Efficient software

5.0 4 months ago

Comments: The whole process from the beginning of the candidate to the end of the contract is agile and in a very tight way because I can see how the whole process of the candidate goes or in what stage of the process he stayed and I have to get another candidate

Pros:

The search for candidates could be a long and confusing process but with the help of Zoho Recruit the process has been easier and more orderly to carry from the search of the candidates, a follow-up of each process, the scheduling of the interviews and the final stage of hiring With the reports of Zoho Recruit I can have a detailed list of all the candidates who have registered on the company's employment page to see their profiles and thus be informed of each one's experience and be able to choose the best option for fill the vacancy The configuration of the account is quite simple to perform as everything else of the platform that is very easy and agile that provides support to the recruitment area and can take the order of each candidate

Cons:

The filtering for each candidate is not complete for example the age that is so important to know there is no way to look for it and sometimes the candidate is good but age does not apply and I can see it until I enter the curriculum but not by search

Using Zoho Recruit has streamlined Applicant Management for us like no other tool

4.0 3 years ago

Comments: Overall experience with Zoho Recruit is excellent. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is serious about building a team and tracking all the candidates passing through their system

Pros:

Zoho Recruit is an excellent Application Tracking System that has streamlined my work and made my recruiting process very efficient. Every interaction with the candidate can be traced along with the history of conversation. This help tremendously when candidates reapply. The Hiring Pipeline allows me to customize the recruiting process and keep track of how candidates are moving through the recruiting process. The workflow rules allow me to create email triggers and save time on common rule based notifications to candidates. And the auto created job postings page makes it easy for me to post new job positions and capture candidate resume and data directly into my system without writing a line of code.

Cons:

Zoho's tiers are very rigid, and I would hope they would make their product more modular and allow customers to buy modules piecemeal. For a small startup, the professional and enterprise grade turn out to be very expensive, and we could easily trade some features we don't use for features we would like to use.

I recommend Zoho Recruit definitely

4.0 2 weeks ago New

Comments: Unlike other platforms that charge premium prices for similar capabilities, Zoho Recruit offers a feature-rich solution at a significantly lower cost. The interactive dashboards and the ability to tailor the platform to our specific needs have been instrumental in optimizing our hiring processes, making it a top-tier choice that delivers both high performance and excellent value for money.

Pros:

By leveraging Zoho Recruit, I can track every candidate in our pipeline. It allows me to monitor their progress, the tasks they’re engaged in, and other crucial information that guides the end-to-end recruitment process effectively.

Cons:

There’s not much to criticize. Some features, like the portals, may take some time to master, but this is a common issue across most platforms, and Zoho is far from the worst in this regard.

Alternatives Considered: HubSpot CRM

Reasons for Switching to Zoho Recruit: I wanted to centralize the administrative aspects of recruitment and better manage multiple applications. The customizable features and interactive dashboards in Zoho Recruit are invaluable for optimizing our hiring processes. It provides a broad spectrum of options for tailoring the experience to our needs.

Be Careful selecting this software to build your business

3.0 5 years ago

Pros:

Front line customer support is excellent and they go above and beyond

Cons:

HORRIBLE Quality control. They keep releasing product that simply does not work!! Error codes at the very first step. And then they want you to get online with them and show them how their stuff is broken. I did this for 2 years and I am finally fed up with providing QC services to them when they CLEARLY do not have a functioning QC or testing regime. I am now 2+ years into the build out of our business and having to consider changing the core software that runs our business at immense costs in terms of time, training, business relationships etc. Not sure what I will do, maybe just screwed and have to put up with it for another 2 years. To be crystal clear, their front line support people are excellent - above and beyond and truly great to work with so it pains me to have to write this review. But fair warning their QC is BAD and you will spend a lot of time showing them how their product does not work.. Value for Dollar is good but if you expect this software to grow with you forget i. and pay a little more for something else.

Zoho Recruit all the way!!

4.0 2 weeks ago New

Comments: Generally I like the functionality of the product and you certainly get a big bang for your money compared to other platforms. Good integrations between Outlook and Office 365.

Pros:

Zoho Recruit as the standard edition comes with a lot of functionality. The ability to have email integration and CV parsing are great features, especially when compared to other platforms.

Cons:

It does take a little time to get around the initial configuration which at first is slow but eventually you can get things working

Alternatives Considered: HubSpot CRM

Reasons for Choosing Zoho Recruit: Primarily cost saving and the level of functionality that I need to have for my business.

Switched From: JobAdder

Reasons for Switching to Zoho Recruit: Recruitment specific CRM performed as better than the comparison.

Zoho Recruit - The Need in Talent Management

5.0 last month New

Comments: My experience is 10/10. I am just amaze!

Pros:

Zoho Recruit allows Recruiters to recruit and handle the 360 of recruiting. Their platform is awesome, especially being able to create workflows, hand off to hiring manager, templates and just the User Interface and WORKING mobile app.

Cons:

There is nothing I dislike about Zoho Recruit it connects with all my applications.

Alternatives Considered: BambooHR

Reasons for Switching to Zoho Recruit: Zoho Recruit was able to connect better with Third Party apps and we were already using Zoho Workspaces.

Comments: So far, so good... couple of things I need to find out, but the support team have been great!

Not positive user but not bad product

3.0 5 years ago

Comments: Many basic functions not available under Standard and Professional versions. For one-man shop I don't want to purchase Enterprise version, seems that this software is only catered for enterprise users, which can makes your product less competitive as most enterprise users would go Workable, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, etc. You need to better understand your customer groups and user needs.

Pros:

- It has all basic functions to satisfy basic resume storage needs.

Cons:

- Initially you'll only get 1GB storage; you need to pay extra to get more space. - Interview status can’t be synced, every time when schedule interviews I have to change it manually. - Emails sent from my Outlook to candidates cannot be captured in Zoho. - Resume can’t be parsed in existing profile, have to upload resume and update profile manually. - Their mobile app is barely useful.. my interviews are not being listed chronologically, they are all over the place, makes it impossible to track my interviews on your app; no filter either.

Alternatives Considered: JazzHR

Reasons for Switching to Zoho Recruit: It is cheaper. But if other product can meet my basic needs with slightly more cost, I don't mind switching.

Don't think - Just buy the product. It's the God of ATS + CRM applications.

5.0 4 years ago

Pros:

1.) The sync across all the Zoho apps. 2.) The mobile application, it makes a recruiter's life so so easy. 3.) The UI< tons of exhaustive features. It can be customized across all the requirements.

Cons:

The only thing missing is the kanban view option in the jobs hiring pipeline stage.

Alternatives Considered: Bullhorn ATS & CRM

Reasons for Choosing Zoho Recruit: Pricing flexibility and jobs hiring stage pipeline field visibility.

Switched From: Recruit CRM

Reasons for Switching to Zoho Recruit: Ease of use and sync across Zoho suites.

State of the App

4.0 8 years ago

Comments: I've been using Zoho products for almost 10 years. I've had a rich overseas experience in technology overseas for the past 30 years where I moved from hardware tech to software to gaming. I've generally been the software user in the organizations I've worked for and at that point 10 years ago, I was tasked with finding the right recruiting software. One of the solutions I chose to review was Zoho and I recommended my firm use it. Unfortunately for them, they stuck with their less expensive ATS. (they were paying $10 / user - you get what you pay for has never been truer). Despite that firm not using Zoho, I did and I've been a big fan of zoho ever since. At the time, I was telling my colleagues they were the SAP for the SME's and became more or less a power user. Mostly I use their ATS, CRM and Project, but I've used almost every product they provide. I really like their products - they can all be customized to a high degree and the organization really backs up their products. I would recommend you give them a try if you are looking for value for money.

Pros:

From the beginning, I liked that the software included a parser and reporting, but the new features they have continued to add keep up well with the market place. I like the business rules and semi-automated business process, and the degree of customization given the user. Overall, the Zoho organization is pretty switched on and their products are becoming more and more a mainstream SaaS choice - especially with the value for money aspect. You see them more and more in the reviews with solid ratings and there are a number of great apps that Zoho provide. It's nice to have a single provider and I expect that over time that the apps will continue to improve and work better together.

Cons:

Though they've had a parser feature for some years, it isn't very high touch and needs improvement. Also, I use Zapier to integrate and semi-automate my processes, but I would like to have the applications to operate more seamlessly together.

Unique, low-cost, flexible technology to organize recruitment procedures efficiently.

5.0 2 years ago

Comments: I really appreciate Zoho Recruit's help in tracking all stages of the recruitment process, it also made us pay more attention to all details, transparently sorting applicants' applications, in addition to preparing lists of eligible candidates, it also enabled us to organize correspondence with candidates and prepare and document assessments record.

Pros:

I like the fact that Zoho Recruit is low in cost, and also enables us to get services comparable to similar high-cost platforms and enables us to coordinate job advertisements, receive applications, prepare lists of candidates and send them to schedule interviews, as well as prepare their own files that include interview results and recommendations of department heads with high efficiency. I love the fact that it is integrated with Zoho one , as well as Zoho CRM, which enables us to import, use and format data easily, and it has a distinct functionality panel that can be customized to suit our needs easily, and it also provides many templates that simplify the tasks greatly, and enables us to prepare for campaigns and setup Lists easily.

Cons:

I don't think there are any disadvantages, Zoho Recruit is low cost, you have all the capabilities that make us organize all phases of recruitment process easily, Zoho customer support is 24/7, and their response to requests and tickets doesn't take much time, Which always keeps us on the right track.

Streamlined Recruitment Management

5.0 last year

Comments: My overall experience with Zoho Recruit has been highly positive. The platform's comprehensive applicant tracking system and customizable workflows have greatly streamlined our recruitment processes. The intuitive interface made it easy to navigate and manage candidates effectively. The seamless integration with other Zoho applications enhanced our overall workflow efficiency. While there were some minor areas for improvement, such as reporting capabilities and occasional glitches, Zoho Recruit has proven to be a reliable and valuable tool in our recruitment efforts. It has undoubtedly contributed to our success in finding and hiring top talent.

Pros:

Zoho Recruit impressed me with its standout features that revolutionized our recruitment processes. The applicant tracking system offered a comprehensive and organized overview of candidates, simplifying the hiring workflow. The intuitive interface made it effortless to navigate through various stages of recruitment. The customizable workflows and automation capabilities significantly increased our efficiency and saved us valuable time. The seamless integration with other Zoho applications and third-party tools further enhanced our recruitment efforts. Zoho Recruit has become an indispensable tool in our quest to find and onboard top talent.

Cons:

While Zoho Recruit offers a range of valuable features for recruitment, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. One drawback was the limited reporting and analytics capabilities, which made it challenging to extract in-depth insights from recruitment data. Additionally, the user interface, while generally intuitive, could benefit from a more modern and visually appealing design. I also encountered occasional glitches and performance issues that hindered our workflow efficiency. The customer support, while responsive, could be more proactive in addressing our queries. Despite these drawbacks, Zoho Recruit remains a solid recruitment tool, but it could further improve by addressing these areas of enhancement.

A Solid Choice for Small Business Recruitment

5.0 5 months ago

Comments: Zoho Recruit has proven to be an excellent choice for our small business recruitment needs, offering a comprehensive and affordable all-in-one solution. The platform's wide range of features and customization options have significantly streamlined our hiring process, saving us valuable time and effort. The ability to customize the software to our specific needs and the AI-powered tools have been incredibly helpful in identifying and evaluating qualified candidates quickly. Zoho Recruit has largely met our expectations, although the user interface could use some face-lift. It has proven to be a reliable and efficient recruitment solution

Pros:

What I appreciated most about Zoho Recruit was its intuitive and customizable platform, which allowed us to tailor the software to our specific recruitment needs. The AI-powered candidate matching and time-saving resume parsing features were also standout aspects, helping us quickly identify and process the most qualified applicants.

Cons:

The user interface could benefit from a more modern design refresh, and the mobile app experience needs improvement in terms of stability and ease of editing.

One of the good ATS tools i used

5.0 4 years ago

Comments: It lacks one major feature - Sourcing
Earlier parser used was RChilli which is changed to some other company. I feel its not able to parse resumes like Rchilli

Pros:

This is a good ATS tool which have all the features required for tracking various resumes and define stages for easy management

Cons:

Complete lifecycle from adding a resume till offer Sending resumes and interview invites to client/hiring manager candidate/Resume workflow

Alternatives Considered: Bullhorn ATS & CRM and hireful

Reasons for Choosing Zoho Recruit: First of all price, SAAS product and it has most of required features

Reasons for Switching to Zoho Recruit: SAAS product Pricing Completeness

Looking for applicants has never been easier!

5.0 6 years ago

Comments: 9.5/10 over all and definitely a go!

Pros:

A difficult task that I have to deal with most of the time is the process of applicant tracking, especially for job areas that are rarely filled-in. I found ZOHO Recruit and it helped me more than I thought it would. The possibility of a job board posting allowed me to spread the needs of our company through job list websites with ease. It allows scheduling of possible interviews with clients that I have chosen, sending them emails for tentative dates. It also keeps a database for employee records which is a great organizational move for me. I adored its organized and clean process of keeping track of applicants and their files. The minimalist feeling of the theme also hooked me in, it looks simple and is easy to use.

Cons:

The lack of filtering possibility for candidates is a bit bothersome. Especially regarding important demographic details such as age which is really important for our job requirements.

Excellent Recruitment Software

5.0 8 years ago

Comments: Ability to link candidates with clients for the entire recruitment life cycle. As a company we can effectively manage the candidate experience and respond faster. We have linked Zoho Recruit to our career page hence we do not have to receive resumes by email which makes us work smarter and reduces time.

Pros:

The formatted resume functionality is fantastic as it helps us format resumes and brand them to send to clients all within the Zoho ATS, we can post to our company careers page, Facebook and twitter page. We have the ability to send feedback to candidate real time and also give the client opportunity to shortlist from the system which really makes our job easier. The software is very flexible and easy for us to upgrade or downgrade depending on number of users especially as the recruitment business is a very high turnover business.

Cons:

I wish Zoho Recruit can incorporate a functionality to help manage temporary/contract staffing.

ATS with personalized job board

5.0 last year

Comments: My overall experience is fantastic, I can't communicate my bliss in words.

Pros:

I've been using Zoho Recruit for six months now, and I've found it to be very user-friendly and helpful in my recruitment career. The following are a couple of highlights that I like most. The first is the talent pool; I can manage my own talent pool and post jobs directly to my Zoho web portal through a career page. Additionally, Zoho offers a portal for candidate login. Where up-and-comers make their own profiles to go after a position straightforwardly from the online interface and it is extremely simple to utilize. There is no need to waste money on multiple platforms. This is a single platform that provides you with multiple solutions. Compared to my previous status, Zoho makes my task simple to recruit and faster.

Cons:

I don't think I found any lag that Zoho has to improve.

Zoho Recruit for small to medium organisation

3.0 8 years ago

Comments: I have used Zoho Recruit for more than 5 years as a one desk recruiter, headhunter. I implemented Zoho Recruit in 2 Placement agencies with up to 10 recruiters and help professional firms configured it to optimize the use of the ATS. It does the job for a very affordable cost!!
Zoho recruit has the great quality of being completely configurable, but it can be a trap if you don't know how to do it! It's a DIY solution, a great template that needs personnalization
The new version brings new features and also seem to respond to bigger and more complex organization. But, Zoho has a tendency to release apps to fast, they are not always stable with limited testing so you become the tester.
Still, it is a very affordable solution, the cheapest I found so fare on the market. If your are simple and want an ATS that can do the job for less than $250/ year per license, invest in a configurator that will personalize it for you and with some patience you will enjoy a great ATS completely personalized that will not kill your budget.

Pros:

The Standard version is easy to understand and to configure and very affordable. Great for placement agencies as well as small corporate organization .

Cons:

Support can be slow to respond with vague answers or fits it all , type of answer. Some apps not very stable need improvement. "Mobile" for example. No help offer if you need advice on how to personalize it beside the user guide. They will not do it for you.

Sharing my 1 years recruiting experience with Zoho Recruit

4.0 last year

Comments: Overall, Zoho Recruit is a comprehensive and user-friendly recruitment software that can help companies to fullfill their recruitment demands and improve the quality of hires.

Pros:

Zoho Recruit offers various reports and analytics to track the performance of recruiters and the effectiveness of recruitment strategies. This helps managers to identify areas of improvement and make data-driven decisions.

Cons:

While Zoho Recruit offers a free version, users may find that they need to upgrade to a paid plan to access certain features or capabilities. The pricing structure can be confusing, and some users may find that the cost of the software is too high for their needs.

For the right needs, an incredible value

4.0 6 years ago

Comments: If you need a UI-centric place to store data, and you are on a budget, I can't imagine you'd find a better place. For us, this was the necessary stepping stone for between Excel and when we had enough revenue to license a proper CRM/ATS. Basically: I was very happy we did this for 18 months, but when it was time to leave it was a relief.

Pros:

Zoho is very user friendly, very customizable, and extremely affordable. We were able to add and delete fields almost everywhere we wanted to, and I felt that the navigation and search functionality were very user friendly - required not much training.

Cons:

The monthly (which I couldn't find anywhere else for a comparable product) price is allowed - near as I could tell - by the lack of support. It didn't make me too angry because you can't have a CRM at this price without sacrificing something, but you should know up front support basically doesn't exist. Also, there isn't much functionality around tracking activity - so be aware of that before you buy.

INTEGRATES WELL; RECOMMENDED FOR HUMAN RESOURCES

5.0 6 years ago

Pros:

It is amazing how a single software can lessen my tasks. ZOHO Recruit is amazing. Its layout is beautiful and simple, easy to maneuver around with. Learning its features and how to use it is pretty simple. Capable of spreading job posts in social media, job boards and other websites. Tracks and manages applications with ease and in an organized manner. Integrations with the G Suite is the biggest edge that hooked our team in. The integration made using ZOHO Recruit easier.

Cons:

With its many possible integrations, it cannot integrate with Office365 Outlook which we use very often. Our team is looking forward to an update which supports the integration with Outlook.

Simple yet powerfule

5.0 3 years ago

Pros:

1. I like the number of integrations Zoho has - ojo here, though, some integrations might not be fully developed, so test them first; 2. I like the search across uploaded documents; 3. I like that you can add custom fields and then, restrict the access to those fields to specific profiles.

Cons:

1. With all due respect, Zoho support. I think Zoho support team works around the clock trying to help already users as well as those who are just trying the soft. I think it would be great if Zoho somehow differentiates between these two groups. 2. The UI. I believe the UI is a WAY better than it was some time ago but like my team said, 'it looks like Zoho was developed with the advanced users in mind, not recruiters' referring to the fact that it is not as intuitive as other platforms on the market.

Alternatives Considered: iSmartRecruit and CEIPAL ATS

Reasons for Switching to Zoho Recruit: Price, functionality, integrations
