Hands down the best payment processing platform
Comments: I've been using Stripe for many years and I had very few issues. On the few times I had to ask for their support, it was 5 stars. Staff is really nice and response times are super fast.
Pros:
The flexibility, the easy of use, the ability to implement online payments with a simple JS drop-in. I also appreciated all the features offered even in the basic tier.
Cons:
Funds withdraw takes longer than most platforms, but it's only a few days so it's manageable.
Alternatives Considered: Authorize.Net, WooCommerce and Square Payments
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: PayPal's lack of support and being denied of some features, despite having an account in good standing for years.
Switched From: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: Stripe was by far the easiest one to setup (offers several different integrations), the most cost effective and the one that wouldn't lock me in specific platforms.

Seamless Payment Processing for a Smooth Guest Experience
Comments: Stripe has revolutionized how I handle guest payments. Its seamless integration, reliability, flexibility and security make it the perfect payment processing solution for my small business. I highly recommend Stripe to any business owner looking for a trusted and efficient payment partner.
Pros:
I've been using Stripe as my go-to payment processor for accepting guest payments, and it has been an absolute game-changer for my small business. Whether it's integrating Stripe with my booking platform or sending guests a payment link directly, the entire payment process has become incredibly seamless. I can easily track payments, view transaction details, and generate reports to stay on top of my financials and I've never encountered any issues with payment processing or delays, which is crucial for maintaining a smooth guest experience.
Cons:
One concern is the platform's fee structure, as some of the transaction fees can be relatively high compared to other payment processors but based on my overall experience this does not affect me greatly to move from Stripe to another tool.
Alternatives Considered: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: Stripe provided greater flexibility in customising the checkout experience, allowing my business to maintain the branding and offer a seamless payment process. It was also cheaper to process payments via Stripe and the integration with my booking platform was seamless.

Stripe does offer any seller protection for fraudulent orders.
Comments: Recently we have has several fraudulent order on our website that seemed suspicious. However, Stripe software failed to reject or flag the fraudulent orders. So, we held the orders and did not ship them because billing address, shipping address, and phone numbers did not match. A month later, stripe notifies us with an early fraud warning. With no warning, the banks already collected the transaction fees plus dispute fees.Tip for consumers:Stripe doe not cover it's customers and has horrible customer service.Products used:Stripe has no kind of seller protection for fraudulent orders. They simply award the banks and automatically charge you dispute fees with no questions asked
Pros:
There is nothing positive about using stripe when they do not cover their customers for fraudulent order placed on your website. They will automatically award the banks and charge you dispute fees. Rather than their software detecting it in the first place and rejecting and flagging the payment.
Cons:
No seller protection and horrible customer service when trying to work on a fraudulent dispute charge.

The Best Payment Processer For Freelancers
Comments: I have had an excellent experience with Stripe and have been using it to receive payments for over 4 years now. I've never had any issues in that time or had to contact customer support.
Pros:
Stripe is very easy to integrate with invoicing software (I am using Zoho Invoice), and allows me to accept client payments by credit/debit card as a freelance writer. It is also trusted by clients, and since I started offering Stripe payments, I have found that I am now getting paid in half the time as when I offered bank transfers/Paypal. The fees are also a lot less than PayPal.
Cons:
The only con I have had is that it took a long time (about 1.5 weeks) to receive the very first payout due to verification processes. But after that, I now receive a payout to my bank account within 2-3 days each time.
Alternatives Considered: Square Payments
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: I really don't trust PayPal anymore. I've had many issues where they withhold funds, and also they have some of the worst fees and exchange rates from any platform ever, which is a huge problem when accepting large payments or funds in different currencies as I do regularly.
Switched From: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: I had many other freelancers also recommend Stripe to me, so ended up trying it out, and was very happy with the service. It is easy to set up, reliable and processes payments very quickly.

STRIPE Lifer
Comments: Going from paying numerous monthly fees with a merchant service to using Stripe…it’s been a blessing to me. I use it for all my business needs and products.
Pros:
I just like the overall operation and features of Stripe, I went from using a merchant service that charged a monthly fee, plus additional fees per transaction, plus the credit card and back fees, to using ONLY Stripe!
Cons:
I have not found anything I dislike about Stripe. Going from paying numerous monthly fees with a merchant service to using Stripe…it’s been a blessing to me.
Alternatives Considered: Square Point of Sale, Square Payments and Mindbody
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: I have saved A-LOT of money switching to Stripe.
Switched From: iGo Figure
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: I still use Square for some things, but choose Stripe to link directly to sales pages, point of sale products and services. Stripe offers more user friendly features.

Stripe Integration w/ Odoo
Comments: Overall Stripe has been amazing. Only issue is with my con statement of not being able to pass the Strip fee onto customers. Our matching when we reconcile is little off due to its never exact. Also have to manually add strip fee to our invoices which sometimes team gets wrong. Overall Strip and integration (API) is amazing. Has all information I need in Strip and easy to use.
Pros:
Overall really great as Stripe has the ability to connect to Odoo which is our main system we use. We are able to have our customers on Odoo checkout and pay via Stripe. There our customers can save card info for future payments. Odoo and Strip Intergration is awesome as once payment has been processed you can reconcile easily and have all transactions connected. You can track everything on Strip and on Odoo.
Cons:
The only feature is the Strip fees. We have to manually add 3% to our invoice to pass on fees. It would be awesome if Stripe can pass it onto the customers when they checkout. There is no way with Stripe nor Odoo.
Alternatives Considered: Authorize.Net
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: Authorizze.net did not approve account due to not enough credit card transactions.
Candice
Easy to deploy- Even easier to use!!
Pros:
We implemented Stripe because it integrates with TRUE, our new CRM software. We couldn't be happier! The ease of adding the payment portal to our website was awesome, and it is so simple and easy to send customers links to pay with a card. They offer SO many payment options, such as card, bank account, Google Pay, Apple Pay, even Klarna, and it is simple to choose the ones you want to offer.
Cons:
I honestly can't say there is anything we dislike yet, and we have been using the software about 4 months.
Alternatives Considered: QuickBooks eCommerce
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: We wanted a program that integrated payments with our CRM system
Switched From: Authorize.Net
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: Stripe was the better deal, easier to implement, and had a lower transaction fee.

Using stripe everyday & loving it
Comments: Great support, great for multicurrency and easy to integrate it with different software service provider and easy to keep track via its mobile app too
Pros:
One of the easiest & best payment processing payment gateway we have used by far. It's easier to use copared to paypal and offer a lot more different functions
Cons:
Nothing much that we didnt like, Stripe is great so far
Alternatives Considered: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: easier interface , and support multi-currency collection and reasonable fees.

Adriana
A good tool but very slowly to receive your money
Pros:
I was using stripe instead of PayPal because is easier, people don't need open an account, and is just the credit card info, but as a small business, I need my cash ASAP, and sometimes takes over 5 days to get my money even with the automatic payouts.
Cons:
If you need your money ASAP, don't have immediate transfers as Paypal, need to wait event until 5 days.

Make online platform easy using Stripe
Pros:
1. Easy to use software as well as unique design 2. Bo need to have initial knowledge for beginners 3. 24/7 customer care service is available4. Support large range of currency
Cons:
1.limited functionality from the point view of business.2. Payment failed sometime during the process

The Best Payment Processing Solution
Comments: I have been using Stripe for a few months now and I am very pleased with the service. It is simple to set up and use and the fees are very fair. The customer service is top-notch. The only thing I would change is the amount of time it takes for payments to be deposited into my bank account.
Pros:
Stripe is an incredibly easy to use payment processing solution that has been a lifesaver for my business. The setup process was simple and the fees are very reasonable. They provide excellent customer service and it is easy to customize the payment processing settings to fit your business needs.
Cons:
The only downside to using Stripe is that it takes a few days for payments to be deposited into the bank account. This can be a bit of a nuisance if you need the money right away.

Erik
Stripe is a GO-TO payment processor for SMBs
Comments: Stripe has enabled first class payment processing for our organization and the organizations we’ve implemented it for.
Pros:
Stripe is everything that people love about PayPal with everything a payment processing system needs to feel professional and high end to the end user. If you are using Squarespace or Woocommerce, Stripe is so easy to implement that you don’t even need development knowledge to implement it. Payment processing rates are fair and instant payout options are huge for businesses that are just starting out.
Cons:
There’s really no con to Stripe. It’s definitely something that requires some development knowledge to implement it. but because of how easy it is for developers… Stripe has so much third-party support so you’re likely able to find a free implementation method for your platform.
Alternatives Considered: Authorize.Net
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: It allowed us to create subscriptions and other advanced payment processing options that we needed to impment
Switched From: PayPal, Square Payments and Clover
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: The fact that there is no monthly charge to use the payment system is ideal for small businesses that we have implemented Stripe for.
Jonathan
Top choice for small business
Comments: I am overall satisfied with stripe for processing payment of my invoices but I know they could help me integrate it better into my website if they wanted more business .
Pros:
Fast and easy online setup no credit checks or bank involvement like in the past when it had to be done through your bank works fast and does cost the earth .
Cons:
Cant use on my website without specialist knowledge if they could make it easier to install payment gateways for novices I would not have to use PayPal for this .
Alternatives Considered: Square Payments
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: Customers without PayPal accounts were having trouble making payments and PayPal are more expensive
Switched From: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: I liked the easy setup and it was the preferred option of our accounting software

Customers Are Food, Not Friends
Comments: Awful. If I could count on one hand the number of times I have screamed at my monitor seeing a response from my account manager, support; practically anyone at this organization. We were told we would pay 1x PCR fee per transaction by pricing analysts; and when it turned out that the architecture they recommended produces over 2 PCR requests per transactions? That even failed transactions are billable? No responsibility. The solution doesn't work the way it was advertised? "Check the contract". The worst part is being treated like a child by flippant 20 something account managers who have been reassured that their product is perfect, their customers have no leverage, and that customers enjoy being treated like garbage. After doubling my volume in less than 6 months with the company and asking for a discount, they tried to dupe me in to paying the exact same rate I had been, but "itemized" in to new fees. I was about to sign myself up for another two years of drudgery until my questions were clarified. Outside of the technical organization, which is fantastic, this is an unorganized company headed by overly-empowered tech bro's who's mandate is to take advantage of you when possible, or, at the least, hold the status quo. If you are anything above a small business, run, don't walk away from this company. The technical effort of integration will bind you to them, and once you're there, they've got you. It's time to eat.
Pros:
Excellent platform. My developers are very happy, my clients are happy.
Cons:
Nothing. The software itself is excellent.
Alternatives Considered: Payrix and Adyen
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: Technical product and API. If only I'd known.

Robust But Confusing Software
Comments: In general, Stripe has worked well for us after we made the switch two years ago when we updated our website. The best feature for us is the ability to have monthly donors running through Stripe, which has helped our monthly donations increase. I would recommend Stripe to other non-profits but with the caution that it was not built for non-profits and that it can be tricky to understand - I would not recommend it to someone that wasn't at least somewhat tech-savvy and capable of figuring out how it all works.
Pros:
Stripe has been beneficial for processing donations through our website. Our favorite feature is that it can do both one-time and recurring donations so our monthly donors can run through it as well as the donors who give once or sporadically. It can collect a lot of information that can all be exported out of Stripe for our donor database. We like that you can choose when funds will be automatically transferred to your bank account and change it when necessary - for example, for most of the year we have it transfer funds weekly. However, at year-end when donations are very high we switch to daily transfers. There is also the option to do manual transfers as well. Donations are grouped into "batches" when transfers are done so you can make sure the bank transfer matches the batch amount in Stripe and also matches the amount entered in the donor database (if you're a non-profit). You can also easily refund someone if needed, which has been helpful several times. Overall, this software does what it needs to do and has some great functionality along with it.
Cons:
Stripe was a bit of a learning curve for us because it is clearly intended for for-profit companies or small businesses rather than non-profits. There are many features we don't use that I wish could be turned off or hidden so that it was one less thing lingering on the dashboard. Another thing that is difficult is that Stripe ties everything to an email address rather than a person's name, so if you are trying to find a specific person but don't know their email address it can be hard to find them in the system. In general, their support team is pretty helpful and easy to work with but it's all done through chat and email - there have been times where it would've been much more helpful if we could have talked on the phone while looking at Stripe together.

I was the target of fraud and stripe could care less
Comments: Horrible. It cost us so much money. It was a waste of time, money, product and resources to contest chargebacks, cancel orders, return money and deal with legitimate customers since using this product. We though lower fees would save us money, but boy were we wrong. This is the single biggest regret since I started my business.
Pros:
It is easy to use. Fast to set up and you can start receiving payments right away.
Cons:
Like it says in the title. I was the victim of fraud big time. Stripe let a ton of sales through even though we had the fraud settings on the highest level. We lost the product, the money in the account was taken out and stripe charged us a fee for every chargeback we received. We were never able to contact stripe: it was automated massages after automated messages. Their only solution was: give us more money in the form of a service called "fraud radar" but you had to manually review each payment with meaningless tools that didn't work and they didn't guarantee anything.
Alternatives Considered: PayPal and Openpay
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: Lower fees, or so we thought.
Switched From: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: We though we could save money by using a payment processor that charged less in fees.

Excellent option to streamline your payment processing
Comments: Stripe has allowed me to accept payments in a fluid, efficient way that makes payment processing one less thing to worry about. I have accepted payments without any issue and received transfers of my earnings in a rapid and regular fashion. They've thought through every aspect of the service, and I especially like that I can easily track my payments received and total amounts right at the dashboard. Connecting it to my Squarespace website shop was a match made in heaven!
Pros:
With Stripe, you can accept payments by linking it to your online shop or on the go with a physical payment processor. I used Stripe for both and found it to be secure, simple to use and efficient. The fee per payment was very reasonable, and you can also use Stripe to keep track of how much you're paid. You can have the payments deposited automatically into a checking account of your choice, so it's a one-stop shop for a payment processor that pleases both myself and my clients. It's an excellent choice for small (or large) businesses that want to accept credit cards as a form of payment. One quality I particularly appreciate is the ability to accept payments in a variety of international currencies.
Cons:
While the fee is reasonable, as a small percentage of the total amount accepted per transaction, it does add up on larger payments from clients. Another thing that's a small obstacle to using Stripe is they do ask questions about what kind of payments you accept and what your business is, so you can only use Stripe pending Stripe's approval.
Alternatives Considered: Square Payments
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: I had heard directly from others using Paypal that sometimes their accounts became blocked when accepting large amounts of payments and they couldn't access their money or their Paypal account. I wanted to avoid this ever happening, and Stripe doesn't have the same limits on payments that Paypal sometimes imposes. I also think Stripe looks more professional as a payment processor than a Paypal option to pay.
Switched From: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: Square seemed to have fewer functionalities, and for online shops the options to accept payments was at a higher cost through Square. Stripe offered everything Square does, and more!

Handsdown the Best Payment Processor
Comments: It's the best. Don't ever think of considering any other payment processer than a stripe. They are best at what they are doing. This company started in front of me, and now it's one of the largest payment processors in the world. The dashboard, the entire system is extremely easy to use.
Pros:
It's easy, relatively cheap, and easy to signup and set up. Have plugins for almost all major E-Commerce platforms. Relatively low transaction fees and thanks to stripe radar you get less fraudulent orders. Modern dashboard. If you get a chargeback it's really easy to fight back. Amazingly fast support. This software is our business backbone.
Cons:
To be honest, I haven't found a single issue with this software. Just sometimes their verification can take a bit of time.
Alternatives Considered: Authorize.Net, PayPal, Square Payments and Braintree
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: PayPal is the worst payment provider now. No security, no check and balance of fraudulent transactions. Anyone can charge back you after getting your product or service.
Switched From: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: Choosing a payment processor is a complex task as your entire business depends on it. We chose stripe because it was relatively cheap, easy to use, and modern, and their radar is the best to fight fraudulent transactions.
Eero
The best generic payment processor out there
Comments: We use Stripe for the majority of our payment processing on online stores. It is reliable and fast, payouts are really fast too. The customer service has always been great, and so is the documentation. The service has always been on track with any annoying new EU regulations, so I can truly recommend this company.
Pros:
I use Stripe in dozen different online stores. It just works. Reliable, fast, great service all around. Affordable fees too. I am extremely happy I left Paypal behind.
Cons:
I haven't found anything to complain about so far. This tells how great the service is. Usually, there is always something wrong.
Alternatives Considered: Klarna and Worldpay
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: Paypal is expensive, for starters. They make everything extremely difficult, when you need to reach customer service you might as well call Skynet because bots are all you get - at least in Europe. They can shut down your account for no reason all of a sudden, which happened to us and many of our partners. The reasoning was that some information was missing, but then getting the information to them was made extremely difficult with long processing time which just meant enormous losses meanwhile. Thank god we moved on and found Stripe.
Switched From: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: Best pricing, modern, easiest to implement.

Stripe Simplifies Transactions and Maintains Security
Comments: My business needed an improved, cost effective payment system, that was easy to use and seamless for customers, and Stripe provides that. What's more, the odd time I've needed to reach out to support, they've been very helpful. I can't think of the last time there was a challenge, it's been several years now, and things are running smoothly.
Pros:
I like that Stripe can grow with my business as they have robust services I can add later. I find it's easy to use, and was easy to set up (there were a lot of guides when I needed them). The odd time I've had to reach out to support, the experience was stellar. Above all... The best aspects for by business were the reliability, payment experience (for customers) and that Stripe provides better value for money.
Cons:
While the setup was easy, it does require some technical understanding (and there are a lot of guides available - As well their support is great). Some people might not like that Stripe avoids high risk industries.
Trevor
Stripe is the 'go-to' payment processor, and you need not look elsewhere.
Comments: If you have an online storefront, you'll need to take payments somehow. For us, it was as simple as filling out a quick form, providing some business information, copy and pasting a few numbers from Stripe to our WP storefront, and then we were off to the races. Years later, here we are still using Stripe's great service. Also, Stripe enables you to accept Google Pay and Apple Pay!
Pros:
Stripe is safe, secure, fast, and affordable. Stripe integrates with...well...everything! I can't imagine using another payment processor at this point in time.
Cons:
I don't have any specific cons besides the fact that I would like to see Stripe facilitate crypto payments in the future.
Alternatives Considered: PayPal
Reasons for Choosing Stripe: We still use PayPal as an alternate payment method for customers, but Stripe became our primary because PayPal is expensive and a bit problematic in terms of fraudulent charges.
Switched From: PayPal
Reasons for Switching to Stripe: There were many factors, but cost, Apple Pay support, and ease of integration were the top factors.

Easy Payment Processing: A Comprehensive Review of the Stripe App
Comments: Overall, I had an excellent time working with Stripe to handle payments. One of Stripe's best features was its simple to use interface, which made it simple to set up and explore. Furthermore, Stripe's API was quite configurable, allowing me to easily incorporate it into my current systems.
Pros:
User-friendly UI: Stripe offers a sleek and simple user experience that makes managing payments, subscriptions, and customers simple for users. The dashboard gives you a brief rundown of the transactions, balances, and account activities. It is well-organized.Payment choices that are extensive and adaptable: Stripe accepts a variety of payment alternatives, including credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and others. It also offers a variety of subscription levels to suit different company needs and lets consumers customise their checkout experience.Processing payments quickly: Stripe's method for handling payments is intended to be quick, dependable, and secure. To safeguard against fraudulent transactions, it makes use of cutting-edge fraud detection and prevention systems. It also offers automatic card updates so that customers always have access to the most recent payment information.
Cons:
Restricted availability in some nations: As Stripe's availability depends on the nation in which it is used, some companies might not be able to utilise Stripe as their payment processor. Businesses who operate in areas where Stripe is not supported may find this to be a disadvantage because they will need to look for an alternative payment processor that is accessible in their area.Complicated cost structure: For new customers who are not experienced with payment processing, Stripe's price structure might be perplexing. This is due to the fact that the fees are calculated depending on a number of variables, including the country of operation, the chosen mode of payment, and the quantity of transactions.

Easy Integration for a Variety of Content Management Systems
Comments: Customer service is excellent, the product itself is excellent, and it fulfills all of our needs and the needs of our clients.
Pros:
Stripe is by far the most secure, easy to use, and easily integrated service of its type. We work with organizations both large and small, and whether a client has team members who are going to be working in their CMS after their website is designed or not, Stripe is the best option. It is easy to use, even for beginners and even those who are not designers and developers, and the fact that it doesn't allow hackers to add code to the checkout page protects our clients better than any other system we've seen. We recommend a Stripe integration for every single client who has an online store or sells any number of products online.
Cons:
It does require some knowledge of front end development to integrate with many CMS platforms, even Wordpress. It's not necessarily the easiest to setup, even if you know your way around Wordpress or drag and drop design platforms. The only other downside is that checkout forms are not customizable. This is actually not a bad downside for us because the reason they are not so is due to the inability to add custom code to the checkout form, making it more secure. Trading customization for security is a no brainer on our end, but if you are an agency with a picky client, or if you just really want a custom checkout form, Stripe won't work for you. Then again, if you're willing to have your customer's credit card information stolen just because you refuse to use a templated checkout form that looks modern and is efficient and easy to use, your opinion sucks anyway.

It's what I use to process payments!
Comments: I am pleased with them so far, I have heard from colleagues saying they can easily process millions per year in Stripe and without issues so I am looking forward to continuing to grow with this payment processor by my side.
Pros:
I used to use my bank's merchant for 3-4 years, thinking they were giving me a better rate. long story short, they weren't AND they were confusing to use. So I switched to Stripe, which is frequently used in my field of coaching and digital products. I have been very happy so far. - I am able to process payments myself, it integrate with 3rd party shopping carts with ease (I use ThriveCart), it allows to create trials, subscriptions, all the things I wanted. PLUS I get to charge and bill clients on my own too with their cards on file which sometimes we have to do when the clients tell us to do so, instead of having to send constant shopping cart links. I was doing that before with Infusionsoft and my merchant, but now I can do it all within Stripe and it's easy. - I have not had any issues with Stripe holding my funds or anything. Pleased. - I like their simple reporting as well, how much money you've made each day, etc. It's nice to see the comparisons on the monthly basis as well.
Cons:
- It's a bit complicated to use for someone who might not be techy. I am pretty techy and I think I've got a handle on it, especially since I mainly use it as the processor with my shopping cart, but if I had to use Stripe on its own, it probably would get complicated. - Sometimes I find it hard to find what I need to in Stripe. Like, a payment would get declined and I'd want to rebill or attempt the rebill - sometimes it's hard to find the option to do that on the declined payment. I always do eventually find it, but I never know EXACTLY how to do it. - I wish the payments landed in my bank sooner but I just switched it so it lands in my bank like a day or so after being collected which is better. My own merchant would be next day so this is now closer. - Obviously always would be nicer if the fees were lower but it is on par with every other option out there so this can't really be a con since it's not HIGHER.

Can't get better!
Comments: Overall, the sheer ease of use, set up, convenience and payment processing is the absolute best and the current industry-standard for a lot of start-ups and small businesses. Their fees are competitive, payment processing is quick and efficient and security is industry-standard for an extra peace of mind for you and your clients. It's all straightforward to use and the host of analytics, metrics and reporting features make it easy for you to keep tabs on your payments. I literally can't think of a better system.
Pros:
Convenience is king when it comes to Stripe. Invoicing and billing is an absolute breeze and takes a matter of minutes to set up. Once you have your account ready to go, creating an invoice is simple and straightforward. All you need is the recipient's name, email and business address and you're good to go. You may want to include invoice information, though the length of that depends on your own needs and can often be done outside of Stripe if you have SOW's in place, so generally only needs a brief outline of what the invoice is for. Once you've filled in your payee's information, it generates a secure payment link for online payments that has industry-standard encryption and top-of-the-line security for their peace of mind. Then, it's up to you to send off the link and for the payee to fill the invoice. The whole process of setting up payments is an absolute breeze takes next-to-no time at all. Other than convenience of payments, their reporting and analytics, ease of set and use, information archiving and security is simple to set up and use. Everything is provided at a glance and you often won't have to spend no more than a few minutes in your account.
Cons:
One potential improvement, especially in the scope of remote-based teams, could be to allow contributors into the account with restricted access. For instance, when I need an invoice in my particular role, I'd have to have this approved via the manager, though this could be done a lot quicker if there was some sort of 'guest' or restricted staff access that would allow me to only create invoices in order to save time in creating and having them approved. Of course this would vary from business to business and you'd need a certain level of seniority, however I think this feature could be a huge opportunity to increase convenience even further.
