The design is also genuinely pleasant to look at — clean, uncluttered, not crammed with panels competing for attention. That sounds cosmetic, but it changes behaviour: when software is easy and pleasant, people actually use it instead of avoiding it and emailing HR directly. Onboarding new users has been effortless for the same reason. There's very little to explain. > > **Cons**: I've had a genuinely smooth run with it, so this is more of a wish list than a complaint. If I had to name something, it's that \[the mobile app covers less ground than the desktop version / I'd like a bit more flexibility in customizing X\].
