Fly High with Qorus

Comments: Using Qorus has speed up the process of proposal writing, having all the content in the repository the person working on the pursuit can just pull the content from the repository with ease and insert on the document, unlike before where one would request for content if they dont have any and wait for the content to be sent.

Pros:

The use of smart fields in creating standardised templates, which everyone can use with ease in the organisation.

Cons:

When you copy the link to the pursuit using the "Copy URL" on the pursuit, the link copied is the SharePoint link and not the link to the pursuit in Qorus.

Content Management, Templating tool, Proposal Management and RFP tool, all in one

Comments: Experience with QorusDocs software and the entire Qorus team, from Sales to Implementation to Support, has been stellar. I wish all my vendors were as reliable and responsive than the Qorus team. It is a pleasure to do business with this company, we have expanded our contract by 50% in a year because the field is so enthused with the solution.

Pros:

This software integrates seamlessly in everything Microsoft. I recommend this solution for companies who are running on Azure and using all the Microsoft suite as the integration is superb and completely transparent to the end-user. Data is kept on your company's cloud, not hosted by a third party, and maintenance of the content is done on SPO, not online.

Cons:

I am extremely happy with this solution and this company at large. Like anything, it has some wrinkles here and there once in the weaves of things but overall very minor details that have either been resolved or are on the list of upgrades to be resolved. If I have to mention one, I would say the inability to use Smart fields in Excel, for now.

Good concept, poor execution

Comments: Concept is good, but the frustration of having to do a password reset every time highlights to me that the software itself is weak. What else is not working right?

Pros:

The central hosting place for an entire global organization.

Cons:

The fact that I have to reset my password every single time that I login.

Comments: I am couldn't be happier with our move to Qorus from Qvidian. This will be my preferred system until someone takes it away from me.

Pros:

You can build Qorus up to be an all encompassing proposal management hub to include resources, information, reports, templates, and project management tools, all from one place!

Cons:

Qorus is missing some of the more common navigational, inline text editing, and drag and drop features most Windows and Mac users are used to, which can make small tasks take longer than needed.

QorusDocs is a Game Changer!

Comments: We are solving almost all of our process holdups with QorusDocs. In addition to increasing efficiencies with the solicitation response process, QorusDocs ensures that we are able to present consistent messaging across our 30 nationwide operating locations. Our experience with implementation was seamless, everyone we have interacted with on the QorusDocs team has been incredibly helpful and personable. We highly recommend QorusDocs!

Pros:

Our Business Development Team is young and previously, we had little-to-no processes for creating, updating, and assembling content for responding to solicitations. QorusDocs was precisely the tool we needed to assist with storing our content, ensuring content is updated periodically, and assembling and producing solicitation responses. This program has already increased our efficiencies as a team and will continue to do so as we adopt each of the available product features.

Cons:

It's difficult to list our least favorite features about the software - any time there is a feature that doesn't yet exist, our customer success team immediately adds a request to create that particular feature. Any issues with the software are usually addressed and resolved same-day and the customer support team is incredibly helpful.

QorusDocs is Awesome!

Comments: Really great software supported by a really great organisation.

Pros:

The software fully integrates into all of Microsoft's suites which is ideal for collaboration. The ability to use PowerAutomate to customise and make other work easy is just brilliant

Cons:

When starting the project, understanding taxonomy and content structures were really hard. But after I had grasped why this is so important and needed to be done, the rest was easy.

Top Quality Customer Support!

Comments: QorusDocs has streamlined our sales process. Everything the team needs to make a new proposal is standardized and at their fingertips. The software is not hard for the team to use and there was 100% adoption.

Pros:

The QorusDocs implementation was great. Our on-boarding team led us through the process and elicited what they needed from us, each step of the way. The ongoing support is amazing. Our dedicated customer support specialist proactively schedules a meeting with us once each month. Work life is busy. It's not easy to dedicate time to solving problems with the technology and automation solutions we use. Having a recurring monthly meeting helps us get the most out of Qorus. With each iteration, we are better utilizing this software. These incremental improvements make for meaningful progress in the way that our Sales team creates and manages the proposal process at Parlance.

Cons:

I find it hard to find the time to learn to create new automated templates on my own.

Stellar Product!

Comments: The QorusDocs team is so great to work with! They've been there to support us every step of the way, from implementation to troubleshooting to developing new features.

Pros:

QorusDocs makes content administration simple. By using Sharepoint on the backend, it's easy to understand, house, and manage all of our content.

Cons:

Bulk document editing could be simpler, but there are workarounds that exist.

Limitations on number of search filters and occasional errors when trying to "fetch" content or use the assignments feature

Comments: There is a real time savings realized with how quickly templates and content can be populated.

Pros:

The template creation and searchability are top-notch--so easy to use.

Cons:

N/A--it functions well and I have no complaints

Qorus Content Hub

Pros:

The consolidation of our assets and task management in a centralized hub has made a tremendous difference in our ability to produce proposals and respond to RFPs.

Cons:

We haven't tripped across anything permanently problematic. A few minor bugs here and there as with all software, but responsiveness to fixing them has been spot on.

Comments: I have had a very positive experience with QorusDocs and it allows my team to distribute, manage and maintain content and other documents quickly and efficiently across all segments of the bank.

Pros:

What I like most about this software is the centralization and ease of both access, sharing and tracking of all our documents and content stored within QorusDocs.

Cons:

What I like least about the software (and this may be a critique of SharePoint), is that it can sometimes be difficult/confusing to make changes to the ContentHub libraries within the many different settings options.

User in Telecoms

Comments: Having the important documents that are used most in the company in one hub, where people do not have to ask for documents from different people and have to wait for the documents to be sent, with that being an issue to slow down the response of the one who asked for the document, and also documents can be lost if a PC crashes or the person leaves the company. So QorusDocs will help.

Pros:

Having company most used document centralized in one hub. Organized for users to retrieve contents with ease, having recommended contents for pursuits of your relevant task and also being able to just searching the document for content you want. Having to see and get alerts on the renewal of your documents on SharePoint.

Cons:

When trying to upload documents to the content folder, the file explorer sometimes does not pop up. Which seems like a glitch.

QorusDocs empowers professional proposals and efficiency

Comments: Biggest solve for me is the ease of creating documents from templates and how it automatically pulls almost all important information from the pursuit (opportunity). You basically will always have a complete document generated with minimal manual intervention.

Pros:

The easy of set up of templates and pursuit (opportunity) types. Integration into Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.

Cons:

The initial set up of the QorusDocs hub can be a bit intimidating.

Great Proposal Generation Soultion

Pros:

QorusDocs integrates with our CMS to quickly and easily put together standard pitch documents and customized proposals. The tool allows those involved in a project to collaborate seamlessly. It has saved us a lot of time and effort.

Cons:

The interface is not always super intuitive, but once you learn it, it's very easy to use.

We need to find out what information is current or old, tagging or giving a timestamp on information and being able to update it, seeing current and prior information is key.

Incredible, friendly service

Pros:

It is very easy to integrate with other software, such as Microsoft Word. The customer support and training was hands-on and excellent.

Cons:

While it was initially slightly confusing to set-up, the customer service made integration smooth and easy.

Pros:

I have literally just started learning and using this product. We use it at work to do our proposal and it is an exellent tool for that. It has cut out workload down my 90%. Greart software!

Cons:

The only con with this software is that I do not think it can do a project I have to complete at work. I have reached out to customer service and they are taking quite a while to get back with me. I am hoping they will reach out soon as I nearing my deadline.
