Great ease of use for the consumer.

Comments: Overall I have found the product easy to use, easy to fund information on, and very efficient.

Pros:

The best features are the ease of use for the consumer. I purchase product from 20 different vendors on one platform. It streamlines my time online a lot. Ease to find the information I need and easy to switch between vendors and shop.

Cons:

Only "con" I know is the inability to see if product is currently available or in transit until you are ready to finish your order.

I am on Komet as a user every day, from 2 to 15 logins a day. It is a great tool, and easy to use

Comments: Ease of use on buying flowers, and it expedites the process.

Pros:

Ease of use. The ability to see future inventory and order ahead of time from those vendors that provide that. It makes my job easier and faster. Also as a user I do not really have a comment on the "value for money " feedback. And on the support feedback, I have never needed to contact support.

Cons:

The load time for inventory from some companies is long, and drags on. At peak times I have noticed the load time is longer than other times. This delay occurs most often when trying to select something specific from their categories, or exit out of that list. I also do not like how it remembers and sends you back to the same vendor you were in, if you log out and log back in during the day. When that occurs, if you have an order in their system they have not processed you then must close the box that says "do you want to use the existing order?" I would prefer to go to the main menu and choose the vendor every time, rather than have to exit out of the vendor I was last in when I closed out, and go to the vendor I logged in to go to.

very easy to do things, but not everything is together from point of view of a buyer it is all over.

Comments: this is very good for sales, the platform has everything that you can know about your customer and trends as well what is the customer buying. also the e commerce for the customer is very good, they can buy from anywhere and anytime they wish.

Pros:

easy to do changes and also it update all the po and components so it affects all the accounting and farm.

Cons:

not very friendly with BI, the reports are not very friendly and the support is not there, and they take a long time to give you an answer.

Comments: We were able to implement our new inventory and facilities in Miami with ease and precision. Our customers' satisfaction is high due to the timely and easy access to information, and our processes have been greatly improved.

Pros:

I love the fact that it makes usually tedious activities very dynamic. It is very easy to use and allows a quick and certain access to information in a very uncomplicated way. One feels supported as custommer support is ready to help, taking our concerns seriously and dealing with them in a timely manner. The dashboard allows for a very broad scope of how business is doing and helps taking quick action over diverse scenarios.

Cons:

there are some tweaks that still need be made. We have submitted our suggestions and hope they will be taken into consideration soon.

Great software that matures with a business

Pros:

The software is specific to the Floral Industry, but the developers listen to requested changes and attempt to implement. If a business thinks outside the box, then the software easily adapts to what they need.

Cons:

Can be expensive to pay for upgrades in functionality. Businesses either need to spend money on development up front, or wait to more interest in requested changes. Minimal integration with Commerical Freight services (FedEx, UPS) api. pricing matrixes can be challenging to maintain.

Simple to use. As more importers start using it my volume will continue to grow.

Pros:

It is simple to use and saves me a ton of time looking for products. Also love the ability to print invoices if they aren't already emailed. I was an early adopter of Floralship and Komet is much easier for me and my buyers to use.

Cons:

I would like to be able to see ALL inventory on one page. The importers all have their own Komet site so I have to change from company to company when I am looking for specific products. It would be nice to view all products from competing vendors more easily.

Comments: The convenience of buying at any time.

Pros:

Komet is very user friendly. I was able to move around the web site with ease from the very first day I was signed up to start using Komet. Komet is a great benefit for any company to use.

Cons:

None at the moment. I use Komet daily. I have had no problems or any issues using Komet. If there was any problems it would be the truck cut off time for buying,

Comments: We do all the purchasing, receiving in Komet and help us to know what has been received and what is coming without having to ask to warehouse.

Pros:

Easy to track the orders, quick answer from customer service, Farms can confirm and check all changes you do to purchase orders

Cons:

Invoices to customer can only be made by bunch cost and no by case and that's the way our customers like it.

Pros:

Different vendors are available at the click of a button. There is no need to sign out and go to a different website to purchase from another vendor.

Cons:

When purchasing for a company with different locations, it would be helpful to have the branch location listed on the "past orders" page rather than having to click on each order to view the branch.

Comments: 1. Buyers ans salers are in the same page. ( Shipments orders, prices)

Pros:

It help the communication between the farm and the importers ( orders shipments, prices, labels, statements).

Cons:

I think that it is expensive for small companies. It is the first reason why the general manager has not buy it for our company.

Pros:

I LIKE ACCESSIBILITY FROM MANY DIFFERENT DEVICES APPS, ETC.. EASY TO USE AND VERY UNDERSTANDABLE. GREAT PRODUCT

Cons:

DOES NOT COMBINE A/P VERY EFFICIENT. WHEN IT HAS GONE DOWN IT CAN REALLY EFFECT DAILY OPERATIONS ALTHOUGH THIS HAS BEEN MINIMAL. ALSO LACK OF USE ON EXPLORER.

Comments: Ease of install

Pros:

The logistical and sales modules are fabulous. Internet based is great we can use it anywhere. Very reliable.

Cons:

Lack of custom reports , closed financial periods and separate credits a real downturn. There is some lag time when punching down an order when busy.

does not work with other browsers like Mozilla and edge Some issues with printing freezes when changing customers leaving incorrect customer

Pros:

It is very easy when promptings and typing in product codes. It is also easy to find customer information.

Cons:

There are too many steps to go through sometimes. It is difficult to find info if you don't put the exact date ranges in. The credit card system we use is not integrated which is a hassle.
