It allows us to deliver training and professional development content to multiple audiences - internal employees, contractors, system integrators and customers. While there are still come improvements to the base product to be made (some legacy pages still exist, making admin tedious), overall it is very easy to use.

> **Pros**: I like that it does the job of 3 different programs where I work. Now I can do all my work for my customers in the one platform. I can even send emails and notifications straight from Docebo. I also really like to Docebo Community. If I have a question or am just looking for some tips, I just search the community or post a question in the community and I will get a few replies. But if I don't want to ask the community, there is always someone willing to help from Docebo.

> **Cons**: As a super admin, I am still not able to look to see what notifications or emails were sent to someone or if they opened the email or not. I would like to have access to notification/email logs.

> Yes, the beginning training was a bit overwhelming, once you get a grasp of the ins and outs, it is a very dynamic program. I love that we can brand the homepage ourselves.  We have 3 different homepages set up for different companies we work with, which makes them feel like the platform was created just for them; making them feel special. The gamification part of Docebo, makes learning fun and was easy to transition our customer's from the other platform we were using and keep their accumulated game points.
