> **Cons**: Terrible customer service and scam billing practices. I found this software to be a total rip off. Their only goal is to get you to agree to pay upfront and then keep auto billing you for extras even after you’ve cancelled.

> **Cons**: That the app doesn't do more.  It would be helpful to be able to do more financially on the app.  We have also had issues with appointments entered in the app not showing up when people look at the calendar on a computer.

> **Pros**: Quick response/implementation to new good ideas for the software.  Customer support is pretty good, no complaints.

> **Cons**: Sometimes software bugs can take a long time to repair.  For example, for the longest time when I would print to PDF from MyCase the auto date feature from the MyCase document would show the date as one day ahead.  It took quite awhile for MyCase to repair this bug (months) but they eventually fixed it.

> Pretty good for the price.  The customer service is usually available, the interface is agreeable and easy to use, the unlimited cloud storage is nice, and I like a lot of the app/integrations like filing straight from the MyCase file.
