About Asana
Asana is the easiest way to organize and manage work across teams at scale. See why Asana is a top performer on Capterra.
Furthermore, Asana's extremely adjustable and attractive GUI makes interacting with it a lot more enjoyable. It was well worth the money.
When you set up a new account, you naturally are opted in to the email notifications, which can be really annoying and a pain to remove. My only suggestion to the Asana team would be to change that.

Asana for college students
Comments: With Asana, students can create and assign tasks, set deadlines, and track progress in real-time. This can help me, as a student, stay on top of my assignments and ensure that they are complete on time.

Elevating Ad Partnerships: Asana's Impact on Luxury Goods Industry
Comments: Asana has generally been a good experience for us because it makes it easier to monitor and organize projects while ensuring that everyone on the team is on the same page. In our sector, where organizing advertising relationships necessitates frequent contact and teamwork, this has been very helpful. Additionally, Asana may be linked with a variety of platforms and programs, boosting its functionality and increasing its value to our company. Integration is essential since it enables seamless data sharing and improved tool efficiency.
Pros:
One of Asana's best features is its capacity to centralize all project-related data by enabling team collaboration, multiple project views, seamless integration with other platforms we use, like Slack and Google Drive, and easy team member access to the projects. This has significantly enhanced our efficiency overall and streamlined our communication. When several teams needed to coordinate their work throughout a complicated marketing campaign, Asana proved to be quite useful. Asana made it simple for us to monitor our progress and make sure that every work was finished on time, which eventually resulted in a successful campaign.
Cons:
The platform's steep learning curve is one drawback. Our staff required some time to get used to the software and use all of its functions. Additionally, it has to be improved so that the time monitoring tool and reporting options can be used on mobile devices with ease.
Alternatives Considered: Trello and ClickUp
Reasons for Switching to Asana: we chose Asana for its robust feature set and ability to scale with our growing business.

Why use any other platform to manage projects!!
Comments: We love being able to collaborate with our team, share ideas, support and feedback all in one platform :)!
Pros:
We love how easy it is to setup projects, collaborate and monitor success all in one platform! We also love that it integrates seamlessly with other task management platforms.
Cons:
We have yet to find a fault!! The layout is gorgeous, it's easy to use and we are able to monitor multiple projects all at once!
Alternatives Considered: Trello
Reasons for Choosing Asana: The features were easier to use in Asana, and it was able to integrate seamlessly with Sunsama which is what we use as a daily to do list.
Switched From: Trello
Reasons for Switching to Asana: For the price, features, integrations and ease of use it really was a no brainer to go with Asana !

Useful for tracking, doesn't replace other communication methods
Comments: I think this can be an effective project management tool, if project managers and team members are given enough time to input information and stay up-to-date. But the claims that it will make everything faster are not true. It also doesn't necessarily reduce communications. It may simplify some redundant communications if those redundancies are because of needing to communicate in multiple channels about non-urgent items, but urgent and critical information still needs to be communicated thoroughly so it is not overlooked. Overall, I like the project, but think it should be implemented with these understandings as well as a robust training plan.
Pros:
I love the interface as I'm not inclined to use something that looks unappealing. The templates are easy to customize including the workflows.
Cons:
The projects don't have the kind of visibility that they claim. It is more difficult than many realize to train people to use this who don't think like the system is setup. It is clear for people who think like this but the design isn't really intuitive otherwise. It doesn't replace other methods of communication for critical tasks and project communications, which can be disappointing to some people based on the marketing.

How to implement Asana in your Organization
Comments: If you are having issues with your team on being organized and not being able to know where your projects are standing Asana is the software to you, the knowledge base that they provide is so good that if you are a first time user it will help you to setup Asana in the way that you need.
Pros:
How easy is to configure, train new members, organize task and being able to personalize it the way that way that we need. The notifications are very intuitive and helps us to be connected.
Cons:
I don't see any aspects that I don't like about Asana.
Alternatives Considered: Jira, Trello, Basecamp and monday.com
Reasons for Switching to Asana: We like the flexibility and also the alternatives that we have for integration

Project management in Asana makes sense to my brain.
Comments: Asana is a fairly simple-to-use project management for a solopreneur or a small team. I worked with both and found it easy to navigate.
Pros:
Asana didn't just help me manage work projects, but it also helped me manage personal tasks . It was so nice to see all my to-dos all in one place. I loved being able to set up repetitive tasks with ease. The way that Asana is laid out makes so much more sense to my brain that other project management apps (like Trello).
Cons:
I sometimes got frustrated clearing out repetitive tasks that I set up but did not check off as being done (i.e. if I missed a day of work, etc.) but I'm not sure there's an easier way...

We used this mostly to work with the design team - not sure why it wasn't used by everyone else too
Pros:
Task tracking and project management were very easy, also much easier to collaborate and clearly see timelines, etc. One cool feature was that we set up an integration with an email ID where any email IDs would automatically be created as a task on Asana, making it a really simple way to quickly and efficiently store ideas / tasks
Cons:
Nothing really - just that it was only used by one team
Danica
Asana is perfect for our growing organization!
Comments: Easy to use, great costumer service, understandable plans and options.
Pros:
It is easy to learn, set up, and implement Asana. Everyone that I have showcased Asana to has loved it and were able to implement it quickly.
Cons:
Honestly Asana offers more than we need since we have an ERP system but we really enjoy all the features and options.
Alternatives Considered: Trello and monday.com
Reasons for Switching to Asana: Cost, more responsive customer service, effectiveness and ease of implementation

Fantastic Project Management
Comments: Asana is a fantastic project management tool that I have been using for both personal and professional projects.
Pros:
What I like most about Asana is its ability to break down large projects into smaller, manageable tasks. The platform allows me to create custom project templates, set due dates, and assign tasks to team members, which helps me stay on top of my to-do list.
Cons:
Asana's downside is that it can be overwhelming for some users, especially those who are new to project management tools.

Empower a manager to take on larger teams and projects
Comments: I could not run my business without ASANA. We develop software for a living. It is the SINGLE most important tool that we own. I would go back to coding in notepad. If it would allow us to keep ASANA.
Pros:
Asana provides a solid interface that empowers me as a manager to manage more team members more efficiently. This software provides time-saving resources by allowing stakeholders to get their own project updates and track the project's progress without interrupting the team executing the project. It provides: - Many ways to plan and manage - A clear view of the task load on each team member - Time planning to keep projects on deadline
Cons:
Asana provides so many ways of doing things that every person who sets up a project can do so in a unique way. This requires a clear organizational strategy from the start. The issue: - Multiple ways of achieving the same outcome - Confusion on how to work within different project structure approaches Important to note: These cons are primarily a result of poor onboarding. They are not the fault of the software or ASANA directly. My encouragement is for anyone implementing this project to plan and test projects with a very small number of team members. Only once the entire organization can be trained to create and manage projects according to your prescribed workflow should the software be opened up. You must engage with ASANA's guides early. As well as plan and provide training every employee to see the best ASANA experience.
Alternatives Considered: Basecamp and monday.com
Reasons for Choosing Asana: Our previous software for project management had an extremely limited tool set.
Switched From: Basecamp
Reasons for Switching to Asana: The freemium approach made it easy to try. Once we dove into it and built several projects. We saw success. It was a no-brainer to continue forward with the product. We onboarded everyone very quickly (too quickly) and saw immediate gains in productivity and morale. There is much satisfaction to be gained by checking of tasks and seeing how much you accomplished each week.

Only one issue....
Comments: Overall I have had a great experience. I rarely need support so not really sure what to say there. The one thing I did ask for (working with Google Aliases) they refused to do, so I guess if you are good with their program as is, you will be fine. Just don't expect them to go above and beyond to work with you.
Pros:
I have been using Asana since 2013 and have taken it with me to each job I have had since. I love the adaptability of the program. I'm able to use it as a daily task list and can use it to manage a team and a project. They have a lot of ready-made templates that you can use, or you can create your own to use repeatedly like for a board meeting or other projects that have the same tasks each time. I constantly am recommending it to other Executive Assistants as it tends to play well with most programs.
Cons:
The main complaint I have is that it does not work with Google Aliases. So if your company has a main address, but uses aliases for different departments it will not recognize the alias which means you can't email the project or tasks in Asana. It's not a deal-breaker, but it is a hassle. I've seen many complaints about this but Asana is deaf to them and refuses to correct this. That leads to the arrogance that tends to come through for items like this and attitudes towards religious non-profits, I find it rather sad as it is a really good program, but they are comfortable with it and not willing to help...
Alternatives Considered: Trello and Smartsheet
Reasons for Switching to Asana: Initially, because we thought we could work around the alias issue. It finally became enough of an issue that we moved to Smartsheet for company-wide projects, but continue using asana for small teams or daily tasks.

Easy to Learn, Good Integration with Other Tools
Comments: Big uptick in efficiency for our team, especially when members set their own schedules and everyone can see it so it keeps them accountable. It's a good bridge between oldschool project management styles with a timeline and agile styles leaving flexibility for a team to decide whats best for them.
Pros:
Asana has been great for keeping our team on track! We've seen a big increase in efficiency and delivery as we started to use it! One great thing about the tool is integration with other software, including email reminders and the possibility to set tasks from slack. Integration between project timeline and kanban boards is also easy, as is integrating small tasks into the larger project plan.
Cons:
It's difficult to view dependencies between projects, as well as to view all projects together on the same timeline. This has had to be manual calculations, which is less ideal for our team. Now we have a team which is not all on the same domain name so we aren't structured as an organization; I'm not sure but this might change in organization view.
Alternatives Considered: Jira and monday.com
Reasons for Choosing Asana: We wanted to move to agile project management
Switched From: Microsoft Project
Reasons for Switching to Asana: Monday.com was too expensive, and jira required more customization than we wanted to spend.

Made scaling my podcast agency so easy!
Comments: I've been using Asana for years for a number of different purposes. I really appreciate the broad feature set and the fact that the Asana team continues to improve the system, without completely overhauling how the whole thing works and looks. The consistency has been so good!
Pros:
Using Asana made it possible to create a repeatable process that anyone on my team can follow and implement. That means that we're able to scale rapidly and bring on new clients without panicking that we won't be able to handle the new workload. We absolutely love that each client is managed via their own project, and within each project we have their entire podcast calendar mapped out for the year ahead. This is essential so that we can plan team workload, and know when to hire.
Cons:
The only thing I wish was available is a calendar view for each project that lists subtasks. Since each client has a primary task for each episode, and sub-tasks are listed underneath that, it would be great to use the drag and drop feature for subtasks easily in one view for that specific project.
Alternatives Considered: Trello
Reasons for Switching to Asana: I really like the UX of Asana over other project management tools

Good and very simple tool to manage your Team and Tasks
Comments: Asana helped me and my organization in resolving daily issues when assigning and managing tasks over Projects and Teams. We are an IT Service/Development company where the tasks and resource tracking is the base of billing. Asana helped us in tracking tasks in a very good capacity. However it is seen that the lack of customization ability was given a burning problem increased over days with growing requirements.
Pros:
Implementation easiness saved a lot of time. User provision and giving them the access to play with Asana was a great advantage when it came to a full-stacked IT Development Company like us. Simple and elegant design was another plus mark.
Cons:
When it came to the day to day functionalities in use users found it little difficult to take the full potential of the assigned tasks because of lack of details captured. Asana should focus on least functionalities to allow end-users (administrators) to customize data/information capturing fields. If the feasibility is there to add some more data driven fields it could have been a great advantage.
Alternatives Considered: Trello and Freshdesk
Reasons for Switching to Asana: In terms of professional look and feel Asana was in the top of the list even with Trial environments. Lack of customization was a common issue with all these three products, however Asana with standard implementation, covered most of our requirement at that time. That lead us to select Asana over other alternative trails.

Asana is a great task management tool
Comments:
I was awarded a small but important project for my department, as it could bring significant benefit to the business in the future if managed in an optimally way.
Instead of relying on the many rounds of emails that are exchanged between project managers and other people involved, I decided to simply proceed to create a project on Asana Basic.
The first time I used It.
This allowed us to keep track of everything that matters, giving us an overview of where we are going.
Asana allowed us to monitor the workflows on our teams and see the progress of the work at any time, saving endless updating meetings. Time we all know how crucial it is.
Pros:
- Asana's interface is extremely well designed, the best possible way for a fun and inviting user experience. I hope you enjoy using it as much as we enjoyed using it. - Asana is an excellent communication tool, it allows you to eliminate a lot of stress from disorganization in communicating with the team. Problems, requests for feedback, clarifications, questions, and suggestions, will all end up in the activities through the appropriate comment function. The only one allowed. - Trying Asana Basic, with a team of up to 15, for free, allowed me to work with three small teams, breaking down projects into manageable tasks and setting deadlines for completion. The ability to share documents between teams has also proved useful. -Asana Basic allowed us to download the app for iOS or Android devices to work and consult updates wherever we are, even offline. We like it.
Cons:
1. It was not easy to set up a project at the beginning, the learning curve is tough. In Asana, projects are containers that allow you to create one or more tasks within them. This is the furthest away from a Project Manager's concept of a project. 2. I found that having to start over every time I created a project, even when it was repeatable, was like wasting time. 3. In the free plan, you cannot create private projects, meaning that the project is visible and editable by every member of the team. 4. Asana organizes all resources horizontally, flattening their hierarchy. There are no different roles, just people and tasks. 5. The management of risk situations and the consequent negotiation between the resources involved in the project is not envisaged. 6. This is a very serious shortcoming, especially for those who work remotely. It is not possible to assign an hourly or daily cost to resources that are part of the team.

Fantastic task management software!
Comments: I started using this software at a previous job then, when starting here, quickly found out that not all task-management tools are created equal. The one we were using was not very functional and people tasks were constantly getting lost in the shuffle. The other website designer that started after me had also used Asana before so we started using it to manage the development of the site we were designing. We told another team about it and they started using it as well. It eventually caught on and we convinced the higher-ups to purchase an upgraded plan and implemented it company wide. There are so many great features. It's impossible to narrow down my favorite. But I will say that it makes managing tasks so easy and helps my addled brain stay organized and focused. There are different modes for how you view your tasks allowing users to choose one that they prefer. For example, there's a calendar view, a list view, a Trello-type layout, and more. I also LOVE that it's offers so much flexibility in how tasks are organized. You can set up different teams and assign certain people to be in those teams. Within the teams you can create projects, then breaks those down into tasks. Within the teams you can create multiple levels of subtasks - for example, a subtasks inside a subtasks inside the main task. This is a really great feature for me, being a website designer, because there are so many steps involved in creating a site.
Pros:
What's not to like?! The customer service is great, there are multiple training videos to help you learn about all the different features and how to use them, it's GREAT for staying organized when you have a million different projects you are working on at once, it makes delegating projects and tasks very easy... Beyond all the great task-related features, one of my favorite things is the quirky animations - when marking complete on a task you'll occasionally get a celebratory animation (kind of a geeky, digital pat on the back) my favorite being a unicorn that flies across your screen. This is obviously not something that's necessary or a way to help users stay more organized, but it is fun and adds a little extra flair to the software. (Yes, it's the little things that excite me. 😆)
Cons:
As with any software that is customizable and has a lot of features, there is a learning curve to using Asana. There are so many different settings and features, it can take a while to learn the ins and outs of using it. But, as I already said previously, they provide a plethora of training videos and have excellent customer service when you need to contact them. One specific thing I wish was different is how the repeating tasks are set up. As of now, when a task is set to repeat, the next task doesn't show up until the previous one has been marked as complete. It would be nice to see all the repeating tasks (especially in the calendar format) so you can get an accurate view of all the tasks you have coming up for the upcoming months. It's not a major inconvenience, but something I would suggest that the developers implement in a future update.

Asana keeps me organized!
Comments: Switching to Asana made it easier for me to set goals, track my progress, and stay ahead of the game when it comes to managing my case load.
Pros:
Asana helps me keep on top of the tasks, due dates, and sub-tasks that I need to be getting done. Unlike other case management/time management software, Asana actually works! Being able to see everything in one place helps me be able to better prioritize my tasks and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
Cons:
This is a very small thing, but one of the only things I have found that I do not enjoy is when I am on my list of tasks I am unable to move all tasks within a Section at once. I can move the Section title, but then I need to move every task individually. I wish I could drag and drop things around in batches.
Alternatives Considered: Airtable
Switched From: MyCase
Reasons for Switching to Asana: I chose Asana over the other case management softwares that we tested out because Asana was by far the easiest to learn, the easiest to understand, and the more user-friendly one to navigate.

A Comprehensive Review of its Task and Project Management Features
Comments: Asana is a comprehensive tool for task and project management. It provides a wide range of features that can help teams collaborate and communicate more effectively, streamline their workflows, and track progress in real-time. Asana is a great tool for team collaboration, it offers a wide range of features that enable users to manage tasks and projects, communicate with team members, and track progress in real-time. It's intuitive, flexible, and easy to use, and the ability to customize fields and labels, automate repetitive tasks, and track progress, enables teams to improve their productivity and work more efficiently.
Pros:
Collaboration and communication. - You can easily assign tasks to team members, add comments to tasks, and attach files. Organizational capabilities - The ability to create custom fields and labels, use the calendar view and timeline, the ability to establish dependencies, and the Portfolio feature, all help in keeping your tasks and projects organized and easy to access.Real-time updates - any changes made to a task or project are immediately reflected across all members of the team. This helps to ensure that everyone is on the same page and can prevent delays or misunderstandings.
Cons:
Limited customization options - not able to fully customize the tool to their specific needs. Limited integrations - the number of integrations is still limited compared to other tools like monday.com. This may limit the ability of some teams to fully integrate Asana into their existing workflows and tools.
Alternatives Considered: Microsoft Planner and monday.com
Reasons for Switching to Asana: Cheaper and easier to use.The free tier works well for smaller businesses.

Asana - more than a to do list
Comments: It’s a very colorful, interactive program that motivates their users to complete tasks in a timely manner. Other programs may compromise it’s appearance for an easy to use dashboard, while others may forfeit the simplicity of its app to appear colorful or modern. Asana does both! Our team uses Asana on a daily basis. It’s more than just a to do list, it’s an app that truly makes its users feel good for getting things done. From the trendy emojis that occasionally pop up, to the easy to use dashboard, this app is a must-have for any company or team to use!
Pros:
It’s a very colorful, interactive program that motivates their users to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Cons:
There is some confusion in regards to setting up the projects or team boards. There doesn’t seem to be a way to duplicate tasks on a team board to a private project.
Alternatives Considered: QNotes Office
Reasons for Choosing Asana: Asana did a much better job being appealing to its users.
Reasons for Switching to Asana: It’s overall appearance is modern and sophisticated, yet isn’t overly complicated to use whereas many other programs only offered one or the other.

Simon
An essential tool for our business
Comments: As a small business that has both internal staff and contractors Asana helps us break projects into tasks and keep track of where we are. It’s easy to set up and use which means everybody uses it.
Pros:
Asana makes both managing projects and product development simple. Dare I say it? Perhaps even a pleasure. A pleasure because of some of the funky features it has - unicorns fly when you complete a task, friendly monsters peek at you over cards. But it’s certainly not frivolous. Projects are easy to set up and track. Team members can build a clear view of their work. Admins can report on progress.
Cons:
It’s a shame you can’t assign tasks to two people. And that, in calendar view, you can’t rearrange tasks into the order you wish to do them.
Alternatives Considered: Pivotal Tracker
Reasons for Choosing Asana: Asana offers better functionality for more complex projects.
Switched From: Trello
Reasons for Switching to Asana: Pivotal is great for software development. But not as easy to set up and use.

Sarah
Overall, asana is incredibly flexible, but that can also be it's downfall
Pros:
Asana is flexible and easy to use. When we first implemented asana, the biggest change was the drop in internal emails we were receiving. Having the inbox feature is nice because there's somewhere you can go to see if anyone has commented or updated any tasks you follow or if they've added you to any new tasks. The use of emojis and the ability to like a comment or action are very small things, but they can make monotonous things like checking off tasks or seeing that someone completed something feel a little bit nicer. You feel good when someone likes your comment or task completion. It's a small way of saying thanks without having to actually type it out every time. Being cloud based means it's super easy to access from anywhere (except when the internet is down i suppose) I do like the fact that you can also create a personal account and throw task lists in there that are totally separate from work tasks, but still easy to access. I haven't used it a ton, but it sure came in handy for wedding planning!
Cons:
There's too much flexibility. Even with templates set up, everyone sets up task lists differently, so no two projects are the same. Unless you implement a rigid system or process around how employees should build out a project and task lists, or have only a few people allowed to create tasks, it can easily get confusing. This makes it hard to find things. Thank god for the search bar, but when you can't remember exactly what you named something, it's difficult to track things down. It's also hard to know where a project is at by looking in asana. All tasks you've completed are hidden by default. I sometimes turn on their visibility so I can at least see what has been completed and what's left, but it's not a great picture of how far along the project actually is, as there are sometimes tasks that either haven't been entered yet, or tasks that contain large lists of subtasks, so even though it looks like one task, there's actually 12 steps to it. Basically, the task list doesn't give you any indication of how much time is estimated that each tasks needs to complete. It's really easy to get lost with subtasks inside of subtasks inside of subtasks.
Heidi
The organizational tool to keep your life colorful and carefree
Comments: I'd recommend Asana to anyone who asked because I have not yet found a software that I like as much. It's colorful, inviting, and friendly. It makes you feel encouraged to look at your long list of things to do, rather than fill you with dread. In my job, I have many hats to juggle, and Asana helps to take care of it all. It's the sticky note of the internet, and I am a grateful user.
Pros:
I am a sticky note person. I have sticky notes everywhere, but the problem is that sticky notes can't remind you of your tasks, notify you if you've missed a deadline, or post comments to your coworkers to find out if they've completed their portion of the task. Asana does all of that. I can organize my work life down to the millisecond if I wanted to, but that's a little overkill. Everything in Asana is clearly displayed and labeled. Our staff uses the system together, so I can keep track of what my coworkers have on their plate. It helps me to know if/when I can interrupt them or ask to assist on a task. The deadlines are helpful as well and intuitive. If you miss a task, it goes red. Check off a task, and the funniest thing happens. A unicorn shows up to congratulate you. I appreciate the humor of the software developers. It reminds me that we are all human and just want to laugh sometimes. If you have a task that needs to get done, but a coworker is the person who has to do it, no problem! Simply assign a task to them, and they will get a notification. No more tracking down staff in the office just to ask them to do something. It's a very efficient tool, and I am very happy.
Cons:
There is no messaging component that allows for live chat conversations. That is the only downside. If I want to have a conversation with a coworker on a project, I have to create a comment and tag them in it- real Facebook style. If I could have a chat button to work in real time with my coworkers, I'd get rid of Slack in a heartbeat. Also, sometimes categorizing the section entitled "My Tasks" can be tricky. There are so many settings that you have to be very specific, like assigning a date and a person to the task (like yourself). If you accidentally write a task, but don't assign a date or person, that task could disappear somewhere into your growing list of things to do. It can be easy to lose a task if you're not careful.

The App That Makes Me Count My Lucky Stars
Pros:
Asana If apps were food, my mouth would WATER when I mention Asana. It's not just any meal. When it comes to organizational apps, it's THE best dessert. It's SWEEEEEET! It's the app that I'm actually using to write the draft of this review on. Every time I need to move all my to-do's from my head onto another place, I jot them down on Asana. I can use physical calendars, ( I actually do like them)... but Asana has been the ONE system that I use to jot down my goals, to-do's , projects, systems, outlines, notes, reminders, pretty much everything except my shopping list and things I have to fully write. I love this app so much that I'm actually quite proficient at using it thanks to a course that I took called Asana HQ http://bit.ly/asanahq. It has taught me how to maximize my account that I created using my own domain. The beauty of Asana is that it's simple to use, easy to create lists on, group those things into tasks or projects and just literally move forward in life. I have become considerably more proficient in life thanks to Asana. Yes you can buy a computer, and buy some software and gear for your dreams... but if you don't have a tool in place that allows you to nudge yourself forward, you'll most likely be stuck for a very long time. Asana is SO great that I count my lucky stars knowing that it's free. Try it... and don't be surprised if you fall in love with it. It's perfect for the little thoughts you don't want to forget, it's also perfect for the
Cons:
I can't think of anything. I like it that much. If I had a magic wand, maybe more free features would be nice. I wish they added a progress bar to your tasks or projects to visiaully better be able to gauge the progress we're making. But it's already a great app.

Easy to use and quite straightforward
Comments: The first thing I find it very useful is that it helps a lot to manage my time and set priorities for different tasks. Because of its ability to be in different projects features, it will be quite handy for the ones who involve in different teams of a company like HR, Project Management.
Pros:
It's quite easy to use and it has helped me a lot to keep track of my daily tasks. I find it very satisfying to complete the tasks right after i finish them. It is also handy for the management team to review everyone's tasks and how they're doing at the end of the day. It has already got essential features for task management even in free version, but I'd love to go premium later.
Cons:
I hope it could provide more features like insights and trends in free version. But it is still okay to see the general insights of your work.
