allow the flow of the schedule with the patient names and not needing to switch pages every time.

Pros:

I like the clarity of the pages and the page landscape.

Cons:

It is difficult to navigate patients and I do not like how to search for patients, it is not user friendly.

Pros:

Acuity Scheduling provides automations that help automate scheduling making it simple and precise. There are alerting and notifications functions that send reminders about a scheduled appointment to avoid missing any. Excellent security features which keep the calendar data very private.

Cons:

Acuity Scheduling seems to understand its assignment really well There has been no challenges to hate it about.

The best hub for scheduling all appointments and documentation

Comments: Acuity gives me the flexibility to book an appointment or meeting so I can accept or postpone without much searching. I no longer miss an appointment, as the reminders keep me ready to take action early.

Pros:

Acuity does the scheduling I need to ensure no conflicts. I love the way it schedules meetings, where invitations are sent via links that easily document acceptance from other parties. Reminders pop up constantly to alert me when the appointment is approaching, keeping me on track. I love the efficiency of its integration with my team calendar, which helps in scheduling joint meetings as required.

Cons:

I have never made any scheduling mistakes with Acuity, it is easy to use and provides real-time syncing across all my devices.

Centralised and Agile Online Scheduling Services With Acuity

Comments: Acuity Scheduling is an all-around and complete suite for online scheduling. It is cross-platform and allows multiple device access which allows users to easily access and utilise it even when on the go.

Pros:

The freedom, flexibility and convince that Acuity gives me by allowing a two-way synchronization with my Google Calendar. Whenever a client books an appointment on my Acuity booking page, it's automatically added to my Google Calendar. Conveniently enough, if I happen to add a date to my main calendar, that particular time is automatically marked as "unavailable" on my Schedule so if a client wants to book an appointment at that particular time they will know I'm unavailable and choose a different time.

Cons:

The landing page could be made more user-friendly and intuitive. On the booking page, I would appreciate if a client is allowed to add more than one email address.

Worst experience ever. Do

Comments: Worst experience we could have possibly had. We use acuity for our photography studio and had been running smoothly for 12 months. Then out of the blue we noticed we had been logged out of the platform and we couldn’t log back in. Lo and behold our account had been completely wiped. We had no access to bookings, client details nor could we receive new bookings. Support were woeful and we have been going round in circles trying to regain access. This was no fault of our own, a complete mystery yet they don’t seem to understand that we are quite literally losing thousands of dollars in business from this!!! It’s infuriating- oh and every support message is from a different person and they are so slow to respond even though they state they have support 24hrs! There’s no end in sight to this. An awful experience

Pros:

Nothing. We’ve had the most stressful, upsetting experience.

Cons:

How after 12 months our account just randomly, with no explanation or reason was wiped. We lost everything. All of our bookings, client data, ability to make new bookings. Thousands of dollars was lost and it was a truly infuriating experience. Support is advertised as 24 hours but I can tell you it’s not!! Takes around 12 hours to get an email reply and this is the only way to contact them. Awful awful awful

Comments: For a dog trainer, acuity is not ideal because we go into other homes and don’t always have a location. It also has zero capability to store dog information and their address for simplified booking.

Pros:

Easy for online bookings and loved that it easily integrated with Zoom.

Cons:

Their customer service is awful and couldn’t help me renew. there was a bug with their system and it wouldn’t let me update my card. Also they don’t let you store the clients address which is troublesome if you’re driving to their location. They also don’t have the capability of “one off meetings” like calendly does.

High Precision Scheduling

Comments: Overall, Acuity Scheduling has greatly satisfied me, and I would suggest it to you as well.

Pros:

. I was thrilled with how simple it was to set up and incorporate into my website, as well as how easy it was to use this tool for my business. Without a doubt, I would suggest this tool to my business associates. Since I'm new to the beauty business, having a simple, approachable, and user-friendly system for my clients to schedule appointments through is essential. The colorful and stylish team that created this program is what I adore most about it. I adore how realistic and imaginative they are. It should be easy to use, offer excellent customer service and training, be aesthetically beautiful and easily customizable, and be reasonably priced.

Cons:

Setting availability is subject to the same rules. When shutting off times by day, it can get a little complicated. Needless to say, I lost a lot of business since I came across as quite unprofessional and inexperienced.

Pros:

My overall experience Haas been great , l like this platform. This platform is a game changer for any busy bee out there ! With acuity do the heavy lifting, effortlessly syncing with your calendar and ensuring you never double book or miss an appointment again.

Cons:

Sure, it's user-friendly, but when you're knee-deep in trying to figure out all the bells and whistles, it can feel like you're navigating through a maze blindfolded. It's like trying to crack a secret code just to book a dang appointment!
