Using the cash applications, credit and collections modules has made the job of a credit specialist so much more efficient. Our team relies on the workflows to stay organized and address the accounts with greatest impact. Especially during 2020, it has made the transition to work remotely nearly seamless.

> **Cons**: There are often upgrades or enhancements we are not able to see, or once requested, takes extreme amounts of time (6+ months) to implement these. We feel we are not getting full use of the system without these upgrades/enhancements. 
When some are implemented, no test parameters, and causes other areas of the program to fail.

> The automated correspondence and worklist tracking allows for focused collections and maximized time and efforts. It is our credit application processor, cash posting tool, and collection assistant. 
With the aid of High Radius Integrated Receivables, we have been able to increase the speed of collections and positively impact cash flow. We have cut the time retrieving data to make credit decisions, and our cash posting integration is much more efficient.

> **Pros**: The ability to process receipts without human intervention or mis-key made the process much less labor intensive and, overall, more accurate.  The portal is much easier to access than our ERP (Oracle - JD Edwards) when doing research.  It keeps all the relevant payment data in an organized manner, and provides reporting capabilities to help reconcile our accounts on a daily basis.

Highradius customized their product for us to address customer payment issues that other vendors do not provide.

> **Cons**: Integration really should be left to a qualified project manager, and not someone with a demanding workload.  Highradius' design team did an exceptional job in creating a customized interface, but I felt rushed to meet their deadline for implementation.  Great care should be taken to convey exactly how you want the utility to look and feel during the design phase.  Changes after that point are an added expense.

> Overall, I was awed by the capabilities of their cash application software.  Highradius designed a high-performing interface that met my specific individual needs.  Having applied cash manually prior to implementation, I saved a lot of time and effort in the processing of receivables.  Employees may take a day off, but Highradius never sleeps.  Great product.  I highly recommend.

> **Pros**: There are several things I love about the software.  First \& foremost, it increases  the % of automation for things that were previously manual. We were able to eliminate several tasks related to reporting downloading/saving as HRC does that in 1 place.  I love the out of the box reporting, a click of the button gives me metrics on things that we previously would have to manage daily.

> **Cons**: The feature I like least is when a payment is made against an invoice \& a deduction is taken.  I would want them to be netted automatically but the software sets them up separately \& we have to net them which adds an element of manual intervention \& causes an issue because it is no longer tied to the invoic

> As mentioned above, we were able to remove non-value add tasks so we can focus our time on value add items.  We can run reports \& see which customers \&/or reasons are decreasing % of automation \& focus our attention to fixing them one at a time.
