MANGO is a very useful tool and valuable in assisting this site to achieve BRC Certification.

Comments: Useful tool in managing OSH, Food Safety, environment and QA in our business.

Pros:

Ease of use and linkage of the modules so that all aspects are covered. eg. Suppliers/events/incidents/improvements.

Cons:

It would be beneficial - easier for users if Documents automatically listed alphabetically. Some set up fields in System Administration although different have same name, not intuitive & once done hard to change without effecting some data.

Mango has allowed us to streamline health, safety, environmental and quality management.

Pros:

Mango is one of the few pieces of software which allows you to integrate Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Management systems. It is also very good value and affordable for smaller businesses. Mango is easy to use especially when our triple certification audits are taking place. All documents are right at our fingertips and the functionalities in the software conform to HSEQ Standards. We are able to manage our employees and sub-contractors with notifications before licences, insurances and qualifications are due to run out. Mango has an App which is great for business such as ours where staff work on construction sites. Risks, incidents, improvements and the like can be reported immediately. Reminders and notifications can be sent to all staff from Mango. The customer support is excellent and they take on board ideas and suggestions.

Cons:

Setting up all of the systems (ie risk registers and compliance details) can take a long time. The set up for sub-contractors only allows some information to be inputted as it is included under Suppliers and thus does not connect in to HR or the HR options.

Still learning, seems easy to use so far.

Comments: The software gets ALL staff involved, sharing the responsiblity of getting things right and taking responsibility if they go wrong, which helps learning.
It also frees up my time as I'm not the only one reporting and collating info!

Pros:

It is a fairly simple layout and easy to use so far. I like being able to store a variety of documents, reports, etc in one place accessible to all.

Cons:

Some of the processes seem a bit drawn out and could be simplified; i.e. not having to pass reports back and forth constantly. I HATE that any upload to a report is viewed as sensitive information, therefore not visible to staff. I understand the need for this in some modules, but not all. It can sometimes be slow to send info through or update info.

Simple to use QHSE system that engages everyone

Pros:

Simple to use and easy implementation. It has helped our organisation engage more people in our QHSE system and made tracking of compliance activities much simpler. ISO Auditors love our system.

Cons:

It now has a mobile app which is a great companion to the web system. It would be great to see more modules available on the app also - which I am sure will come.

Comments: Makes the QHSE role much easier

Pros:

easy to use and understand, Completely tailored to your individual needs, Easy to setup access rights for each employee

Cons:

Nothing really, Any early bugs in the system have been fixed. Still find the occasional thing that could be easier to use but I am sure they will fix this as well.

All in one Quality Health & Safety System

Comments: Easy to use

Pros:

Mango is an effective health and safety system which ensures you are meeting the requirements of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015. I love the Event Management Module, event reminders are sent to the designated person via email, for example staff due for their next first aid , confined space, forklift training etc. Staff can also submit incident reports into Mango, which automatically uploads not only into your company incident register, but also transpires into a incident graph, which you can print and display at the next board meeting.

Cons:

If I have to find one con it would be Mango logging me out after leaving it open for a short period of time, you cannot leave your Mango account open while you delve into various tasks, or head out for a toilet break, you will need to log back in.

Good product, excellent back up and training

Comments: Historical data tracking, real time information, Lag and Lead indicator tracking

Pros:

Ease of use. Loads quickly. Easy to understand and use. Easy to administer and set up and remove staff and contractors. Need to learn more about the other sections of Mango and how to get the best out of them for our business.

Cons:

Reporting in some areas is difficult, especially for large amounts of historical data..

I absolutely love MANGO. The software is easy to use and has taken hours off my workload.

Pros:

MANGO is very easy to use and the automated workflow makes sure nothing is missed out. Reporting features in the HR module have ensured that certificates are renewed before expiry without hours of checking spreadsheets and paper based records.

Cons:

Nothing! It's excellent. I haven't come across any issues in the 6 months I have been using the software. And any support questions are immediately answered by my consultant. Highly recommended

Working with Mango's Compliance Software has made WHS much easier to manage!

Cons:

No cons to be reported, Mango has helped out with implementing work health and safety procedures and documentation.

Mango QHSE Compliance Software Review

Pros:

It's ease of set up and modular functionality, it's ability to give control to the users on how access is granted. I also like the Mango App, so simple, but effective.

Cons:

Nothing really, it is a very effective simple tool to share all our QHSE compliance requirements.

Comments: Very impressed with the software and the support we have received since our initial training. It has been well received by the business and will help us drive further engagement and ownership with our OHSMS

Pros:

Easy to use and understand and had a very clear layout

Cons:

The training was very intense and I personally am a hands on learner, so to sit and absorb a lot of information in a number of sessions, with no hands on, was quite challenging. Others in my team found this not so challenging though, so this is only my personal experience.

Mango review

Comments: Mango solves a lot of QA system issues which come with clunky document and spreadsheet based systems. It marries up a lot of issues into a nice package. It does take some time to get used to the flow however once understood it is relatively easy. The system has a pretty average search function and could do with some form of tagging like Evernote or OneNote to search more easily and file documents. Customer support I'd say is average. We had great assistance when we were setting up the system but once I tried to contact them for some advice and I never got an answer. They are a NZ based company and so all payments are international transactiosn and so result in transaction fees. Not a big one but something to consider in the overall cost.

Pros:

Mango application is very easy to use. It navigates you from one section to another automatically.

Cons:

Only one thing: conversations after each course is a little bit harder to follow. Sometimes it is more complicated than the learning material itself.

Comments: Had been holding off going to the next level of a cloud based management systems for our business but now that we are working with it we are glad we have made the change. Particularly with the new ISO 9001 & 14001 needing to be updated anyway. Just made sense to use the money we would have spent upgrading to the ISO 2015 versions and instead invest it in to the cloud based system. It was well price anyway but with the cost saving added we had to jump. Practically drives its self. Great work Mango!

We couldn't afford to be without MANGO

Comments: Easy to use software with excellent backup support, MANGO offers development potential which is a real bonus. The information is easy to extract, relevant and data input is straight forward. This is user friendly software. As the Health and Safety regulations evolve so does MANGO. We have passed all of our external HS audits on the the back of the MANGO system. We would happily recommend MANGO to anyone who is serious about their own or others Health and Safety.

Easy to use. Next upgrade will make it even better.

Comments: Great tracking and follow up system on incident/accidents. We also use it for our non-compliance systems and it is very good for this. Keeping track of the maintenace of our tooling and plant has been made easier. Above all having a system that prompts and reminds you to get things done is excellent and not only reminders but the escalation of reminders so that it is far less likely something will be missed.

Quite easy to use, even for people with little computer experience/knowledge

Comments: Able to manage multiple sites
Allows each person to have their own log on and manage personal details
Great for reminders of licences, training renewals
Each site can have their own documentation specific to them as well as maintain company documentation.
Incident reporting and investigation is easy to manage and maintain.
New training webinars are fantastic and hopefully will continue for each module.

Mango Easy to use

Comments: Very easy to use for the first timer. Only con is that when you enter the drivers Licence and put in the year it was issued, it comes up with 10 years from that date, rather than the actual expiry date on the licence itself

Very easy set-up, great customer support and very practical system to use.

Comments: Pros - Economical, practical great functions that only get better with automatic updates, Excellent customer service and support. Format is good and has an "intuitive" layout for easy set-up. Cons- the automated email notification could have a little more detail and look a bit "sexier" but a part from that a great versatile software package.

ManGo is an excellent product, the value of which improves with it's use

Comments: Smaller usage customers (like with any new product or service) take a little longer to receive/recognise the benefits. However when this happens it reinforces the huge positives and then the proactive use increases. MANGO Customer Support is OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you

Ease of Use

Comments: Our company has found the software incredibly easy to follow and use. Our field staff are not very computer literate and they have had no issues in using the system and buy-in has been tremendous.

The best product available in NZ for compliance

Comments: Excellent modules that can be activated depending on your level of compliance within the organisation
